CHAPTER 151: CORE SECT

After a few hours, Xie Ruyue woke up, and sensing her movement, Lin Feng woke up too.

The abode had little holes inside it for the passage of light, looking at them, they could judge that it was evening.

Xie Ruyue sat down and brought out the main cultivation technique of the sect, she was a little eager to cultivate it. She wanted to see how much better it was.

Lin Feng stood up and began wearing his robe, "With Elder Gao coming here together, I doubt that is the real reason, although they would definitely be happy to see you finally becoming part of the sect."

Xie Ruyue sighed and stood up too, she wore her robes, and they nodded to each other and made their way to the entrance.

When they came out, their eyes went to Yan Lihua and Gao Ling, who were standing beside the cliff.

They both turned around to see them and smiled in satisfaction.

Gao Ling came closer to Xie Ruyue and patted her shoulders, "Finally, you have truly become part of this sect."

After saying that, she looked at Yan Lihua, "You better compensate her for everything you guys have done against her will, and make sure it’s accounted for each and every mistake you made."

Yan Lihua nodded, "I will see through it."

Xie Ruyue didn’t say anything, but she understood that Elder Gao was trying to make her feel less bitter towards the sect.

Lin Feng also understood their intentions very well, now they were trying to involve her in the sect more deeply. They might even let her handle some important responsibilities.

"Shall we go to your new abode then?" Gao Ling said while turning her eyes towards Yan Lihua, "It must be ready, right?"

Yan Lihua nodded, "It is, both of their abodes are ready along with their tokens." She took out two sect tokens, which were a little different from the inner sect disciple token, "Drop a single drop of blood on them, and they will be bound to you."

She handed them to Lin Feng and Xie Ruyue, Lin Feng used his teeth to tear his thumb to draw out blood, while Xie Ruyue used her sword.

When the drop hit the token, it got absorbed inside, and the color of the token turned a little redder.

"That’s it, now you both are core sect disciples, congratulations," Yan Lihua smiled, she had very high hopes for them. Especially Lin Feng, as he didn’t have any kind of bitterness towards the sect.

Gao Ling smiled, "So let’s leave now, or do you have anything you want to take out from your abodes?"

Lin Feng shook his head, he had everything in his ring, he could have gone to say a little goodbye to Hua Meiling, but he didn’t even know if she was here or not. Well, he could always do it later as he would be visiting the inner sect more often for selling pills.

Xie Ruyue went inside and took some of her belongings, and when she came out, Gao Ling enveloped Lin Feng in her spiritual sense, and they flew up. Their speed wasn’t much faster, Lin Feng could see the mountain, which was basically the core sect.

There were a total of three big mountains in the Yin Yang Harmony Sect, one belonged to the Inner Sect, with the mountain acting as a place for cave abodes of the disciples, along with many spirit herb fields. The base of the mountain was where the main inner sect was located.

This core sect mountain was the biggest mountain among all the three mountains, Lin Feng had heard that the third mountain belonged to the elders of the sect, and it also consisted of the Main Hall of the sect where all the Faction Leaders’ gatherings happened.

In a few breaths, they reached the peak of the core sect, it didn’t have cave abodes on top but a big spirit field meant for spirit herbs. Lin Feng had seen spirit fields in the inner sect, but they weren’t even one-tenth of this field.

He could also feel a higher density of spirit qi here, it was definitely a mountain that was a node of a natural spiritual vein. It was really a far better location than the Inner Sect.

"This is the sect’s main spirit field, you can find almost all types of spirit herbs which are found in this world, some are in small quantities as they are very rare," Yan Lihua explained as she looked at Lin Feng. As an alchemist, this was definitely intriguing for him in her eyes, "In fact, most of the rare spirit herb requirements of the sect are fulfilled by this spirit field."

Lin Feng nodded, spirit fields were meant to grow those herbs that were rare and not easy to find in nature, it was also used for those spirit herbs that were required in more quantity than they could collect from disciples through missions.

They moved a little down from the peak, and finally, they saw abodes, and Lin Feng was surprised.

Every single abode had its own big courtyard with a lot of trees, the courtyard itself contained a small spirit field of its own with some spirit herbs growing in them.
