Peace watched the Angel's aura spread with confusion and awe. She didn't want to believe her words, yet denying it felt impossible, since the evidence before Peace's eyes was obvious proof.

Still, it was hard to believe. They came here thousands of years ago because of Rehael's Prophecy. However, they found only primitive humans, whom they ruled over like gods and goddesses.

As time passed, the Last Angel became a myth. The gathered forces across Earth began turning against each other. Without a common goal, they bickered and divided the planet.

That's when the angels and demons began warring with each other. Other religions mostly fought among themselves. Either way, humans suffered under their rule, since they were like gods in their eyes who could kill anyone on their whim.

Everything was perfect for Peace back then. People worshipped her as the goddess of peace. However, once the angels and demons declared war, things rapidly changed.

For hundreds of years, they fought and killed each other, but at some point, they all got locked into different Realms, halting their warring nature.

Now released from their shackles, they continued their fight, but with the Last Angel's appearance there was no point in fighting… Since they had a common enemy once more…

Peace glanced at War, both having the same thought. They turned towards Sera's giant avatar, their eyes burning bright with determination.

Both released their own auras simultaneously. Peace's light blue energy surrounded her body, while crimson-red flames consumed War. Their avatars appeared moments later, a head taller than Sera's own.

"If you're truly the Last Angel, then we can finally complete our mission! We can finally kill you and eliminate your threat forever!"

Peace's words echoed through Rome, which had become empty a while ago. Most civilians had already escaped; only the last stragglers and injured remained, but even they would be gone within the next minute.

Sera didn't answer Peace. Instead, she summoned a pair of silvery gauntlets with jagged, sharp knuckles and a beautifully embellished design. Her enemies also summoned their signature weapons, prepared to defend against Sera's attack.

The Last Angel spread her four pairs of wings and shot forward towards War. She moved so fast that a giant shockwave spread across Rome, raining lava on the surviving demons and angels.

Her right hand turned into a fist as she flew through the scalding hot air. War raised his greatsword made of crimson flames, using its wide blade as a shield. From the side, Peace stepped forward and thrust her lance, aiming at Sera's side.

Sera's avatar grinned as the wings on her right side moved, causing her body to spin violently around. With her foot, she kicked War's sword, sending him reeling back, while propelling herself towards Peace.

She grabbed the lance and turned her body around. Sera used the lance to toss the giant angelic being over her shoulder. However, as Peace flew into the air, her wings beat once, stabilizing her fall. She stayed floating in the air, watching Sera with narrowed eyes.

This minor tussle already levelled every building inside Rome, including the walls. The speed at which they moved was much faster than any Transcended could follow. Their physical strength was also overwhelming and terrifying.

All the angels and demons retreated through their own Gates into safety. The humans also got rescued moments prior, leaving the Stellars and Sera alone inside the ruined city.

Now with the rescue done, everyone watched the Last Angel's fight against two primordial gods.

After the initial attack, War and Peace stopped for a moment, reassessing the situation. It seemed that going on the defensive wasn't the best choice. The Last Angel looked quite Mad, but fighting seemed ingrained into her very bones.

Instead of defending, they both shot forward. War pushed away from the ground and slammed his enormous sword right on Sera's head.

The golden avatar with green veins raised and crossed her gauntleted hands, defending against the heavy blow.

Another shockwave went across the plains. Giant cracks appeared on the ground, going on for kilometers. All the lava rose into the air across Rome as an earthquake shook reality.

War kept applying pressure, so Sera couldn't evade the incoming lance. From above and behind, Peace's light blue blade came crashing down right atop the Last Angel.

Just before the weapon could pierce the avatar's head, dozens of giant silvery spikes created an impenetrable wall behind her. The lance broke through most, but it became too slow to catch Sera's moving body.

She suddenly decreased her push on the greatsword, which gave her enough time to free one of her hands. The other one quickly intercepted the burning crimson blade, which in turn penetrated the gauntlet.

Sera held the weapon with her avatar's left hand. Without the gauntlet, the greatsword began rapidly draining her essence. It also caused immense pain, which the bloodlusted woman laughed off.

Her freed right hand burned with bright golden flames. The knuckles grew long spikes as she clasped her gauntlet of a fist.

With all her power, Sera punched forward, aiming at the greatsword's blade. War's blood-red eyes went wide as the Last Angel's gauntlet hit his weapon, breaking it with ease.

The crimson and golden flames danced together as they shot away from Sera's body. The spikes broke off her gauntlet, but they had already served their purpose, since her gauntlet stayed unbroken on her fist.

The Last Angel didn't wait for Peace's lance to stab her. She beat her wings once, propelling her towards War's recovering form.

When she broke the greatsword, the power in her blow got carried along the weapon's handle. War's hands felt the full force behind Sera's punch, distorting them.

The gauntlet regenerated on Sera's left hand as more spikes grew from the ground. They stabbed through War's legs, immobilizing him… Not like he planned on running…

The massive crimson knight just chuckled and raised his avatar's forearms. A moment later, Sera's left fist connected with them.

Time slowed as the pressure in the air exploded. Sera's punch carried so much power, it didn't just send the lava and earth below flying… It broke down their structure!

The pressure in the air dissolved the bonds between molecules, then turned those molecules into atoms, and finally broke even those until nothing remained. The air filled with different types of electromagnetic radiation as the particles shot away from Sera's punch.

Her punch was like a nuclear explosion, but more focused, and instead of a bright light, only golden cleansing flames appeared. The silvery spikes melted from Sera's flames, and since the ground already ceased to exist below War, the crimson knight went flying.

He flew for a few dozen kilometers along the surface. His burning body carved through the earth, gouging a wide tunnel across hills and mountains.

Meanwhile, Peace's lance broke the wall of Angelic Metal. Her giant wings beat fast as she flew straight towards Sera's punching form.

The Last Angel couldn't possibly evade to blow, but her quick decision making saved her life.

Peace aimed the lance right at the avatar's heart, where Sera's actual body glowed bright like a star. However, the golden avatar leaned to the right, so the light blue energy weapon passed through the avatar's left shoulder instead of its heart.

Sudden pain assaulted Sera's mind, but her bloodlust nullified its effects. Her avatar got damaged though, as Peace pulled her lance out, Sera's left arm got separated at the shoulder.

The golden flames fell towards the ground, glowing brighter with each passing moment. When they touched the ground below, a giant explosion pushed both avatars away by a few kilometers.

For long seconds, silence reigned over the crater, which was once a city-state. However, soon more shockwaves spread along the air and ground as the Stellars ran at each other with newfound strength.

Sera and Peace flew through the air, while War came crashing through the tunnel his body made. They weren't even near Rome's ruins anymore, as their fight spread further east.

Their initial momentum halted as their fight continued. Sera held her ground against War and Peace, but she wasn't winning either. She was constantly a wrong move away from utter defeat, yet she grasped at straws and held on.

Her avatar looked miserable. She was missing her left arm and her right foot. Also, a chunk of her stomach had disappeared. All over her body, the golden flames moved erratically, from hundreds of smaller cuts.

Peace and War looked similar, albeit they weren't missing any limbs. They all were reaching the end of their ropes, since keeping these avatars going took an enormous strain on their mental capacity and drained their essence rapidly.

Time was running out as both Peace and War prepared a final attack, which should eliminate the Last Angel. They stood on either side of Sera and brandished their weapons.

The pressure on the surface of reality increased as both angelic and demonic being bent their knees and shot forward. However, the Last Angel simply giggled and prepared her own final blow.

She floated a few hundred meters above the ground. The gauntlet on her right hand grew larger until its silvery surface spread along her entire arm. Bright golden flames danced along its surface, making it many times hotter than the sun.

The Angelic Metal's weight increased rapidly, while Sera's wings propelled her towards the ground below. Both Peace and War's eyes went wide with fear at Sera's ridiculous speed and her lack of self-preservation.

Moments later, her fist connected with the ground, and with all the factors combined, the results were something truly fascinating.

The strange screeching sound echoed all across Earth's Realm, as reality seemed to scream under Sera's fist. A weird crack appeared where Sera's fist connected with the ground… A crack in the fabric of reality…

However, a moment later the crack disappeared as the Realm repaired itself. All the kinetic energy passed into the ground below. Everyone went blind and deaf as an explosion unlike anything spread across the Italian Peninsula…
