The hospital staff who received the notification were shocked, and not only that Stefan Grimm was very efficient, he had issued the copy of list to the Commissioner of the Police, and the police had began to raid the addresses of the people named and round them up. The stir caused by all this was so big that the entire news network of the Crown City was covering only this issue.

The locals who have been scoffing at the 'so-called' charitable deeds of the Hospital were stunned, they didn't expect such an iron clad action coming from the helmsman of the Grimm Family. Stefan even organized a small press release where he stated, "None of the people involved in corruption and endangering the lives of innocent people will be punished. They will not be given any concession. Let this clean up be an example for the times to come, that none of us are above the law, and justice will be served. Long Live The King, Long Live Stag!"

While that was going on outside the hospital, Leo and Lily had finished talking to several families and the young man had used the chance to console the families. He also offered them to sponsor the treatment and also the recovery rehabs needed for the children. The families were flustered but Leo and Lily countered them with a simple argument, "We businessmen also earn money from the support of people, so giving it back to help some innocents is the least that we can do."

Then he made the payments on the spot and Zeenat processed a receipt from the families. He greeted the children and told them stories. Lily also played some little games with them. The nurse who had been assigned to lead them was waiting outside the children's ward and just then she sensed that her phone had been buzzing non stop. She was surprised, and then she saw a couple of cops walking over from the other end of the corridor, but then she saw something that she could not believe on.

The cops read the rights to a person before handcuffing him and taking him away. She was surprised to see this, because this person was one of her close friends. The person struggled but the cop rebuked, "I would stay silent if I were you. Its' not as if we are only after you, two hundred doctors have been arrested under the charges of corruption. Tch, shame on you all for doing this while donning these noble tags of the medico profession."

The nurse was shocked, and then she looked at the messages that had been flooding her mobile and she opened her eyes wide, it was indeed true. The hospital was being cleaned up and many of the high level administrators were terminated and arrested by the police at the same time.

The whole mess stirred up a storm in the city, many people who have donated the money for the Grimm Family Charity causes were flying off handle but when Stefan Grimm stepped up and accepted that he was too much of an idealist and that he regretted believing other people blindly. He also said that after he cleans this mess up, the contributors can have him persecuted or even removed from the trust board.

This was something that he had done after Leo told him that people didn't mind supporting a man who made a mistake, but they hate the ones who don't own their flaws and look away from reality. So, the impact of this operation didn't only prevent his status from falling, but even aided his reputation to gain some new gleam. While this happened, the stocks of the Grimm Group also stabilized and began to climb a little.

All these things were being monitored by the network of people who were behind this whole fiasco, Harry Shrine being one of them, and he was pissed. He knew that Stefan had called for Leo to help him, but these two were so quick, that within twenty four hours they have taken down such a major obstacle. In a fit of rage, Harry destroyed several expensive artifacts in his room before his father called his phone and told him to calm down and handle things like a real man.

Harry Shrine clenched his fist and mumbled, "Leo Cardinal, you will pay for your interference just you wait."

Cram, his butler was standing outside the room with his eyes closed. This was how Harry usually acted when he faced a setback. After a few minutes, Harry came out of the room and said, "Cram, prepare my best car for the night."

Cram nodded and left the place to deal with the affair, while Harry called his cronies.

Leo and Lily finished dealing with the people at the hospital and they went on a small shopping spree. Lily also bought a lot of candies and chocolates. Leo asked, "Why are you buying so many?"

Lily replied calmly, "I have come to a foreign trip on holidays, it is only right for me to bring back treats for my classmates. They are all good kids."

Leo chuckled and said, "Fine."

After picking up the gifts, the two people returned back to the hotel. Stefan had parted ways with them to handle things at his work place and then head home to check on the arrangements of the Charity Gala. Although his wife was handling all that but now that he knew about the truth, he didn't feel to be at ease.

Leo was fixing his bow tie when Lily walked up to him in her white frock dress, with a pout and said, "Baba, my hair look like a nest."

The young man looked at her with a smile and asked, "Who did this?"

Lily turned to look at Zeenat, who bowed to apologize. Leo shook his head and said, "That's fine Zeenat, thank you for dressing her up. I will handle the hair."

He made Lily sit before him and then began to gently brush her hair back into order and then he used some clips and before he applied a dab of child hair oil along the length of the hair. Lily looked in the mirror and found that her hair were now shining and she smiled.

Leo then did a cleansing treatment on her face and applied some baby moisturizer and a touch of lip balm that didn't look too much on her lips. Followed by that he pinched her cheeks gently and a blush appeared on them which was just right. Leo had mastered this trick after a few times. Lily had a fair complexion and with slightly harder touch her skin looks blushed. For the final touch, Leo applied a very thin eyeliner.

The little girl looked in the mirror and she smiled brightly before turning around and pecking Leo on the cheek and said, "Baba, you always make Lily beautiful."

Leo smiled and wanted to say something nice to her, when Lily reached out to sort a few strands of hair on his forehead, and then fixed his crooked bow tie. She smiled and said, "Baba, Lily will learn how to do hair as well. Then I will give you nice hairstyles."

Leo chuckled and pecked her cheek before he said, "Good, I will wait for that day."

Then the two of them entered the car and Kyle took the steering. Leo asked, "Zeenat, did you get the invite?"

All the guards were dressed in black and white suits with the pins of Pinnacle Securities stuck on their lapels, and Zeenat was dressed in a black gown. She was needed inside the venue to attend to Lily and protect her if needed, because Leo would have to handle his own troubles and he didn't want Lily to stand up for him and gain some unwanted attention.

Zeenat replied, "Yes, Sir. I have the invitation with me, but for the sake of convenience, Mister Grimm had me exchange contacts with his personal assistant. I will call him in person when we are about to reach so that he would receive us at the gates."

Leo nodded and leaned back in the chair, Lily asked, "Baba, what do you think it would be like?"

Leo shrugged and replied, "I have no idea how it would be, but you should follow the lines of what your Grandma taught you about the certain Noble Houses. I am sure that they would all be present in this place. Make sure you steer clear of them."

Lily nodded and replied, "That's what I intend to do, but if they came after me too aggressively, then what?"

Leo's gaze turned cold and he said, "Deal with them. I will handle the consequences."

Lily looked at Leo and when she saw his expression, she nodded. She was a five years old, but her mind had evolved a lot since she spent time in that dreamscape and followed by that, the chess master skill in her mind had also been integrated. Her train of thoughts could definitely leave people into a pile of minced meat.

With everything clear, they reached the gates of the Grimm Estate.
