Several dayster, Samuel Whitmore announced to the public that he would first host a wee banquet for his daughter in the Northern Territory. The wee banquet would be held tomorrow evening, and it was said that there were no restrictions on who could attend the banquet.

The news spread quickly through the werewolfmunity. Pack members whispered excitedly about the mysterious daughter who had finally returned to the Whitmore family.

After receiving the news, Isabe ckwood selected more than a dozen evening gowns at home, but couldn’t find one that satisfied her. Each dress was scrutinized and discarded with growing frustration.

Diana ckwood entered the room and saw the bed full of evening gowns. She sighed helplessly.

“For the wee banquet of the Whitmore family’s daughter, you don’t need to dress too beautifully, lest you steal the limelight and make Miss Whitmore unhappy.”

Isabe ckwood replied dismissively, “So what? That country bumpkin daughter doesn’t care anyway.”

Based on her interactions with Sandy Parker over the past few days, she had concluded that Sandy Parker

was not only truly stupid but also brainless. The girl seemed tock any understanding of pack politics or

social dynamics.

Diana ckwood sighed and advised her daughter to give the Whitmore family some face. “Once you mate

into the family, you can do whatever you want to Miss Whitmore.”

Isabe ckwood suddenly felt her mother made sense and casually picked a decent dress. The logic was sound – patience now would pay dividendster.

Diana ckwood helped her match jewelry, praising that her daughter Be was the most beautiful among

the Northern Territory’s socialites. “You’ll surely dazzle everyone tomorrow night.”

Meanwhile, Adrian Whitmore brought Elena ckwood to the vi’s dressing room. Servants had prepared

dozens of evening gowns for her to choose from.

Elena ckwood looked at him with wide eyes. “Brother, isn’t this too much?”

He moved closer to her, raising an eyebrow. “How can clothes prepared for my sister be considered too

much?”

Elena ckwood smiled helplessly and carefully examined several evening gowns. The selection was

overwhelming in its luxury and variety.

Finally, her gaze fell on a pink–green new Chinese–style evening dress. The dress’s novel design made her eyes light up.

The fresh pink meeting vintage green was like a spring celebration. The shallow V–neck strapless design perfectly showcased beautiful corbone lines, sexy yet dignified.

Delicate embroidery meandered along the neckline and hem. Every stitch told the story of traditional

craftsmanship’s charm.

She couldn’t help but touch it. “This dress is really beautiful.”

Noticing the servant’s troubled expression, Adrian Whitmore asked what was wrong. The woman shifted ufortably under his gaze.

The servant replied, “Young Master Whitmore, this dress is a haute couture from two years ago that’s out of season. It might not be appropriate for the youngdy to wear.”

Adrian Whitmore frowned and was about to say something when Elena ckwood looked at him. Her voice was firm but gentle.

“It’s just a dress. Such exquisite design and embroidery craftsmanship shouldn’t be buried because it’s out of season.”

She continued with conviction, “Besides, I’m not in the fashion industry, so why should I care bif /bit’s out of season?”

Adrian Whitmoreughed and patted her head. “My sister is right.”

He then told the servant that as long as his sister liked the clothes, it didn’t matter if they were out of season. Fashion trends meant nothingpared to Elena’s happiness.

At this moment, Sandy Parker was hiding outside the door. She stared intently at the scene inside with burning jealousy.

Those beautiful evening gowns were originally hers. Tomorrow night’s wee banquet protagonist should

have been her too.

She hadn’t even enjoyed it yet before it was taken away! The unfairness of it all made her chest tight with

resentment.

Jacob Hayes suddenly appeared behind her. “What are you doing there?”

Sandy Parker froze on the spot, startled by his unexpected presence.

Adrian and I looked toward the person standing outside the door. Sandy Parker’s face flushed with

embarrassment at being caught.X

She quickly exined that since Sister Elena was trying on evening gowns, she came up to see if she could

help pick one or two. Her voice trembled slightly with nervousness.

I asked if there were any dresses among them that she liked. The question seemed to catch her off guard.

Sandy Parker was stunned. “Me?”

I smiled gently. “If there are any you like,e pick one or two. You’ll be attending tomorrow night too, won’t

you?”

Sandy Parker looked at those beautiful evening gowns and found it hard not to be tempted. But she was afraid of Adrian and didn’t dare show her desire too openly.

I took Adrian’s hand and asked, “Brother, what do you think?”

Adrian looked at the person in front of him and smiled, “Good, as you wish.”

Sandy Parker suppressed her inner excitement. “Thank you, Sister Elena, thank you… Young Master

He continued, “And the master didn’t let her attend tomorrow, but you’re letting her attend. How will you exin it then?”

Adrian’s gaze fixed on my face. But he knew I wouldn’t do this without reason.

I looked back, then stopped and faced them both. My voice was calm but determined.

“By letting her attend, the people behind her will have a chance to make their move. I think she won’t miss this opportunity.”
