"Your Majesty, the structure of the Heavenly Court has been perfectly established, all deities are in place, shall we begin the imperial gathering?"

A middle-aged man with white-streaked hair and a gold star on his forehead stood beside Emperor Huang, reporting the situation in the Heavenly Court.

Even without his reports, Emperor Huang knew the situation in the Heavenly Court.

But at a formal event like the imperial gathering, as the Emperor of the Heavenly Court, he naturally would not speak of it himself.

The white-haired middle-aged man beside him was called Gold Star Taibai, the emperor’s special envoy, responsible for conveying various orders and arranging affairs like the imperial gathering.

Over ten minutes passed, Gold Star Taibai finished declaring the matters of the imperial gathering, then returned beside Emperor Huang and said, "Your Majesty, the imperial gathering has begun, please give your instructions!"

Emperor Huang nodded, then rose from the Supreme Dragon Chair and strode to the front of the assembly of Gods, his gaze sweeping around, passing over the face of each deity.

Finally, his eyes settled on the officers of the Qintian Bureau and he said, "As the Heavenly Court is newly established and all rules and orders are perfected, your contributions are immense.

To me, it is indeed comforting."

He first commended the officers of the Qintian Bureau. The perfection of the Heavenly Dao Rules and order was handled by them, and describing their contributions as "immense" was not an exaggeration.

Next, he turned to the others and said, "My Lords have also been diligent!"

"Thank you, Your Majesty!"

The Gods, not daring to be presumptuous, bowed and gave thanks in unison to show their respect.

"To get straight to the point! With the new establishment of the Heavenly Court, and much to be done, let My Lords speak of the recent events and problems encountered!"

After all the Gods finished their expressions of gratitude, Emperor Huang then proceeded to the second matter.

Upon hearing this, the Gods began to report one by one.

"Your Majesty, a large number of strange beings have once again appeared in the Heavenly Pool World, continuously attacking our Heavenly Court’s stationed troops, should we send reinforcements?"

"Your Majesty, the Buddhism of the Western Primordial and the Qilin Clan are fighting for control of the continent, having clashed several times, resulting in the deaths of countless beings; should the Heavenly Court send troops to mediate or suppress them?"

"Your Majesty, the Human Race and Dragon Clan of the Eastern Primordial have encountered conflicts, leading to the death of innumerable beings; should we dispatch troops to suppress the Dragon Clan?"

"Your Majesty, the gap in the Heavenly Trace is gradually enlarging; should we reinforce it with Arrays?"

One after another, major matters were reported, seeking solutions from Emperor Huang.

Though they were capable of handling them, the decision-making power lay with Emperor Huang, and they dared not exceed their authority for fear of committing a taboo.

Emperor Huang was not flustered either, resolving each event raised by the Gods one by one.

However, the problem raised by Gouchen Venerable caused the assembly of Gods to frown.

"Your Majesty, although seven-tenths of the Primordial lands have now come under the jurisdiction of the Heavenly Court, the Primordial Starry Sky does not fall within our reign!"

"Among them, there are two places that lie beyond the jurisdiction of the Heavenly Court.

First, controlled by the Corpses, the Star Clan of the Primordial Starry Sky has never been interfered with by the Heavenly Court due to the Corpse’s reason;

Second, before Nuwa detached from the world, she established a special Starry Sky World in the Beidou Star Region of the Primordial Starry Sky.

The Beidou Star Region, due to the Great Array created by Empress Nuwa, has been seldom entered by the beings of Primordial in recent years, so the situation inside is not well understood.

Gouchen Venerable Taiyi, who now holds the title of Gouchen Venerable in the Heavenly Court, naturally has to consider the uncertain factor of the Beidou Star Domain, a situation he came to know through Fu Xi.

Emperor Huang remained impassive and spoke indifferently: "The establishment of the Heavenly Court is the destiny mandated by Heaven, the trend of the great momentum, it is the will of the Tao, and no one can change it.

The Beidou Star Region is a part of the Primordial Starry Sky, which in turn is a subsidiary of the Primordial Heaven and Earth, naturally, it cannot be independent of it.

Although Emperor Huang did not directly state that he wanted to subdue the Beidou Star Region, his words already showed his attitude towards it.

The gods of the Heavenly Court are all top-level powerhouses of Primordial, none of them fools, and they naturally understood the implied meaning in the words of Emperor Huang.

The existence of the Heavenly Court is to command all heavens, to perfect the rules and order of Heaven and Earth, to let the myriad races live and recuperate in an era.

The existence of the Heavenly Emperor is to bring all heavens and myriad worlds under the jurisdiction of the Heavenly Court.

If there is any dissent, force them into submission.

"Understood!"

The three Great Venerables took the command and rose to leave the Palace of the Polestar, marching through the South Heavenly Gate, entering the Primordial Starry Sky, to read out the rules and order of the heavens, to admonish the Star Clan and Beidou beings to submit to the jurisdiction of the Heavenly Court.

Otherwise, the Heavenly Court will dispatch troops to make them submit.
