Evelyn Clayton was dazed for a moment.

"I understand..." Evelyn murmured, repeating like she was enchanted, "I understand what you mean, you want me to forgive Charlotte Sterling because you heard my call with Pauline Warren. You think that sooner or later I will become family with the Sinclair family, so you want to trap me, is this your method?"
