She fixed her gaze on David Lawrence, not rushing to say anything more, but with a hint of gentle persuasion.

"How did you find out about this?" Evelyn Clayton’s fingers clenched tightly. "Who told you?"

David Lawrence sneered coldly, "I read her diary."
