CHAPTER 303: CHAPTER 313: WHAT KIND OF PERSON WILL YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH?

For the sake of a woman like Mabel Quinn, Kyle Kinston was willing to topple Joseph Grant. Although Joseph Grant was no big deal, it was Kyle’s first time taking action for a woman.

Was it because of Mabel Quinn’s status as his betrothed? Or was it that, aside from this status, Kyle was also attracted to Mabel Quinn?

Right now, Mabel Quinn watched Francine Howards approach with a bright smile, yet her heart was not calm. Although she had known of the other’s existence before, it was the first time she had actually seen Francine.

"Kyle, aren’t you going to introduce us?" In no time, Francine Howards had reached them, a slight smile on her lips as she spoke.

Kyle Kinston frowned slightly and simply said, "What are you doing here?"

"Just an ordinary job transfer, I’ve been reassigned to the hospital here in J City." Francine Howards smiled and looked at Mabel Quinn, saying, "Hello, I’m Francine Howards, and I grew up with Kyle."

"Hello, I’m Mabel Quinn, Kyle’s girlfriend," Mabel Quinn said, clearly indicating her own status.

She wasn’t sure of Francine Howards’ intentions for coming here, but at least she wanted to make her own position clear.

She was Kyle’s girlfriend, so she hoped no other woman would covet her boyfriend anymore.

Francine Howards’ eyes flashed, "I’ve always wondered what kind of woman Kyle would date, and what kind of woman would be worthy to stand by his side. I never expected Kyle to find someone like Miss Qin to be his girlfriend. It’s truly surprising."

Mabel Quinn smiled, poised and confident, "I’m also surprised to be dating Kyle, but I cherish this relationship and will work hard for it."

Work hard? If hard work truly worked, then why wasn’t she the one standing by Kyle’s side now? Francine Howards thought to herself.

And while Francine Howards was talking with Mabel Quinn and Kyle Kinston, in a corner of the banquet, Alessia Quinn was somewhat surprised as she watched Francine Howards. This eldest daughter of the Howards Family was her university classmate.

Back in university, Francine Howards was one of the famous beauties on campus, with many admirers, but none succeeded in pursuing her. Many knew that the young miss of the Howard Family had someone in her heart.

Even though Francine Howards never clearly expressed who the person in her heart was, many believed it to be Kyle Kinston. Some even jokingly called her the future mistress of the Kinston Family in front of Francine, yet she did not deny it.

But now, Kyle Kinston’s girlfriend was Mabel Quinn! This was going to be a good show.

Alessia Quinn eagerly hoped that Francine Howards would give Mabel Quinn a hard time, to vent the humiliation she suffered in front of Mabel today.

Mabel Quinn was just a descendant of the branch family, totally undeserving to be by Kyle Kinston’s side!

But to Alessia Quinn’s disappointment, after a moment, Francine Howards turned and left, while Kyle Kinston gently brushed aside the hair that had fallen by Mabel Quinn’s cheek. Such intimacy made Alessia Quinn even more indignant.

Under Kyle Kinston’s guidance, Mabel Quinn met quite a few of the celebrities in J City. In the past, she could only see these people on TV screens, including some important figures in J City.

When these people saw Kyle Kinston introduce her and refer to her as his girlfriend, their faces showed surprise, but, being the astute people they were, the surprise was fleeting, quickly replaced by friendly smiles.
