The night covered the city and the Luxor Hotel staff was celebrating a sudden deal that fell in their laps. This acquisition would become the motive of why Leo had come to this city. The young man looked at the clock on his hand. After the signing was finished, they came back to their rooms, and then Coyote returned with his team. Nobody stopped them. Leo had ordered that everyone must celebrate.

The clock marked three in the morning, it was the darkest hour of the night. The people all dressed up in a gear that helped them blend in the night perfectly. They let out a rope from the seventh floor of the hotel. Jock has taken over the outside area in the name of security arrangement and it was only their people posted their.

So the seven people including Leo rappelled down the rope and they quickly left the hotel premise. They got inside a car where all the arms and ammunition were placed. Leo said, "Gun fire is the last option, and make sure not to kill anyone. Use the stun guns and take out anyone who is awake after the gas is injected."

The people nodded and they drove around the city. The capital city was well lit, and guarded by patrols but as the saying goes, it is always darkest under the lamp. The cops thought who was going to rob a bank that is established right next to the precinct, and same for the precincts. Only a fool would dare to act against a building filled with armed cops.

After an hour, the people reached the alleyway next to the bank. They had taken a couple of detours to delay the approach and cut a lot of corners, by following the routes through the alleyways. To make sure that the approach was as silent as possible, they drove through the place without lights and it was an electric vehicle that hummed so gently that the people could be put to sleep with it.

The vehicle was parked and Coyote pointed at the long steel staircase. This was an old fire exit system, however, for safety reasons, the first two floors of this staircase has been cut away. The bank stated that they would like to cherish the culture and history of the city when they kept the rest of the channel.

Leo took out a rope and a hook from the back of the car and he fastened it around his waist. The only leverage point was sixteen feet high from the ground. Leo looked around and then he stood diagonally across the point. Coyote and his crew didn't know what he was thinking, but then they saw Leo sprinting towards the wall at a high speed.

All they saw was a blur of black that ran along the wall and climbed six feet high with a couple of steps and then it jumped off the surface. When the blur materialized they saw Leo hanging from the leverage point. The floor of the second floor fire exit staircase. The young man flung himself over with some effort and tied the rope before signalling Coyote and the rest to get up.

Coyote was shocked and Leo glared at them. Only then did they wake up and realize that they were on a clock. They quickly transferred the gear above with the rope and then they climbed up as well. Finally they climbed the four floors, making sure that they avoid getting spotted by anyone from the windows of the Precinct next to them.

The Alleyway where they parked the car was usually used as a discreet entrance for VVIP clients. The door could only be used by the authorized personnel. The Precinct had no access to it, as the alleyway was blocked halfway through to protect the privacy of the guests. Although it was a security loophole but both these buildings were at least a century old. Who would have predicted that one day an angry young man would come and take a piss on prestige and might of both the organizations.

The crossover was easy, a horizontal jump as wide as seven feet. Leo was a physically enhanced man, while the rest were special forces veterans. They all moved quickly and after coming to the terrace of the precinct, they wore their respiratory masks, took out the Hypnogen Gas canisters they have procured from a dog shelter.

Hypnogen was a gas that was used to put enraged and triggered animals to sleep. This gas was also used by police to counter closed area combat situation or to disperse mobs. It was human safe, odorless, and colorless. The gas worked quickly and efficiently.

While the canisters discharged the content through the ventilation system Leo used the small tab to hack into the security system. He didn't disable it all directly, but he snuck in, got the access, and then he monitored the situation.

After a minute, when he spotted the people falling unconscious, he gave the signal and the men used a small charge to break the lock of the bulk door on the terrace. Leo disabled the alarms and the cameras in a blink and then they all rushed inside the building.

They didn't mess with the fourth floor, and headed directly to the third floor. Coyote grabbed the door access card from a knocked out cop outside the door, and then they filed in. Leo turned left and right in the center of the formation to identify Carole and sure enough he found the man, and they used the card to open the cell, and Leo tied up Carole and personally carried him over his shoulder.

Then they rushed down, however, not everything can go as smoothly as they wished for it. One cop was coming out of the washroom of the second floor, and he spotted a few people in black moving down the stairs. The young cop reached for the weapon strapped to his waist, but Leo was quicker, and he shot the stun gun.

The electric current from the stun gun was strong enough to numb the young cops limbs for a few seconds and in this time, Coyote was already upon him. The latter performed a blood choke and the young cop was knocked out as well.

That was it, and the team was out from the front door of the precincts. It was 3.35 AM.

Leo spotted a car standing across the street, he also spotted a young man running away from the spot. This was the getaway car, Leo rushed over, he saw that the key was in the ignition. He placed Carole in the trunk, four out of six men got in the car, while the other two ran over to the electric vehicle and took an alternative round to reach the hotel after dumping the vehicle.

The getaway was as easy as planned, but after they reached the hotel. The whole scene was all over the news. Coyote was sitting in the couch with the rest of his team. They had showered, but they were shivering. One of the men picked up a glass of scotch and said, "I never imagined that I would be able to feel such a thing after quitting the force."

Coyote sighed and replied, "You and me both brother."

One of them had been assigned to deliver Carole to a trucker that was going to smuggle the young man all the way to the Angkor City, and the truck left immediately to meet with another truck that waited for them outside the city limits. To avoid detection they would move Carole to another container.

Leo leaned against the headrest of his bed as he looked at Lily sleeping in her bed. He was on a video call with Snow, who showed him the face of the little girl. Snow said, "She asked for you, and when I told her you had gone to avenge Grandpa and Grandma, she said, "I would have beaten that villain as well. Why didn't he take me?"

Leo smiled at the innocence and he said, "He will be over by tomorrow evening. We should plan to go out after putting Lily to sleep. Ask Ma to look after her. I am sure Frag would want to come over as well."

Snow nodded and said, "Indeed she does, when she heard that you have gone to the capital, she connected the dots and asked me what is going on. I told her what was happening and she asked me to tell her when we deal with Carole."

Leo nodded and after some thought he said, "Well, I have to go out and talk to the boys, they have pulled a rather dangerous task this time."

Snow agreed and disconnected the call after telling him to take care.

Leo came out in the living room and looking at the guys drinking and laughing he thought he was simply a bit too worried. At this moment, Jock came in and said, "Sir, it's on the news."

Leo nodded and turned on the TV, and he saw Stellar Primal standing outside the station and presenting the news live. There was only one person who was minorly injured, that was the young cop. He has been tased so they were taking him to the hospital for checks.

Leo asked, "Those Hypnogen canisters are they traceable?"

Coyote shook his head and replied, "We cleaned them up leaving nothing but bare steel surface and then dipped them in acetone to clean any residual paint. They won't find anything."

Leo nodded and said, "Who owns that dog shelter? They won't be a trouble, would they?"

Coyote shook his head again and said, "It's my wife who runs that shelter. What happens in the family stays in the family."

Finally Leo let out a sigh and said, "Jock, get the plane ready, we are flying after lunch."

He could not wait to face Carole and give him what he deserved.
