One was between altars, one was between kitchens, and one was between leaders.

Comparing the entire maps of Zone F and C, Zone C was clearly much larger than Zone F.

Furthermore, three paths which he did not traverse before, two led to dead ends with large rooms, and the remaining one led to another uncharted area.

Lin Yue decided to start clearing from the altar area.

Regardless of whether there were Lizardmen, Lin Yue was very interested in what was there.

Are they making offerings to the Storm Flying Lizard or something else?

Lin Yue was eager to find out.

"Black Dot, Green Claw, Little Six, Red Line, you four focus on vigilance!"

Even a slight oversight now would lead to unimaginable consequences.

Not long after, he reached the crossroads location according to the map and directly headed for the altar area.

The Little Ice Lizards remained quiet, collectively surveilling the surroundings according to his commands with dedication, knowing their importance.

The opponents had a power that could harm the little fierce ones; being cautious was their intelligent choice.

Soon, advancing all the way through the passage, Lin Yue saw the large door between altars again.

"Any enemies?" Lin Yue asked the Little Ice Lizards while looking at the much taller door compared to before.

"Squeak." The Little Ice Lizards signaled safety and climbed to the door’s edge.

Lin Yue took up the M19 Pistol and opened the door between altars.

A stench of blood immediately wafted from within, as he noticed the internal illumination seemed much brighter than outside, far brighter than Zone F’s prior setting!

The space between altars spread larger than before, and...

"What... wow, it’s actually this thing’s statue." Lin Yue looked up to the distance; the central altar remained a colossal disk shape, surrounded by several headless human bodies.

At the innermost depth between altars, the enormous statue revealed which "god" the Lizardmen were worshiping!

Poison Celestial Dragon!

The exceedingly long and massive multi-leg insect appearance, vivid and lifelike.

The closer Lin Yue got, he sensed the statue might split open and the entity within would suddenly leap out towards him.

Indeed, the Lizardmen had a knack for this.

Lin Yue reached the ten-meter long statue’s base, impressed.

He saw here numerous large jars, not fewer than those in Zone F before, likely more.

The contents inside were self-explanatory.

Bones, human bones.

Lin Yue gazed at the statue blending seamlessly with the stone wall, realizing that the Lizardmen held more than one "god" in esteem, besides the Storm Flying Lizard.

Perhaps the next altar area would feature something like the Strange Rat or Giant Spider.

Recalling the scene depicted in the mural, Lin Yue strengthened his premise.

Currently, these creatures ravaging Earth decades later, within the Secret Realm, are native to this Otherworld!

Their method made them be transported there, whilst humans arrived here in exchange.

Yet, why weren’t the Lizardmen transported over?

Is it because the Lizardmen wield intelligence, so they couldn’t be transported over? Or because they could jeopardize humanity, which thus resulted in the transport?

Lin Yue speculated various possibilities, yet found no evidence for any.

Ultimately, no one knew what the transmitting "medium" was.

"Perhaps it’s some higher dimensional creature."

He concluded with a rather outlandish perspective.

Returning to the altar’s central position, nine headless corpses encircled the spot.

Lin Yue gazed at the central area, finding a small box containing an odd stone.

He approached it, promptly using appraisal.

Lin Yue raised an eyebrow, what was this setting? This dark blue semi-transparent stone as large as a fist was actually the gem?
