CHAPTER 1251: PART 2: FIGHTING AGAINST ISSAC (INNER HALL)

From MC’s Perspective:

Fighting platform,

While we were waiting for the referee, he came at the last moment. Upon seeing him, the crowd started cheering out loud. The noise was louder compared to before.

A smile appeared on my face. I wondered why he was late. Then the old man activated the barrier. The barrier started to cover the fighting platform.

Issac became serious. He had come prepared. He knew what needed to be done.

Meanwhile,

The Faction Leaders and the Main Elders were gathered in their respective viewing blocks. They were eager to watch the duel as well.

Faction Leader Elmer was silent. This duel was the last duel for the Blazing Fire Faction. The previous two warriors had failed to defeat Zack Lockwood.

Now it was going to be the third chance. But Elmer was not confident, because Zack had never used his inheritance force from the beginning.

Yet he had defeated the previous top two warriors.

The other Faction Leaders had the same thoughts in their minds. Only the Dew Water Faction Leader, Monica, was thinking otherwise.

Virtual training lab:

There was another small group of people watching the duel from the lab, including Ronnie Seth and others. Most of them were supporters of Zack Lockwood.

Old man Daniel and his staff were watching the duel to collect data, so they could help Zack Lockwood later.

Fighting platform:

When the barrier finished covering the fighting platform, the old man referee gave the signal to start the fight.

Boom!

An explosion occurred beneath the feet of Issac. The propulsion pushed him forward. In a shot, he came toward me.

I activated the perception ability at that moment. His movements became slow. Right afterward, I circulated the blood force.

In a flash, my right arm was filled with the beaming force. My eyes turned serious, as I knew what the opponent could do.

Looking at his movements, I understood he didn’t want to miss a chance.

Swoosh!

Issac punched forward while charging at me. Seeing that, I moved my right arm in response toward him.

His punch was simple, without any flames. My eyes flashed with surprise.

Both of our punches came into contact with each other.

Booooooom!

At the point of contact, a small spark appeared. Issac, who was carrying a neutral face, smiled all of a sudden.

A powerful deafening explosion occurred. The blood force took most of the impact, yet I felt a powerful heat combined with the impact force.

Swoosh!

The impact force pushed me backward. In a flash, my body was a couple of feet away from him. A terrific heat was hurting my arm.

When my gaze fell on the right hand, I was stunned. The blood force was completely gone. Instead, my right hand was hurt. It had burn mark injuries.

Gasp!

The crowd exclaimed in surprise, because they were stunned as well. They thought it was a normal test of strength between the two.

But they didn’t expect Issac to use an element at the last moment. Unlike other warriors, Issac was different. His element exploded upon contact.

Not only that, the explosion spread terrifying heat and impact force, which caused further damage.

So the Blazing Fire Faction warriors looked fine, but the rest of the warriors were clueless. Only those who belonged to similar batches of Issac knew what was going on here.

On the fighting platform, Issac was grinning ear to ear. His method had worked. He had injured Zack. If he continued to do this, he would win the duel for sure.

Boooooom!

Something burst beneath his feet. The next second, the impact force pushed him toward the opponent. His speed was faster than before.

At the same time, I became alert. Once again, I circulated the blood force. The blood force immediately went to the right arm, palm, and fingers.

The pain receded the next moment. Then I could feel immense strength covering the hand. My perception was working fine.

Swoosh!

Issac once again used the element under his feet to propel himself forward. This method was faster than any other movement technique.

Once again, he moved closer toward the opponent.

At the same time, I made a decision. I knew about his element before. Since his attack could hurt me, there was no point in confronting it directly.

In a flash, he came before me with the same intent to punch. Instead of responding with a punch, I waited for the right opportunity.

Issac’s eyes flashed with doubt. He still continued to punch forward. The punch was just a few meters away from my face.

I moved to the left, avoiding the punch. At the same time, I aimed my right fist at his stomach. In a flash, he missed the target, but my punch landed on his stomach.

Boom!

The blood force struck hard. It immediately impacted his body. Issac’s eyes turned red in pain. The impact force didn’t send him backward.

Instead, his internal organs took a jolt. He felt as if they were tearing apart.

Issac tried to withstand his pain. Seeing that he was stunned, I rushed forward to strike. In a flash, I appeared before him.

Then I used a similar strike again.

Issac felt a sense of crisis. He knew if he didn’t move away from this spot, he would face the same attack again.

Issac’s face grew serious. The next second, he used his element. A bright red spark appeared beneath his feet.

The next second, an explosion occurred. Issac was immediately pushed backward by the impact force.

Yet he was grazed by Zack’s fist, which landed a blow to his stomach.

Boom!

The blood force shook his internal organs again.

Pfff!

He spewed a few drops of blood on the ground. In a flash, he retreated to his previous position.

On the other hand, my eyes flashed with regret. My right fist had not fully connected. Otherwise, the blow would have injured him further.

A loud exclamation came from the crowd. In a flash, they saw Issac being hurt now. This duel was going to be interesting.
