Destroy Me Gently:Ex-Enemy Becomes My Lover!
Chapter 92: Kill Bill
CHAPTER 92: KILL BILL
Chapter NINETY-TWO
** OLIVER WEST**
My heart was hammering too fast, I toyed with the hem of my tracksuit when his hands worked the cream into my ankle, then he slowly moved higher to my calf.
The relief was nearly immediate, but the way Kieran was touching me made it hard to focus on anything else.
His fingers moved in slow circles, massaging the cream into my knee. I bit my lip staring at the spot Kieran was touching, but when I looked up, Kieran wasn’t staring at my leg, he was staring straight at me.
"Better?"
I nodded, not trusting my voice.
His hands moved to my hip, and I jumped in alert. "I’m not injured there!" I shrieked as his hand began to tug down the waistband of my track trousers.
"You fell this morning, I’m checking to see if it’s really fine," Kieran said, sounding stern about it, but I’d be damned if I allowed him to assess my butt right here!!!
"I’m f-fine!" I struggled with him over my waistband.
Where I pulled up, Kieran jerked it down.
"You’re going to ruin my clothes!" I hissed at him, yanking my pants up again.
"And you are too stubborn, what dirty thoughts are you thinking about, Ollie? Believe me, right here is the last place I would want to do it. You are not exactly quiet, the whole school is going to hear you" Kieran said smugly and when he tried to drag my pants down and I yanked it up.
A tearing sound echoed through the small sick bay.
"Look what you did!!" I shrieked in horror and annoyance as I stared at my ripped trousers and then glared up at Kieran whose words only fuelled my frustration.
"You did it, I simply wanted to check on you, why the fight? It isn’t like I haven’t seen your ass befor–"
"SHUT UP." I held my finger warningly, my body fuming under his knowing smirk.
"I won’t walk around half naked, fix this!" I pointed at the torn trousers, still glaring at him.
Kieran leaned closer, so he was sitting next to me, but it was the look in his eyes that had me squirming uneasily.
"And what do I get in return for helping you?" His hand reached up to caress my shoulder, sliding to my neck, and then my jaw.
"Give me a kiss, and I will help you"
I stared at him with my mouth agape, because he had truly lost it. Kiss him when he ruined my pants in the first place?
A smile plastered on my face, the most insincere that I could muster. "Then don’t help, I will go around naked, who knows, Xander seems interested in my anatomy, I think this might interest him," I sure as hell surprised myself when these words blurted from me, I had only meant it as a joke, but apparently, Kieran did not.
"What did you say?" His eyes darkened dangerously and I shrieked when the hang on my face tightened around my jaw.
"N-No thing!" Couldn’t he tell that I was only teasing him? The sudden chill in Kieran’s gaze had me flinching and then he leaned closer so that our noses almost touched. His eyes lifted to mine.
"You’re mine to take care of. No one else gets to see you naked. I’ll kill them before that happens."
KILL?
It sounded a bit exaggerated, but the intensity in his eyes kind of terrified me a little.
"Kieran, don’t joke about murdering someone," My voice came out as a whisper as I tried to diffuse the situation while being extremely aware of how close we were.
"Who said I’m joking?" He said quietly, his eyes meeting mine with a dark look that stole my breath.
There was something fierce and territorial in his gaze, something that made me feel completely owned.
Oh god.
Kieran wasn’t exactly a saint, but at times like this, he acted so scary. I knew it was only a joke, but hearing him say it so easily. . .
A sigh escaped my mouth, maybe I was the one thinking too much over what could possibly pass as dark humor.
"My locker. There are spare clothes in it." I said suddenly, needing to break the tension before I said something more stupid.
"You will wear mine, it suits you more"
"But I have mine—" I started, but Kieran wasn’t even listening. He gently pushed my head against the mattress pillow.
"Stay here. Don’t let anyone else in."
I scoffed at his words, this was the school’s clinic, how could I possibly stop anyone from entering?
It wasn’t our private room?
Kieran pressed a soft kiss to my forehead that made my heart race. This was me blindly ignoring everything I should probably run away from.
The possessive command in his voice should have annoyed me. Instead, it made my stomach flip with something that wasn’t only fear. A part of me found it intriguing.
Oh God.
I think I’d fallen for the exact type of guy that I’d warned William against!
After Kieran left, I relaxed back on the mattress, finally able to breathe properly.
The numbing cream was working, and the quiet of the nurse’s office was a blessing after the chaos of the day.
Some time passed, and I started feeling the familiar pressure in my bladder. I noticed a small bathroom attached to the clinic and decided to take advantage of Kieran’s absence.
After taking care of business and washing my hands, I looked at myself in the mirror. My glasses were slightly crooked, my green eyes still bright despite the day’s disasters.
I flexed my arms experimentally.
"Coach must be blind. I’m physically fit!"
I muttered to my reflection. Okay, maybe not track-star fit, but still. . .
I heard the clinic door open and automatically assumed Kieran had returned with the extra. But the voice that followed wasn’t Kieran’s.
"You can’t follow me here! I told you to stay away from me."
I froze.
That voice.
