The sudden withdrawal of the Void Spirits instead made people wonder if they had some other, unrevealed trump card.

That was what most worried the entire Human Civilization’s command hierarchy.

Their understanding of Void Spirits was still too limited.

For example, to this day, Human Civilization still didn’t know where the Void Spirit Civilization’s Mother Star actually was.

"No matter what, reclaiming five industrial planets is a good thing," Shen Yu said. "The Wutun industrial planets are different from the others, aren’t they?"

"That’s right!" A smile once again appeared on interstellar Shen Yu’s face. "Thanks to the abundance of heavy elements in the Wutun District, productivity there is much higher than elsewhere. Plus, we’ve found that although these five industrial planets have been occupied for over twenty years, they actually haven’t been greatly damaged. We don’t know why the Void Spirit Race basically neither used nor destroyed anything when occupying them, but soon, we’ll be able to get them back up and running. Upon hearing this, all of the Shen Yus—Wizard Shen Yu included—showed looks of anticipation.

The emergence of surplus productivity, combined with increased authority, meant that interstellar world Shen Yu could support the other worlds even more.

Interstellar world Shen Yu even looked at Martial Artist Shen Yu and asked, "Do you need to use bionic human technology to rapidly restore your population? We can implant the disaster victims’ memories into the bionic humans, making them believe they’re also survivors rescued by the Immortals, so they’ll completely integrate into society."

This was something Interstellar Civilization had done before.

The more they researched, the more they realized just how powerful these monsters were.

Creatures like the phase hound had dramatically increased Interstellar Civilization’s understanding of space-level phenomena.

The Extraordinary was only a kind of power capable of enacting great changes upon the material world, but change itself remains change. So, Interstellar Civilization’s view of the monsters of the main body universe was both expectant and fearful.

They hoped to uncover more discoveries, but feared the power behind these monsters.

"Not yet," said Shen Yu, shaking his head, "It’s been twenty-three days since the last meteorite fell. According to past experience, the longest gap between meteorite drops was forty-two days, the shortest just thirteen days."

"No real pattern, then we’ll just have to wait," said interstellar world Shen Yu.

"I know, but right now, our civilization is changing so much you could call it astonishing," Shen Yu replied, his tone somewhat somber. "There’s a force behind that meteorite observing all of human civilization. I’m not sure what kind of response they’ll have, because by now, ordinary meteorites can hardly threaten human civilization."

Yes, this was Shen Yu’s greatest worry.

With help from the other worlds, Human Civilization was developing extremely fast.

The power boost was especially dramatic.

Now, dealing with plant monsters, there was not even a need to relocate the population anymore.

When facing sea monsters, even with just twenty-some days’ gap, another such assault might not even require Shen Yu to intervene personally.

Not only Human Civilization, but even the entire environment of the Mother Star was changing.

Thanks to Shen Yu’s continual use of energy trait conversion magic, a huge influx of positive-benefit Extraordinary Energy was spreading across the world, and significant change was underway.

All these factors, and the uncharacteristic delay in the next meteorite, left Shen Yu with a bad feeling.

"No matter what comes, we’ll meet force with force, water with soil." Interstellar world Shen Yu finally gave his own promise: "I can always increase support for the Mother Star."

The Mother Star certainly held an extraordinary place in the hearts of all the Shen Yus.
