CHAPTER 178: CHAPTER 173: AS UNTIDY AS YOUR AUNT (FIVE UPDATES)

"Just like your aunt, you need some discipline!" Tong Airui laughed and pinched Duoduo’s little cheek before quickly heading downstairs.

Yi Luowa pursed her lips. How was she in need of discipline again?

Tong Airui was quick going downstairs and quick coming back up. Yi Luowa hadn’t even had a proper chat with Connie and Tong Ai Ni before he returned. "Let’s go down for dinner. All set."

"So fast?" Tong Ai Ni asked suspiciously.

"Yeah, once the paternity test results are out, everything will be clear. Auntie didn’t even need to bring her back in the first place." Tong Airui noticed Yi Luowa was still holding Duoduo and frowned with displeasure. "Ai Ni, can you hold Duoduo for a while? Your fourth sister-in-law is still under the weather!"

Not waiting for Tong Ai Ni to respond, Yi Luowa hurried to explain, "Ai Ni wanted to hold Duoduo, but he wouldn’t go to her."

"Then find someone he will go to. Are their fancy nannies all just wasting money?" Tong Airui walked over and extended his arms to take Duoduo.

Duoduo turned his face away with an unhappy little grumble.

"Tong Airui, don’t you know your own limits? If I get tired holding Duoduo, I’ll naturally find someone to help." Yi Luowa dodged his hand.

Tong Airui feigned annoyance, "You’re all disobedient! Trying to rebel against me?"

Yi Luowa pouted and shot him a playful glare. "Who dares to defy you? Weren’t you calling us to go downstairs to eat? Why are we still standing here?"

"You two can keep arguing. Connie and I will head down first." Tong Ai Ni tugged Connie out the door.

Connie whispered, "It’s true what they say about your fourth brother spoiling his wife, huh? Seeing it up close, it really checks out."

"My brother’s been acting strange recently." Tong Ai Ni glanced back toward the sitting room and saw the two still hadn’t come out. "Even my dad spoiling my mom didn’t go to this extent."

"You Jia treats you the same way—utterly devoted. Haven’t you noticed?"

"You Jia is way more normal than my brother." Tong Ai Ni giggled, covering her mouth.

Connie spotted Tong Aino emerging from the first-floor study, her brows furrowing slightly with a hint of concern.

By the time everyone had taken their seats, Tong Airui and Yi Luowa came in holding Duoduo. Tong Ai Ni, catching a glimpse of Yi Luowa’s rosy lips, grinned. "I’d bet my brother’s already had his fill."

Tong Aino raised his eyes to look at Yi Luowa and couldn’t help bursting into laughter.

Yi Luowa glanced at the siblings skeptically. "What are you two laughing about?"

"Pair of fools!" Tong Airui chuckled as he pulled out a chair for Yi Luowa. "Don’t mind them."

"Ahem... Fourth Brother, you and your wife need to be more careful. Don’t do things inappropriate for children in front of them." Tong Aino scolded Tong Airui and then turned to Mi Chenshuo. "And you, Third Brother, you’re absolutely embarrassing! Even if someone slept with a hundred women, they wouldn’t cause as much trouble as you have. Yet here you are, planting a seed."

"All these delicacies can’t keep your mouth shut?" Mi Chenshuo shot him a glare.

"He’s just sour grapes," Tong Airui quipped as he placed Duoduo in the baby chair. "Sis, tell your in-laws to start paying my wife a salary."

Xiaoyudian chuckled, "Feeling sorry for your wife now? Since we’re only here for a few days, I’ll try not to bother Luowa too much."

"Sister Yuyu, don’t listen to him. I love playing with Duoduo." Yi Luowa lowered her head to buckle Duoduo’s safety belt. "Shall Auntie feed you dinner? Duoduo, which dish do you like most?"

"How about I feed Duoduo, and you eat first?" Connie smiled and offered after hearing Yi Luowa wasn’t feeling well.

"You’re a guest; I’ll feed him myself..." Yi Luowa suddenly caught herself mid-sentence, blushing as she snuck a glance at Tong Airui, only to quickly turn away when she saw him smiling knowingly at her.

Tong Airui chuckled, "Mom, look how thoughtful my wife is—already taking care of guests on your behalf."

"Then I must thank you for finding me such a wonderful daughter-in-law." Tong Yao remarked, then turned to Tong Aino. "Now our family’s only missing you. When are you planning to bring someone home for me?"

Tong Aino raised an eyebrow slightly, "Maybe when your hair turns white, I might consider bringing one home."

"You brat!" Tong Yao laughed and scolded him, picking up her chopsticks.

Since Connie decided to stay at the villa, Yi Luowa stayed as well. By around eight in the evening, the paternity results for Mi Chenshuo and Han Yirou’s unborn child were delivered.

Mi Chenshuo, lounging with his legs crossed, glanced at the results, and his eyes widened in shock. "How is this possible!? Fourth Brother, when is the paternity test you arranged going to be ready?"

"Mine takes three days." Tong Airui, seeing his expression, immediately knew the guy had struck trouble.

"I rushed mine, but there must’ve been some error along the way. This baby absolutely is not mine! I know what I’ve done and haven’t done!" Mi Chenshuo crumpled the results and threw them to the ground.

Yan Zi grew anxious upon hearing this. "Trust science! You’ve already admitted you were completely drunk, so naturally, you wouldn’t remember what happened. Let’s not tell Han Yirou the results yet. Once Airui’s test comes out, we can discuss whether or not to keep the baby."

"Mom—don’t complicate things for me. Let me tell you, if this child really is mine, you’re not allowed to let her keep it. A loveless child isn’t fair to any of the three of us."
