CHAPTER 116: MIDNIGHT HOURS

The person thought for a moment after hearing this, then smiled and said, "It seems like that’s really happening, someone came to discuss this with Director Guo this morning."

"Originally, Director Guo wasn’t willing, as it might affect our filming schedule."

Jensen Sterling listened and casually asked, "So how did they agree in the end?"

The person got a bit excited upon hearing this: "Because the one who wants to borrow that place for filming is Nolan Sinclair; it’s for the MV of his new song."

The person seemed to be a fan of Nolan Sinclair and got a bit excited upon mentioning this.

This morning, he noticed people coming and going in that area doing something, and even the scenes in that location were stopped and changed to something else, which puzzled him. It was surprising that Director Guo, who usually prioritizes filming heavily, would stop filming for something else.

After some inquiries, it turned out that the person borrowing that place was Nolan Sinclair, to shoot the MV for his new song.

That suddenly makes sense why Director Guo agreed. For others, it might not be possible, but since it’s Nolan Sinclair, it makes sense.

Nolan Sinclair has a very high reputation in the industry, and his status in the music scene is significant. Such a person would earn some respect from anyone.

The person rambled on about Nolan Sinclair for a while and only realized he had spoken too much when he got embarrassed and apologized to Jensen Sterling.

"Sorry, Jensen, I got carried away with excitement."

Jensen Sterling: "It’s okay."

The director shouted then, probably because Martin Wright’s scene couldn’t be shot, and they decided to shoot the second male lead’s first.

The male actor said goodbye to Jensen Sterling and hurried to where the filming was happening.

After the person left, Jensen Sterling was left alone in the area, still holding the script, which was full of markings showing it had been carefully reviewed.

He had been reading the script, closed it, and looked in the direction where the person mentioned the MV filming for a long time.

About a minute later, Jensen Sterling stood up from the chair. The man was wearing the crew’s costume today too, a long gown. His hair was well-combed, and he wore a pair of gold-rimmed glasses, making him look quite refined.

He casually placed the script on a nearby chair, then started walking towards the place where the MV was being shot.

The people over there were still arranging the set, busy but not chaotic, working in an orderly manner despite the busyness.

Someone saw Jensen Sterling and excitedly greeted him, even asking for his autograph.

Jensen Sterling didn’t show any impatience and quickly signed the paper and pen handed to him.

He then asked, "Did anyone just come in over here?"

The person thought for a moment after hearing the question, then smiled and replied, "Yes, someone just came in. It’s the female lead in Mr. Sinclair’s new song MV, a very pretty young lady."

"Where did she go?"

The person didn’t think much, raised a hand to point in a direction, and said, "She’s probably in the makeup room putting on makeup now. Is there something you need with her, Mr. Sterling?"
