"What's wrong, Wendy?!"

Carla, Yukino, and Meredy were startled to see Wendy suddenly burst into tears and quickly gathered around her.

"Her voice... and her scent... they're exactly the same as Grandeeney's..." Wendy said to the others, tears streaming down her face.

Yukino and the others stared at Porlyusica in astonishment. No matter how they looked at her, this old woman didn't seem like a dragon. And Noah had just said his teacher was a human. But... Wendy's senses couldn't be wrong, could they?

Yukino and Meredy looked completely bewildered, while Carla wore a deeply thoughtful expression.

Porlyusica sighed, a look of resignation on her face. "I am not the Sky Dragon Grandeeney you are looking for," she said. "Just as Noah told you, I am a human."

"But Wendy's senses are never wrong..." Meredy muttered, completely confused.

Porlyusica glanced at Noah. He nodded and said, "It's okay, they all know about Edolas."

Hearing this, Porlyusica understood. But it was Carla who reacted, the keyword "Edolas" making her jolt. She stared at Noah. "Edolas?! Does that mean... she's—"

Noah smiled at her shocked expression. "Just be patient. Master will explain."

Everyone turned to Porlyusica. Wendy quickly wiped her tears, her eyes shining with hope.

Porlyusica was silent for a moment, then sighed. "There's no point in hiding it. I am not a dragon. I am human. And I am sorry, but I do not know where the dragons have gone. I have no direct connection to them."

"Then why..." Meredy began, still confused.

Porlyusica continued, "Since you know of Edolas, then you must also know about the other Lisanna in the guild. Right, she calls herself Lisana now."

"Yes! We were so surprised when Brother Noah brought her here," Yukino said, nodding vigorously.

"Then you also know that Edolas has counterparts for all of us."

"Don't tell me..."

"It can't be..."

The girls weren't slow. The implication hit them, and their faces filled with disbelief. Carla was completely floored.

"From the perspective of Earth Land, I am the Grandeeney of Edolas," Porlyusica stated calmly. "I was lost here, decades ago."

"WHAAAAT?!" The girls all cried out, clamping their hands over their mouths. Even with the clues, hearing her say it was a massive shock.

"The Edolas Grandeeney... is a human," Carla whispered in disbelief.

Wendy just stared, speechless.

"Makarov helped me a great deal," Porlyusica continued, "and I've come to accept Earth Land as my home. I've had chances to return, but I chose to stay."

She suddenly shot a sharp glare at Noah. "And for the record, I haven't seen the Edolas Igneel or the Earth Land Igneel. So don't you dare let that pink-haired brat come here looking!"

"Haha, I'll make sure. Wendy, you girls tell Natsu, too," Noah laughed. It seemed Natsu's quest was infamous. The girls all nodded quickly.

Only then did Porlyusica continue. "However, I have spoken with the Sky Dragon."

"WH-?!" Wendy gasped.

"Not face-to-face," Porlyusica clarified. "She used her magic to communicate with me... Wait here."

She turned and went back into the treehouse. Wendy's eyes were glued to the door. The others stood by her, waiting silently.

Soon, she returned, holding a sheaf of papers. She handed them to Wendy.

"This is a book of magic I transcribed, exactly as the Sky Dragon instructed. It contains two Sky Magic spells: 'Milky Way' and 'Shattering Light: Sky Drill.' It seems they are the Dragon Slayer Secret Arts she never had the time to teach you."

"This... this is from Grandeeney?" Wendy took the pages, her hands trembling.

"She said to give them to you if I ever found you. The magic is extremely difficult, so don't push yourself too hard. If you get stuck, ask Noah. He can help you learn them faster."

With that, Porlyusica turned to go back inside.

"Thank you! Thank you, Ms. Porlyusica!" Wendy bowed deeply, then looked up, her face streaked with tears but beaming. "And... thank you, Grandeeney!"

Noah, standing to the side, clearly saw a small smile appear on Porlyusica's face when she heard Wendy.

"We'll be going now, Master. Goodbye!" Noah called out.

"Goodbye, Ms. Porlyusica!" the girls echoed.

"Go on, get out of here!" her gruff voice came from inside the house. "And don't come back unless you have a good reason!" The door shut firmly.

They smiled. "Alright," Noah said, "let's head back."

"Mhm." Wendy and the others followed him.

"I still can't believe it," Yukino said on the walk back. "Grandeeney is a dragon here, but a human in Edolas."

"And she ended up in our world..." Meredy added. They were all still processing the shock.

Wendy, however, was quiet, clutching the pages to her chest, a radiant smile on her face. She hadn't found Grandeeney, but she had found a connection—and the Secret Arts her mother had left for her. She was so happy, she was practically skipping.
