God-Tier Extraction Talent: Reincarnated in a Game-like World!
Chapter 124: [Bonus - ] Gabriel Vs Liang?
CHAPTER 124: [BONUS CHAPTER] GABRIEL VS LIANG?
Doodle looked thoughtful for a moment, then leaned back in his chair.
"That depends," he said slowly. "In a direct clash? Probably Liang. He’s got more experience, more refined skills, and access to the full cultivation path. Not to mention... he’s a martial genius. But if we’re talking about results..."
He pointed at the screen where Gabriel’s party was now heading toward the next objective.
"Sir Broken wins fights his way. He adapts and turns the battlefield into his workshop. He’s the kind that would use everything to win, even if it means sacrificing his body. Liang? Liang overwhelms, no doubt. But Broken? He adapts."
Noel folded her arms. "So you’re saying... they’re both broken in their own ways?"
"In a sense." Doodle shrugged.
In the game’s official forum, the same conversation was currently going on.
Players were now pitching Gabriel against Liang and speculating who would win if they were to clash.

[Forum]
MartialPalaceFanboy: Liang = Broken Heaven’s rival confirmed?
WHO DO YOU THINK WOULD WIN IN A 1V1?!
CrimsonPixel: Liang, no doubt. Dude is Hero Rank! This shouldn’t even be a debate!
IAmPick: With time, Broken Heaven would surpass him! Let’s not forget he defeated the Slime Emperor and Cerberus and didn’t even sweat. That’s peak grindset!
DragonLungz: Liang sneezed and deleted a Level 70 boss monster. What are we even comparing here? Liang gang, stand up!
ThirstyTank: Can I just say... both of them could slap me and I’d say thank you!
Kelp11: Liang is Hero Rank and probably a future champion. Spirit Qi Mana. It’s simple math.
ChaoticClericAlt: As someone who just died to the ogre that Liang casually nuked. I can confirm he’s terrifying.
IceQueenMain: I hate to admit it... but we underestimated the Adventurer Guild.
BrambletonRules: I’ve been Team Broken since day one. Liang is strong, but Broken is inevitable.

Liang stood on the battlefield, staring at the unconscious boss ogre’s body. Beside him was the Asian beauty whose name was Evelyn.
"A skill scroll and three silver-rank treasures—not bad," Evelyn whistled.
Some Martial Palace members approached to harvest the drops and mana core, but Liang raised a hand.
"Leave it," he said simply.
The warriors blinked. "Sir?"
"I have no use for it," he replied, turning his back. "Let the otherworlders have it. Consider it a little gift from me."
The Martial Palace elites exchanged glances—then smirked. Classic Liang. It seemed he was using the Favor Accumulation and Public Appeal tactics.
"I-Is he serious?" one nearby player muttered.
"He just gave away a boss drop?!"
"So generous!"
...
Meanwhile, back at the Adventurer Guild—
After ChaosCleric and IceQueen’s deaths, the rest of the players had attempted to flee.
There was no use chasing after them, so Gabriel simply let them go.
After picking up the loot, they headed deeper into the wilderness to find more monsters.
However, before leaving, he had used Extraction on a few high-level monsters. He was confident doing this as he had only extracted stat points.
[Extraction Summary: Strength +20, Intelligence +15, Agility +20]
With the newly added stats, Gabriel felt a surge of power coursing through his veins.
’Not bad... I can feel the difference already,’ he thought.
Out of curiosity, he decided to check the forum.
After reading through the chats, he paused, a small frown appearing on his face.
’Liang... I remember that name.’
All over the chat, they were constantly comparing him to an NPC named Liang.
Gabriel recalled Liang as the vice guild leader of the Martial Palace branch in Valerian Kingdom.
He was Hero Rank and pretty famous in the Tialan Kingdom as the son of the current Martial Palace Guild Leader.
On the forum, there was an uploaded video. Clicking on it showed the scene where he defeated the berserk ogre boss.
After watching it twice, Gabriel now understood why there was a sudden leap in the guild ranking.
’In Berserk state, monsters are usually five times more powerful... yet he was able to defeat it in just two moves,’ Gabriel was slightly impressed.
Rather than feeling threatened by Liang, he felt a competitive urge rise within him slowly.
It might sound crazy to others, but to Gabriel, it was only natural.
’I want to fight him someday,’ he admitted to himself.
Not out of hatred. Not out of pride.
But because deep down, he wanted to know if he could beat someone like that.

During the next couple of hours, they encountered and defeated more monsters, maintaining the third position. However, the Holy Church was following closely behind, while Olympus was still in second place.
Some time later, ChaosCleric and IceQueen respawned at the spot where they had just been killed.
"Guild leader..." ChaosCleric hesitated when he saw the furious expression on IceQueen’s face.
"What?" she practically snapped, glaring at him.
"I think we should stop hunting him for now," he said.
"Tsk, don’t tell me you’re giving up already." She sneered in disappointment. "And here I thought you could be someone actually reliable."
ChaosCleric resisted the urge to retort and instead spoke in a much calmer tone. "Since the game started, we’ve already lost two levels and missed out on game time... I think what we need now is to properly prepare ourselves before facing him."
"Have you forgotten our contract with the Holy Church?"
"That..." ChaosCleric, the voice of reason, hesitated when he heard this.
IceQueen continued, "Besides, I’m confident this time we can beat him. Even if we don’t eliminate him, I’m sure we can leave him seriously injured."
ChaosCleric resisted the urge to roll his eyes—but what choice did he have?
---
A few hours later, in another battlefield—
Just when the dust began to settle across the field, the clouds overhead rumbled unnaturally.
Rumble! Rumble!
A golden light pierced the sky, followed by a deafening silence—as if the world itself was holding its breath.
Doodle’s eyes widened. "This phenomenon! I read about it! Don’t tell me..."
Noel blinked. "What... is that?"
Back at the live broadcast studio, Doodle’s jaw slackened.
"It... It seems they’re finally making a move? This competition is about to get even tougher now."
