Ghost Exorciser: Is Loved By All
Chapter 854: New Beginning
CHAPTER 854: CHAPTER 854: NEW BEGINNING
Yu Holea crossed her arms.
"Right now, I have something important in my hands. I have you, Mirai, and you, the daughter of Rou Lan."
She stared at them both.
"You can either choose to be set free yourselves... or you can choose to save your daughters."
There was silence.
Then Rou Lan suddenly lifted her head and quickly said, "I want to be free."
Yu Holea blinked, slightly surprised. Even the witch looked at Rou Lan in shock.
Wasn’t Rou Lan here because she wanted to find her daughter, Yu Mei?
But now... she was giving up?
Rou Lan didn’t explain anything. She just stayed quiet.
But deep in her heart, she was thinking clearly.
Yu Lin had nothing now, no money, no power, no mansion.
’If Yu Mei stayed in the countryside, she’d be poor forever. What was the point of saving her now?’
Rou Lan didn’t even like her daughter’s wild temper. Yu Mei had always been spoiled and rude. She couldn’t imagine her doing well back in the city anyway.
To her, saving Yu Mei was no longer useful.
Yu Holea watched Rou Lan carefully. Her smile grew bitter.
"So heartless," she whispered.
Then she turned toward the witch and asked, "What about you?"
The witch was quiet for a moment, then finally said, "Please... let my daughter go. Let Mirai live."
Yu Holea nodded slowly. "At least you’re still a mother," she said. "You still care."
She took one last look at Rou Lan and gave a cold laugh.
"You, on the other hand... I won’t let you go. You’ll go to jail. You’ll suffer."
Rou Lan’s eyes widened in fear. She dropped to her knees and begged, her hands shaking.
"No, no, please! I was wrong! I’ll be good! I’ll do anything! Don’t send me to jail!"
But Yu Holea ignored her. Her expression didn’t change at all.
Then she turned back to the witch.
"As for you..." she said, her voice even colder now. "I’m going to keep you locked up. You’ll stay with me until the day you die."
The witch’s eyes filled with panic. "No! Please! Don’t do this! I can still be useful! I’ll never hurt anyone again!"
But Yu Holea was done listening.
With a flick of her fingers, she summoned several spirits from her talisman storage.
The air grew cold as the ghosts floated out, pale, glowing figures with blank faces and glowing eyes. They flew straight toward the witch and Rou Lan.
Before either of them could react, the spirits dove into their bodies.
Suddenly, the room was filled with horrible sounds.
Slap! Slap! SLAP!
Rou Lan began slapping herself hard, over and over. Her hands moved like crazy, hitting her own face again and again.
"No! Stop! Please!" she cried, but her body didn’t stop. Her cheeks were already red and swollen.
The witch screamed even louder.
Her ghostly head slammed itself into the floor. Once. Twice. Then again and again.
THUD! THUD! THUD!
Her cries echoed through the room.
"Please! Yu Holea! I’ll do anything! Stop this!"
But Yu Holea just stood there, watching quietly. Her arms were still crossed. Her face didn’t show even a tiny bit of pity.
This wasn’t about revenge anymore.
It was about justice.
For every soul that was taken. For every person who suffered.
The witch and Rou Lan had played with other people’s lives.
Now... it was their turn to feel pain.
Yu Holea finally stopped watching Rou Lan and the witch get beaten up. She had seen enough.
Her face calm, she walked over to Rou Lan, who was still crying and begging on the floor. Without saying a word, Yu Holea bent down and tied her up with a special spirit rope that even powerful mages couldn’t break.
Then she turned to the witch. With a wave of her hand, she opened a portal and sucked the witch into her space, locking her deep inside where she couldn’t escape.
Without wasting time, Yu Holea used her teleportation spell and disappeared from the room.
The next second, she appeared right in the middle of the Special Forces office.
The guards there were surprised, but when they saw Yu Holea’s calm face and the prisoner in her hands, they quickly moved aside.
Qiao Jun, already waiting, walked up to her. He looked serious but a little worried too.
Yu Holea handed him the tied-up Rou Lan. "Put her in the special prison," she said. "She tried using black magic to harm others."
Qiao Jun nodded without asking anything. "I’ll take care of it," he said and led Rou Lan away.
With that matter settled, Yu Holea let out a quiet sigh. But her job still wasn’t done.
She remembered Mirai.
The girl was still locked up, suffering, deep inside Yu Holea’s space. And honestly, Yu Holea had no plan to let her out anytime soon.
Mirai loved jumping into other people’s bodies. She didn’t care about hurting anyone, as long as she could stay alive.
So Yu Holea already knew what she would do next.
She smiled coldly to herself.
"If she loves living so much... let’s see what she’ll do after she dies."
After all, both the witch and Mirai had broken the rules of life. They used forbidden magic to avoid death. But that came with a price.
Once they truly died, their souls would vanish forever. No reincarnation. No second chance.
And with their end, the curse that had haunted the Yu family for so long would finally be broken.
Feeling a little more at peace, Yu Holea returned to her home, the old Yu mansion.
As she entered the quiet halls, her mind drifted back to what Qiao Jun had said yesterday.
He told her he had something important to tell her today.
She was a little curious.
What could it be?
The next day came quickly.
Early in the morning, as sunlight peeked through the windows, Yu Holea picked up her phone and read the news.
Her eyes widened slightly.
"Old Master Fu... arrested?" she murmured.
The headlines were clear and loud:
"Old Master Fu Caught! Secretly Killed Daughter-in-Law for Power!"
It turned out the kind-looking old man had been evil all along. He had killed Fu Jian’s mother just to gain money and power. For years, he acted like he loved Fu Jian, but it was all fake.
Now, the internet was furious.
People were calling him a monster, a greedy grandfather who only cared about himself.
Yu Holea set her phone down and smiled softly.
Finally, this problem was over too. With Old Master Fu exposed, there would be no more trouble between her brother-in-law and her own brother.
Just then, she heard footsteps.
Qiao Li entered the mansion, wearing a bright smile.
Yu Holea raised an eyebrow. "What are you doing here so early?"
"My brother sent me," Qiao Li said cheerfully. "He asked me to bring you to the Qiao Mansion."
Yu Holea rolled her eyes. "I’m not a baby, you know. I can walk there myself."
Qiao Li just laughed and didn’t argue.
Yu Holea narrowed her eyes. "Something going on? Why do I feel like this isn’t a normal visit?"
Qiao Li smiled slyly. "Well, I did hear some interesting news..."
Yu Holea looked at her curiously.
"Yu Mei’s fiancé, Leng Huan? He came to our family yesterday, asking for help."
Yu Holea frowned. "Help? For what?"
Qiao Li leaned closer, lowering her voice. "He wanted the Qiao family to force you... to free Mirai."
Yu Holea’s eyes darkened, but she didn’t say anything.
Qiao Li continued,
"Of course, when our family heard that, they were furious. They didn’t even give him a second chance. They destroyed his entire family’s business. The Leng family is now bankrupt."
Yu Holea nodded slowly. "Sounds like something the Qiao family would do."
But Qiao Li had a little secret.
In her heart, she thought: ’It wasn’t just the Qiao family. It was my brother. He found out you used to like Leng Huan... and he got jealous.’
He didn’t say anything, but Qiao Li could tell, her brother was so angry, he didn’t rest until Leng Huan’s family was ruined.
Yu Holea didn’t know that. And even if she did, she probably wouldn’t care.
After all, in her past lives, Leng Huan had always supported Yu Mei.
He had hurt her again and again... and even taken revenge on her just to protect Yumi.
So, Yu Holea showed no mercy in this life.
Qiao Li suddenly snapped her fingers.
A team of makeup artists and fashion stylists entered the mansion, carrying boxes and bags.
Yu Holea blinked, confused.
"What’s all this?"
The stylists opened the bags, showing her beautiful clothes, shoes, and accessories. One of them held up a stunning black dress.
"Try this on," Qiao Li said with a grin.
Yu Holea raised an eyebrow. "What’s going on?"
"Just get dressed," Qiao Li said, not answering.
Yu Holea sighed but agreed.
