Don't Fall For Me, CEO
Chapter 590: Am I Proud?
CHAPTER 590: CHAPTER 590: AM I PROUD?
Meanwhile, July Quinn finished an hour-long lecture on Meridia’s language knowledge points.
But most students in the audience still looked unsatisfied.
"Julian, why not give us another hour? I think I can keep listening."
"Yeah, keep going. The exam is less than three days away!"
Apart from July Quinn’s lively and easy-to-remember lectures, her exceptionally beautiful natural look was simply captivating.
So every class of hers was a visual feast for her classmates.
However, the one creating this feast straightforwardly refused them.
"Not today. I bought two apartments and need to check them out."
Having moved to Esteria for some time now, squatting at The Cole Family isn’t a long-term solution.
So, after discussing her idea with Elder Cole yesterday, July Quinn bought two two-bedroom apartments today.
One for herself, so she can bring Kyle Keaton back to live shamelessly anytime, and the other for Susan Carter.
But July didn’t realize that her casual remark instantly made her peers feel the gap between people.
"Oh my, did you hear that? Julian bought two apartments today!"
"As a peer, I feel incredibly embarrassed."
"Another day longing to marry Julian and become Mrs. Quinn!"
"Get lost! We girls haven’t even said that, and yet you, a guy, have the nerve? Shut up, let me say it instead."
In contrast to the other classmates who were terrified and eager to become part of July’s harem because she bought two apartments, Shelly Cole simply said:
"Am I proud that I was there when she bought the storefront opposite Apex Tower and Serenity Clinic?"
Others, hearing that July also bought the Serenity Clinic, were even more amazed.
"With nine years of mandatory education, Julian, why are you so exceptional?"
"People have different fates. Some are born to toil, others to be pampered wives. But our Julian is different; she’s destined to print money, incredibly strong, stronger than dad and mom, stronger than him or her around us."
"So, Julian, do you need a loyal dog? If I can’t be Mrs. Quinn, I’d be fine being your dog."
However, despite the varied discussions, July still couldn’t be held back.
In the end, July went off to check her new apartments.
When Joy Quinn and Willow Young arrived at their class, they only saw the other classmates left in the classroom busily reviewing the knowledge points July had explained earlier.
"I saw on the campus forum that their class was betting with Charles, and I thought it was just a rumor! I didn’t think their entire class was seriously studying Meridia’s language."
Willow didn’t see July Quinn, but the topic couldn’t escape her.
"But July Quinn is really crazy; she hasn’t even studied Meridia’s language yet dares to tutor her classmates, not to mention betting that the students can stand out in the Meridia language competition. If Meridia’s language were easy to learn, Charles wouldn’t have such a high status at the school."
Charles is quite nasty, especially with his penchant for personal attacks in class, which bothers many students.
Willow is one of them.
But, as Charles is the only one teaching Meridia’s language at the school, both faculty and students have no choice but to put up with him.
After venting out, Willow couldn’t help but be a bit puzzled.
"Joy, why is their class silly enough to let July make things up instead of asking you to help them?"
To her, Joy Quinn is undoubtedly the winner of this Meridia language competition.
Considering Victor Hawthorne’s class is betting against Charles, why not invite Joy to teach?
