He said he would be the first to take it.

The Chu family members sitting in the living room just smiled when they saw this. It was good to have such friends who would trust you unconditionally in the apocalyptic world.

"Okay, then is there anyone opposed to it? We won’t force you but you will have to leave first before we finish." Everyone knew who Grandpa Chu was talking about but no one said anything.

Even though the Li family second daughter-in-law was pampered and spoiled, she wasn’t entirely stupid. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have changed so much and even ended up awakening a superpower when her daughter’s life was threatened because of her.

When she saw that no one spoke up against the oath, she kept quiet as well.

"Where is this place?" Grandpa Li had seen the world after all and was the first to recover.

He asked the question that was burning everyone else’s rationality.

"The Chu family trump card. It is a fall back plan if the world cannot be saved." Grandpa Chu explained.

He didn’t say much, but everyone understood what he meant.

If the apocalypse could not be ended and the world was completely overtaken by zombies, then this was a piece of paradise that the Chu family could use to save themselves.

"The zombies cannot access this place?" Even though it was a stupid question, the first son of the Li family still asked.

"It’s a different space, not the same as the world we live in. So, the zombies, zombie virus, and such cannot enter here." Chu Miao, the owner of the space replied this time.

"Wow! This is incredible. How did your ancestors find this place?" The second son of the Li family asked while looking around.

Indeed, anyone who saw this place for the first time would assume that it had existed before and someone just discovered the door to it.
