CHAPTER 292: CHAPTER 292: YE XUAN’S ROCKET ADVANCEMENT

Because she wanted to stabilize her foundation and needed more spiritual energy than the rest to advance, she was still a distance from advancing.

During the one week of seclusion, only Ye Xuan had advanced by three levels. He was grateful that the Chu family had let him join them this time.

When the elders who had advanced by a level or two saw the low level of spiritual energy left in the pool, they left and started to cultivate outside of it in the hall.

They wanted the younger generation to benefit more so they gave up cultivating in the pool until the end.

Now only Chu Miao, her brother, and Ye Xuan were left in the pool. Chu Hao was already at the seventh level of Qi refinement and was absorbing as much spiritual energy as possible to stabilize his level due to the rapid advancement.

On the ninth day after the seclusion began, Ye Xuan advanced to the sixth level of Qi refinement.

After making sure that he had stabilized his cultivation, he left the pool because he had started to feel fluctuations of energy around Chu Miao.

Chu Hao had also felt the power fluctuations and realized that his sister was about to advance.

Thus, he left the pool as well.

Soon,the few people in the hall opened their eyes to see a whirlwind cloud of spiritual energy circling around Chu Miao’s head and around her.

It looked as if all the spiritual energy in the entire soul ring was attracted to her and she was absorbing it crazily.

The others didn’t even have a chance to absorb anything even if they wanted to. So, they just gave up and stood aside to watch.

After about an hour, there was a bright light shining around Chu Miao and then she advanced to the middle level of the foundation establishment realm.

After almost ten days of absorbing spiritual energy nonstop, she had finally advanced.

This time they had all gained something, especially Ye Xuan who had advanced by four levels in ten days.

When Chu Miao opened her eyes and exhaled the turbid air out of her lungs she felt like a new person.

Having more strength was indeed good. However, she thought that she needed to find a way to train the body.

If they don’t temper their bodies with other physical methods, it will get to a place where their fragile bodies could not support the spiritual energy within it.

Even though they had found some body tempering techniques before, they were all low level and would lose effect as they became stronger.

"How is everyone’s progress?" Grandpa Chu asked as soon as Chu Miao came out of the pool.

"I advanced by three levels. Now I am at the eighth level of Qi refinement." Chu Hao boasted like always, thinking he was the one who made the biggest improvement.

"That’s impressive. It seems to do have some talent in cultivation. What about you Xiao Xuan?" Grandpa Chu asked Ye Xuan directly.

He had witnessed how Ye Xuan had gone from being an ordinary person to a level two Qi refinement cultivator in less than a week.

He thought that with such dense spiritual energy, he must have made even more progress.

"Why are you asking him specifically? It’s not like he’s better than me." Chu Hao grumbled because he believed that this time he had outdone Ye Xuan.

"Grandpa, I advanced to the sixth level of Qi refinement." Ye Xuan replied and everyone, including Chu Miao was surprised.

When Grandpa Chu heard the answer, he laughed heartily.

Everyone else nodded when they heard that. It was indeed a good thing that he had gotten the recognition and blessings of the ancestors.

"Congratulations for your advancement. And you too, Bunny, you have worked hard. Advancing to the middle level of the foundation establishment was not easy." Father Chu also congratulated his daughter who happened to be the strongest person amongst the few of them.

"Thanks, Daddy. Congratulations Ah Xuan for advancing so much. I guess that the next time you find an opportunity you will go straight to the foundation establishment." Chu Miao also congratulated her boyfriend for his rapid advancement.

"You did great too. Also, I couldn’t have done it without you. Your help and training has helped me become stronger. I hope I can use my strength to protect you." Ye Xuan said while walking to his girlfriend and hugging her.

The two had become more familiar after a few intimate sessions and no longer avoided their family when they expressed their feelings for each other.
