The morning sun crept slowly over the rooftops of Konoha, casting long golden rays across the Senju Compound. Birds chirped faintly in the distance, and a warm breeze rustled the paper windows. Inside the quiet bedroom, a large bed rested near the window, bathed in soft light.

Hajime lay still, eyes open, half-covered by pale sheets. Beside him, Tsunade slept peacefully, her long golden hair messy across the pillows. One arm rested over his chest, rising and falling gently with his breathing. Her face was calm, younger in sleep, untouched by the stress she usually carried during the day.

He looked at her for a moment. No words, with tenderness in his eyes and just a quiet recognition of the life they had, if only for a moment.

Carefully, Hajime lifted her arm off his chest and slid out from under the sheets. Tsunade stirred slightly but didn't wake. Her breath remained steady.

He stood beside the bed, the light glinting off the edges of his cloak as he drew it around his broad shoulders. Then, with a silent thought, he vanished, teleporting not with chakra, but through the quiet pressure of his psychic will.

He reappeared in darkness.

Not total darkness, though. Faint blue and violet glows danced across the walls of his hidden laboratory, buried deep beneath the Hokage Tower. Only a few knew this place existed, and even fewer could enter it.

The lab was silent . At the center stood the Throne of Insight, a tall, curved control seat built of chakra-metal and connected to a sealed circular frame where the Rinnegan was embedded like a living core.

Hajime walked toward it and sat down, the seat adjusting automatically to his massive frame. As he rested his hands on the arms of the throne, the Rinnegan flared behind him. Pale lavender light poured through the veins of the room, activating every console and containment unit.

This was where he worked best. Alone. Focused.

He reached out with his psychic mind and pulled forward two items.

First: a sample of Sakura's genetic material, taken quietly days ago. She had agreed, trusting him without question.

Second: the revised blueprint for the Type-01F Gene Seed organs. Unlike the Astartes of his past life, this was a Naruto-world version, adapted for human DNA without chakra-enhancing bloodlines. It was compatible with Sakura's ordinary, but extremely stable genetic makeup.

Using Yin-Yang release through the Rinnegan and his own mental control, Hajime began shaping the organs one by one.

Each organ was formed in its own pod, suspended in thick fluid, stabilized by invisible psychic threads. And floating with psychic Power

It wasn't chakra that powered this, it was raw will, reshaped by technique.

The process took an hour, but by the end of it, nine containment pods floated before him in a semi-circle, glowing softly.

It took only an hour as Sakura was an ordinary Human with no bloodline, so the time it took was much shorter.

Hajime stood and approached them.

Each pod had a label etched onto its surface, clean and simple:

Second Heart – to strengthen stamina and circulation, giving Sakura more endurance and faster chakra flow.

Partial Ossmodula – hardens bones slightly, reducing risk of fractures during high-speed movement or impact.

Partial Biscopea – improves muscle structure, allowing for better force-to-mass output and sharper reaction time.

Occulobe – enhances visual focus, helping her read movement and avoid deadly blows in close combat.

Lyman's Ear – upgrades inner ear balance and helps resist genjutsu-based disorientation or sudden sensory attacks.

Preomnor – a secondary stomach filter that protects her from toxins, drugs, and food-based poisons.

Haemastamen – boosts oxygen absorption and chakra circulation through more efficient blood chemistry.

Catalepsean Node – a small neural node that lets her rest while half-awake, useful for night missions or emergencies.

Larraman's Organ – releases a clotting compound to seal wounds rapidly and boost cellular regeneration.

These weren't power fantasy enhancements, they were practical, grounded, and calculated. Hajime had tailored each one not to turn Sakura into a monster, but to allow her to grow beyond human limits… just enough to reach and stay by his side.

He stood silently for a moment, the glow of the Rinnegan fading behind him.

Then, closing his eyes, he reached out, not with words, but with thought.

Sakura was standing in the hospital hallway, wrapping a bandage around a young genin's arm. The boy had a clean cut across his forearm, the result of a botched kunai throw during training. She smiled softly at him, finishing the last knot and giving the boy a light pat on the shoulder.

Then her breath caught.

A voice, not loud, not frightening, simply whispered across her thoughts:

"Come to the lab. It's time."

Her eyes widened.

She looked around, expecting to see Hajime nearby, but the hallway was empty.

The boy blinked up at her. "You okay, miss?"

Sakura nodded quickly. "Yeah. You're all done. Go get some rest."

She didn't wait. She cleaned her hands, removed her coat, and walked briskly out the hospital doors. Her heart beat fast.

She had hoped for this. Trained for it. Prayed that he meant it when he said he would help her grow.

She made her way to the Hokage Tower, not up into the building, but around the back, where an old storage room sat quietly beneath the hill.

She stood before a blank wall.

Then… it opened.

Not from chakra. Not from seals. But from something else—psychic recognition. The passageway revealed a spiral stairwell heading deep underground.

She swallowed her nerves and stepped forward.

The descent took longer than she expected. The air shifted the deeper she went, cooler, denser, charged with invisible pressure.

When she reached the bottom, the lab stretched before her.

Glowing light pulsed from crystal embbeded in the walls. The nine pods floated behind Hajime, whose tall form stood beside them, cloak hanging around his armored shoulders.

He turned as she stepped in, and their eyes met.

Sakura stopped.

The lab was clean. Silent. But full of power.

"These," Hajime said, gesturing to the nine containment pods, "are what you asked for."

She stepped closer, eyes wide. The organs were floating inside, suspended in light-blue fluid, softly glowing.

He explained them one by one, each organ, its purpose, and its potential.

Then he paused.

"There's pain," he said, tone calm. "And risk. These aren't ordinary surgeries. Your body may reject them. You'll have to train, adapt, push yourself beyond normal limits. Once we start… there's no going back." though he can make it painless and easier, he was warning Sakura.

Sakura listened, face pale but eyes steady.

She didn't pretend to be brave. But she was not weak.

"If this is the path to stand beside you," she said quietly, "then I accept it."

Hajime studied her for a moment. Then, for the briefest second, his expression softened.

No nod. No words.

But there was something like respect in the air between them.

He moved toward the center of the lab and began preparing the surgical chamber.

Sakura followed, her footsteps steady.
