If you’re using a weird character, you’re forced to spend around 3 days devoting yourself to learning it, so some people can’t really say it’s been a week yet.

Rather than having hit-or-miss characters, I think it’s the initial curses’ differences in ease of usability that has become so much more apparent.

True that. They resolved themselves in getting a late start when it came to the actual game guide and made the most out of the entirety of their 3 day unlimited character recreating period.

I plan on recommending the game to a real life friend during the upcoming event and wanted to be a bit more informed.

If you don’t have a clear idea of what playstyle you wanted to go for, then choose semi-auto.
Also,『CNP』is definitely somewhat of an acquired taste, so don’t be too pressuring when you do recommend it.

If you get something that fits your qualities or style, then that’s good, it’s a hit.
A miss would be… mainly things that affect your vision or something that’s adapted to a specific environment.
For now, just don’t pick anything that doesn’t show up in the semi-auto option

275 Additional Information
Changes To Vision : Affects your vision in ways such as increasing your eyes or giving you compound eyes. If you don’t have the aptitude for it, you won’t be able to endure the visual changes and end up tired or dizzy.
Environmental Adaptations : Makes it easier for you to adapt to your special environment though changes like transforming your lower half into a fish, allowing you to levitate, having your skin resist heat, etc. At face value, it looks advantageous, but there’s nothing but disadvantages.

276 Is it really that bad? Levitation sounds like it’d be great though.

277 Levitation is by far the worst of them all. You can’t swing weapons properly, let alone walk for that matter. Even among the bad curses you could get, it’s a total dud.
It’s to the point where you can consider dropping it even if it does show up in semi-auto.
None of the players in the inspection team felt like they could handle dealing with it.
Sure, you could say that it had its perks in being able to dodge things that were grounded, but there were still way too many drawbacks to it.
