When Lucy saw the video he recorded last night, her brain was completely flooded.

"She’ll be seen soon, I’ll bring her home then."

"What industry is she in?"

He kept tight-lipped, "You’ll know in time."

"Can you at least tell me about her family background and education?"

"She’s a child with a tough life, her parents abandoned her when she was young, she grew up in the countryside with her grandparents, but she has plans for her future, she got into a top university, but the mandatory course professor tried to make inappropriate advances, didn’t agree, hence was given zero points, she didn’t retake but left, later changing fields and did quite well."

Hearing him say this, Lily’s eyes lit up, "She has quite the spirit, how did you two meet?"

"Before, my girlfriend attended this club event, Mia Townsend was also there, she was forced by her parents to go, they underwent tough training for months, survived, and became good friends."

Jacob smirked slightly, thinking of her, it felt like his heart was filled with sweetness, there was no comparison to the days of liking Stellan Quinn before, he truly felt now was real affection.

So much so that he wanted to give her the best, she seemingly did nothing yet she cast a spell on him invisibly.

It’s like, he owed her in his past life.
