CHAPTER 181: CHAPTER 176: QUICK FIGHT, QUICK DECISION (SECOND UPDATE)

Connie turned her head and looked over. Seeing Tong Aino rushing toward her, a smile appeared on her face. She hadn’t expected that the one to charge over would be him.

The two men saw that it was only Tong Aino by himself and casually walked past Connie toward him.

Tong Aino fearlessly stepped forward to meet them.

Afraid Tong Aino might suffer, Connie bent down, took off her shoes, and smashed them down on the back of the boozehound’s head.

Tong Aino looked at Connie in disbelief. In his eyes, Connie was the picture of a proper, well-mannered lady. Who would’ve thought she’d start swinging her shoes at people?

The boozehound let out a yelp after being struck and lunged toward Connie.

Tong Aino immediately dashed over and got tangled up in a brawl with the two men.

The dance floor instantly descended into chaos, filled with squeals and whistles. Some even decided to play makeshift security, clearing space on the dance floor for the four of them to duke it out.

Tong Airui and Yi Luowa arrived just as Tong Aino had taken down one of the men. He was now fighting a blonde-haired guy.

Seeing the boozehound trying to get up, Connie grabbed her shoe and started smacking him in the face. Yi Luowa burst out laughing, "Well, seeing a classy lady in a fight makes this trip worthwhile."

Tong Airui smirked, "Looks like we’re not needed here."

"Finish this quick." You Jia ran over and whispered in Tong Airui’s ear, "Sis and Third Brother are dealing with Han Yirou and Yi Lingfei on the other side. Once we’re done here, let’s head over to pitch in."

Tong Airui glanced at Little Raindrop and the others, then turned his head to You Jia and said, "You go help over there. I’ll handle it here."

Yi Luowa, standing nearby and hearing everything clearly, rolled up her sleeves and said to Tong Airui, "I’ll take care of this. You head over there. When it’s done, let’s meet at the parking lot outside. Make sure not to get caught by the cops."

Tong Airui looked at her excited expression and chuckled, rubbing her head. "You’ve done this kind of thing before, haven’t you?"

"With this gorgeous face of mine, you think I don’t get hit on in places like this?!" Yi Luowa smirked mischievously, "If I can beat them, I’ll knock them down. If I can’t, I’ll run..."

Tong Airui glared at her in disapproval, but before he could scold her, Yi Luowa was already charging into the dance floor. Seeing her arrive, Tong Aino lost interest in fighting and, in a matter of moments, joined forces with Yi Luowa to knock down the man bothering Connie.

"Why are you here? If you get hurt, my brother would skin me alive!"

Yi Luowa shook her head, gesturing for him to stop talking, then pointed at Connie and the exit. Without another word, she exited the dance floor herself. If she was here, there was no way she’d let Yi Lingfei leave the nightclub unscathed.

Tong Aino watched her leave and reached out to grab Connie, who was still beating the boozehound. "Let’s go!"

Connie stared at his hand holding hers, momentarily stunned.

"Hurry up!" Tong Aino impatiently tugged her, and the two squeezed their way out through the crowd.

Yi Luowa saw them leave and casually grabbed two half-empty beer bottles before heading straight for Yi Lingfei’s table.

Tong Airui couldn’t help but laugh as he watched her. He finally understood—this little rascal definitely loved stirring up trouble.

Mi Chenshuo and the others were shoving and arguing with Yi Lingfei’s table when Yi Luowa elbowed Ai Ni and Little Raindrop, signaling them to step aside. Once they moved out of the way, Yi Luowa went up to Yi Lingfei. With a swing of the beer bottle, blood and beer trickled down Yi Lingfei’s head.

Yi Lingfei screamed, clutching her head as she stumbled to the floor.

"Move!" Tong Airui grabbed Yi Luowa’s hand and sprinted away.

The nightclub instantly exploded into mayhem. By the time the security guards rushed in, Yi Luowa and the others were already in the car. Hearing the distant police sirens, Yi Luowa laughed, "This is just like the movies—right after the brawl, the cops show up."

"Had fun?" Tong Airui pinched her cheek.

"Not enough. If you people hadn’t been there, I could have toyed with her a bit longer..." Yi Luowa noticed Tong Airui staring at her ominously, so she rubbed her cheek and puckered her lips, keeping silent.

"How about we go back for round two?" Tong Airui teased.

"Only an idiot would go back! The cops are here—getting caught would be a total spectacle. Prince, Princess, Duchess, Viscount—ha, ha, ha—just me, a lone white knight. Here’s the deal: if they trace the fight back to us, I’ll take full responsibility," Yi Luowa declared proudly to Tong Airui.

"If it does come down to that, there are others who can take the fall—it definitely wouldn’t be you," Tong Airui chuckled, pulling her into his embrace. "That skill of yours is wasted in a place like this. How about joining Shen Eagle?"

"Someone like me can join Shen Eagle?" Yi Luowa asked with a grin.

Tong Airui nodded. "Yeah, want to join?"

Yi Luowa hesitated for a while before replying, "Maybe occasionally, but long-term is definitely a no-go. I still need to take care of my second uncle, and I promised Auntie that after Ai Ni gets married, I’d stick by her side."

Tong Airui looked at her, feigning hurt. "You’d stay by their side—then who will stay by mine?"

"I’ll keep you company when you’re home," Yi Luowa lightly patted his face. "Like now—isn’t this nice?"

Tong Airui let out a bitter laugh. Like now? How was that possible? When he returned to Xiawu, there’d be countless matters to deal with. Being at home full-time would be nothing short of a luxury.
