After extensive exploration, they discovered that Japan was not a part of another world, but a fragment of the Spirit Realm!

It was only separated from their homeland by the Endless Sea!

Of course, to cross this sea, the Spiritual Beasts must reach Totem Rank.

So in order to return to their homeland, these people began to fervently cultivate and battle.

Many perished in this process, and Emperor of Dead Bones later revived them all as the Undead.

After more than 100 years, Emperor of Dead Bones’ Spiritual Beast advanced to Totem Rank, and he also conquered the entire land of Japan.

The Evil Gods, after their "feast", had returned to their Divine Countries or moved on to another place for another "feast".

Emperor of Dead Bones "killed" two Evil Gods left behind in charge of "cattle-herding" the Evil Servants and by reading their chaotic memories, learned about the existence of the "Heart of Evil".

The very source of all Evil Gods’ existence.

He decided to make war on the "Heart of Evil", and what followed were the scenes Chen Mo saw in the spiritual imagery.

After clashing with the "Heart of Evil", Emperor of Dead Bones’ Spiritual Beasts were heavily injured, suffering irreversible corruption and damage.

Realizing he could no longer cross the Endless Sea back to Da Yuan, Emperor of Dead Bones had no choice but to return to Japan.

In his final moments, he gave up on revenge and only wished that his remains would be buried in his homeland after his death.

Thus, he left behind each of his Spiritual Beasts’ legacies.

Hoping that a genius Spirit Master would emerge in Japan, someone who could take his remains back and reunite with the soil of Da Yuan Country.

Looking at Chen Mo, Lake Spirit felt an inexplicable sense of hope arise within her.

She seemed to foresee Chen Mo giving up, yet she faintly hoped he would draw the "calamity" out.
