CHAPTER 471: IN THE DEVIL’S SCRIPT, EVERYONE HAS A ROLE

Unlike Pablo, Sera had faced difficulty entering the Ashen Crucible but with the help of Andrezj, she managed to enter.

The male angel had made her surrounded by a white light that kept Sera safe from the effect of the Crucible.

But now that Sera was successfully inside the Crucible, Pablo wanted to see if she would be fine without the light from Andrezj or not.

So he asked Andrezj to remove the light from Sera but naturally, the male angel refused.

Pablo then asked Sera to make Andrezj do it and Sera did just that.

She asked Andrezj to remove the light from around her and since the male angel never rejects Sera’s orders, he did it.

He removed the light from around his dearest and remained vigilant to use the light again in case Sera suffered damage.

He had also become visible for Pablo as he was angry at the man for making his dearest go through all that pain.

Pablo didn’t give a shit to the Angel and only waited to see what would happen to Sera now that she had no protection.

And after a second, as Pablo expected, nothing happened to Sera.

She was completely fine but she held her head.

"So you are hearing them too. You will get used to it. Don’t show any pain in front of the soldiers." Pablo muttered, only for Sera to hear his words.

Sera nodded and did as Pablo said.

She let go of her head and stood normally like nothing had happened.

When Andrezj saw that his dearest was safe, he also vanished and stayed invisible for Pablo.

Meanwhile, Pablo felt thankful that It was night at the moment, the winds were cold and darkness was at its peak. So no one was able to see all that clearly otherwise if they had seen the mark of blood under Sera’s nose, then they would have definitely refused to walk near the Crucible.

But what they did see was Sera standing inside the place with no problem.

Now the soldiers found some hope as murmurs began again.

"See that, everyone?" Pablo spoke. "Me and her are completely safe. Nothing happened. So you all can come inside as well. There is nothing to worry about apart from some voices inside your head. But they are just voices, you can simply ignore them. Like me and Sera are doing right now. They won’t come in your way."

The soldiers heard him but one hand was raised.

Pablo looked at it and it was a man. It was the first Marshal, Fozier.

"Yes?" Pablo asked.

Fozier answered, "You mentioned something about protection. I don’t know how you can go inside but when you called her, you told her to use protection. She must have used that protection and went inside. We didn’t see what kind of protection she used, but I am sure she used something like that. I swear I saw her falling to the ground and suddenly becoming fine. We don’t have any protection like that."

Pablo nodded. He figured that the first Marshal was a strong man so he would have to have great eye-sight and knowledge.

But Pablo was already prepared for something like this.

There were two reasons he called Sera inside the Crucible first.

One was to see what would happen if someone who wasn’t Pablo tried to enter the Crucible and second was to know whether Andrezj could make people enter the Crucible using his powers or not.

Pablo had found the answer to both and now he would use them to answer Fozier.

"Yes. She used protection to enter, but right now she isn’t using it. She is standing here without any protection because she is fine right now. But she had to use protection for entering because it was a little problematic to enter.

But the good news for all of you is that she can use this protection on others as well. She can use this protection on all of you. So this way, you all will also not feel any problems entering here and everything will be fine."

The soldiers looked at each other and Fozier opened his mouth again.

But Pablo didn’t let the man speak.

"I know you all are still scared, that’s why Admiral Harlia would show you all how it is done."

Harlia jolted as her name was suddenly taken.

She was staring at Pablo for all this time as she felt that Pablo was muttering something to Sera. She was thinking what could Pablo possibly be telling to the girl.

But that doesn’t mean that she wasn’t listening to what Pablo was saying. She heard Pablo answering Fozier and she agreed as well.

She just wasn’t expecting him to take her name.

Nevertheless, her name was taken and she put every puny thing at the back of her mind and focused only at the moment.

She turned around to look at the soldiers and all of them were looking at her. They were waiting for Harlia to show them that entering the Crucible was safe.

The Admiral nodded and since she was a strong woman, she wasn’t afraid of anything.

She stepped forward and said, "I am in. Let’s do this."

Pablo smiled. "Alright. All you have to do right now is just move forward. Whatever you feel you should tell to all the soldiers and make sure to tell them the truth. They are already scared as they are. They are ready to die in a battle but they are scared of some place. Well, it is what it is. You understand, right?"

Harlia nodded and took one step forward.

Pablo looked at Sera and Sera knew what to do.

She snapped her fingers again and her Angel did the thing.

Andrezj’s white light made its appearance again and it covered the Admiral.

Only Pablo, Sera and Cupid could see it and Harlia described it to the best of her abilities.

"I am feeling warm. I feel no problem. I feel like I am healing. This is something divine and all my fatigue is gone. And if I just increase my speed..."

Harlia dashed forward and in no time...
