Bella Woods instinctively looked at Cyan Marshall, and just like her, Cyan had a puzzled expression.

Bella Woods recognized them immediately; it was Lily Hughes and her boyfriend.

It was all Nina Sutton’s doing.

Initially, Bella Woods had someone bind Lily Hughes, intending to clarify the matter on a school live streaming platform.

She always thought Oliver Hughes looked down on her, even if he had some liking towards her, there was more disdain. Being nice to her was more because of Cyan Marshall’s request.

Even so, when things got messy, Oliver Hughes was persistent mainly because Bella Woods was from the countryside, and he expected her to treat him like a sycophant and not have any defiance.

"What exactly do you want to do?" Bella Woods fixed her gaze on Oliver Hughes.

Oliver Hughes smiled, "I said, I’ll stand up for those who bullied you."

Bella Woods kept quiet.

Oliver Hughes continued, "Bella Woods, I’ve made you unhappy, but ask yourself, have I not been good to you during the four years we’ve been together?"

"Including now, with these two people harassing you, I settle them for you. The one who truly has your back is still only me. But look when you were slandered, where was Ethan Marshall?"

Oliver Hughes gripped Bella Woods’s shoulders, "Do you understand now, the one who can truly protect you is only me, Oliver Hughes!"

Bella Woods ignored Oliver Hughes’s words and crouched down in front of Lily Hughes with the knife.

Lily Hughes and her boyfriend pressed against each other, almost glued to the wall behind them, looking at Bella Woods with eyes filled with fear.

Bella Woods lowered her gaze, looking at their bound hands, and brought the knife down swiftly...

Cutting the ropes binding Lily Hughes and her boyfriend.

This act stunned Lily Hughes and also Oliver Hughes who was watching from behind.

Bella Woods said, "You know very well who he is. If you go out and spread rumors after leaving here, you know what will happen to you."

After speaking, Bella Woods tore off the tape from Lily Hughes’s face.

Lily Hughes, though unclear about the situation, nodded frantically at this crucial moment, "Okay, okay... I got it."
