CHAPTER 1: CHAPTER 1: HUSBAND’S INFIDELITY

The night is dark, inside the presidential suite.

Ivana Monroe feels her body burning hot, even her breath carries a scorching temperature.

What’s happening?

Yet, before she can think further, a strong and agile male physique suddenly presses down on her delicate and small body.

"Who are you?"

In the darkness, she can’t see the man’s face, but she meets a pair of eyes cold enough to chill one’s bones.

Suddenly, a searing pain floods throughout her whole body.

Ivana tightly bites her lip, not allowing the shameful sound to escape her mouth, the metallic taste gradually filling her mouth.

"Relax a bit." The man’s magnetic and husky voice echoes in her ear.

Then, the man’s thin lips softly cover hers, gently coaxing.

Ivana’s mind turns blank, enveloped by the man’s fiery physique, melting into his extremely delicate, caring kiss.

"Zachary, is it you?"

The man pressing down on her suddenly pauses.

The next second.

Intense pain cuts off all her thoughts, until she can’t bear it anymore and falls into unconsciousness.

Nine months later.

Ivana gently covers her protruding belly with her hand, her exquisite face radiating the glow of a mother, a trace of happiness forming on her lips.

She married for love, Zachary Heston.

In half a month, their child will come into the world.

Thinking back to that night nine months ago, Ivana’s delicate face blushes slightly, this child was conceived that very night.

Turning off the lights.

Ivana carefully gets into bed to sleep.

Two hours later.

Ivana’s face turns pale, her forehead covered with cold sweat, her whole body soaked, intense pain from her abdomen wakes her from her sleep.

"Zachary... Zachary... my belly hurts so much." A bad premonition rises in her mind, she seems to be going into labor.

Since she became pregnant, Zachary has been sleeping in the room next door to hers.

Ivana drags her trembling legs, almost unable to stand, biting her lips, opens the door, step by step walking towards Zachary’s room next door.

Yet, when she approaches his room, she sees the slightly open door, with the lights still on inside, the sound of a woman’s heavy breathing with ambiguous tones drifting out.

"Zachary brother, when do you plan to divorce my sister? Give me a title?"

In an instant, Ivana’s feet seem nailed to the ground, unable to move.

Her face feels drained of blood, pale as paper, a sudden heart-wrenching pain arises from her heart.

Zachary Heston cheated, she never dreamed, the woman he cheated with is her half-sister... Michelle Monroe!

Ivana pushes the door open, twisting her fingers in her nightgown, angrily shouting, "Zachary Heston, if you want to cheat, can’t you find someone else? You cheat with my own sister?"

Zachary stares blankly as Ivana suddenly rushes in, a look of panic flashes across his handsome face: "Ivana, listen to me..."

"Sis, don’t blame Zachary brother, I seduced him first, Zachary brother was driven by circumstances to sleep with me." Michelle’s body blocks Zachary, whether intentional or not, the silk cover just happens to slip down, revealing glaring kiss marks in front of Ivana.

Seeing Ivana’s pained expression as if falling into hell, Michelle’s eyes flash with a victorious gleam, she hides her true emotions, tears in her eyes, shamelessly continues to plead: "Since Zachary brother and I have already passed the point of no return, sis, just divorce Zachary brother, let us be together!"
