CHAPTER 80: LAW AWAKENING STAGE!!!

All his cold façade, his neutral expression and his emotionless voice broke while at the same time his face burned in humiliation, He couldn’t believe He got played just like that, so simply.

’Ughh.. this.. this seductive woman.. ’ He complained in his mind. It’s not like he didn’t like what He saw but still.. still...

Than Evelynn just had to go and tease him like that causing him to inwardly cry for the injustice and not having any place to complain..

Meanwhile when He was still wallowing in his misery Black suddenly felt a shiver run down his spine, his pupils dilating. When he saw Zephyr’s delicate fingers poking at his already stiff little brother curiously causing his heart to skip a beat and his little brother to roar in excitement.

"Ugh.. " He grunted and with a wry look on his face, said. "Please don’t.. don’t do that.. Zephyr."

"Ah ~ " at his words Zephyr also came out of her daze, her cheeks flushed as she took a few uncertain steps back, her head lowered in embarrassment, while she whispered in a low voice. "I.. I’m sorry.. Black ~ " her words hitting his already chaotic heart like an arrow.

"It’s alright.. don’t worry about it." He responded dryly.

"Why are you two getting all awkward now.. you weren’t behaving like that a few seconds ago ~ " Evelynn said from the side, her amethyst gaze tinged with amusement. Already putting the matter of earlier tease at the back of her mind.

However, how can Black do that, therefore with a shrewd smile he quickly responded without any hesitation..

"Its none of your business Master.. furthermore as a dignified and noble Master, it would be very indecent of you to pry into your Disciple’s private life!!"

"Oh!" Evelynn raised her brows while her lips curled at his witty reply — impressed.

’Did he have a sharpe tounge too now’ she wondered.

She couldn’t help but nod. "You’re absolutely right.. as your Master I shouldn’t be doing such things.. that was so unbecoming of me, Fufufu ~ " she chuckled — entertained, while her big bosoms shook because of her actions.

This time Black didn’t stare at them, his eyes only focused on her hypnotic face yet He still took a glance to state his curiosity.

"Anyway enough of that.. " Evelynn’s said wiping the tear from the edge of her amethyst eyes, her amused expression returning to normal while simultaneously she also waved her right hand.

Than as though guided by some supernatural force of nature the normal transformation core or rank two cores of Lin-fang and Leo-fang, borke out of there magical beast bodies and advanced towards Evelynn’s right hand, stopping and levitating above it.

"Here, quickly consume and absorb them, to complete your evolution to the next stage — The Law Awakening Stage ~ " She said while passing the two reddish-orange colored normal transformation cores towards Black and Zephyr.

They too calmly grabbed the 10 centimeter big Normal Cores thereafter examining the cores with curious expressions having already returned to there normal selves, there earlier awkwardness and embarrassment fading like a morning mist before the rising sun.

"After breaking through to The Law Awakening Stage, you’ll finally be able to compherend The Elementary Cosmic Laws and get yourselves some specific attributes or you might even awaken your innate attributes, if you had any ~ "

"Right we have to start from the elementary rank even with our Higher Tiered Bloodlines, Huh!?" Black sighed.

"What are you sulking for, if you have enough talent, than it won’t take you long to completely compherend The Nine Levels of your specific Elementary Law and evolve it to the next Rank of The Primary Cosmic Laws.. besides as A Progenitor talent is the last thing you need to worry about ~ "

"Anyways it won’t take you more than a year to completely compherend The Nine Levels of your specific Elementary Law and maybe less if you are more serious about the comprehension of your Law ~ " Evelynn said.

"But an Elementary Cosmic Law doesn’t give more than 3 Levels of Base Prowess and A Mortal Phase lifeform can only compherend The Elementary and Primary Cosmic Laws and can’t compherend A Greater Cosmic Law while I as a Progenitor am connected or can even be called the very source of The Greater Cosmic Law of Greater Resonance.. "

"However I still have to go from The Elementary Cosmic Law of Minor Resonance to The Primary Cosmic Law of Major Resonance, than only will I be able to even compherend The Greater Cosmic Law of Greater Resonance and its the same for My Dissonance Trait too, from Minor Dissonance to Major Dissonance than to Greater Dissonance.. and that’s very frustrating and.. and annoying!!"

Black said while grumbling.

"Well everything starts from zero, you can’t directly build a giant mansion without a proper and stronger base, now, can you. Dear Progenitor ~ So of course you have to start compherending The Cosmic Laws your incomplete Physique gave you or any other Cosmic Laws for that matter from The Elementary Level and we can’t do anything about that.. ~ " Evelynn chuckled while her hand moved towards her face, covering her lips.

"Ugh.. I know that!!" Black sighed rubbing his forehead in frustration..

"Hmm ~ it would’ve been nice if it was a Perfect Transformation Core instead of A Normal one since they tasted a lot better than these piece of crap ~ "

Zephyr mumbled from the side totally unbothered by the conversation they both just had causing both Black and Evelynn to look towards her, astonished by her weird sense of humor.

’Was she really thinking about the taste of the transformation core while they were having such a serious conversation.’ they wondered.

"Oh! Dear ~ If I had you really battle two level 73 magical beasts with A Perfect Core instead of A Normal one in your earlier miserable and exhausted condition.. than you would’ve been dead by now!! ~ " Evelynn said with a wry smile, her voice calm.

Zephyr frowned. "How so.. " she than further questioned.. "Although I agree that the battle would’ve been a lot more challenging and tougher than what we faced against Lin-fang and Leo-fang and we might have even suffered some serous injuries but.. I don’t think that we would’ve died."

"Since we have experience and we know just how strong a magical beast with a perfect transformation core is. We have even killed many of them in the underground caverns too." Zephyr asked with a puzzled look waiting for Evelynn’s response.

Evelynn sighed. It looks like because of her ignorance Zephyr had underestimated the strength of a rank seven magical beast with a perfect transformation core.

Therefore she decided to shed some light to her ignorant self.

While Black simply stood quietly on the side since he already knew why Zephyr was wrong.

"You see my dear ~ as The First Primordial of The Quantiarch Race your Primordial Tier Bloodline gives you a Base Prowess of 9 Levels in The Mortal Phase and your previous Perfect Transformation Core before your evolution to a Quantiarch gives you an additional Base Prowess of 3 Levels since your current core is incomplete, Right!?" Evelynn cross-examined.

Zephyr nodded, Evelynn too nodded and continued..
