Chapter 28: Dinner
CHAPTER 28: DINNER
At that time a knock was heard from outside,
"Lady Seraphina, dinner is ready."
It was Celene...
"Bring it here, bring Xavier’s own too."
There was a pause. Then Celene responded with an ok before departing.
Minutes later, as the door opened Celene walked in with a tray, filled with different food, it was a feast! She was accompanied by two more servants that brought drinks and drinking utensils.
She was as busty, milfy as always in that French maid uniform of hers, her breasts jiggling, and her butt swaying as she arranged everything on the table...
Her face was red as a tomato as not only was Lady Seraphina in a nightgown seated on the desk, but most importantly, Xavier was also shirtless.
His manly chest made her heart skip as she remembered the scene of him thrusting his dick into her in the bathroom with his chest glistening with sweat.
Blushing profusely at the scene she remembered, she quickly finished off, bowing at Seraphina before rushing out of Seraphina’s chambers praying Seraphina won’t notice...
Xavier smiled as he watched as the servant walked out, he chuckled inwardly at Celene’s cute behaviour.
From her amazing butt, his gaze moved to the food that had been laid out in silver platters on the long oak table.
The centerpiece was a steaming dish of lamb steaks, their edges crisped from the fire. The meat glistened beneath a drizzle of mint and garlic butter, the aroma rising in warm waves that stirred the appetite of even the most reserved lord.
Beside it, a wooden board bore thick slices of rustic bread, still warm from the oven, served with a modest wheel of soft white cheese, just beginning to sweat under the glow of the sconces.
At the far end, a shallow bowl of fresh berries and cream offered a light sweetness to close the meal—plump blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries nestled in thick cream flecked with vanilla.
Finally, a small stack of honey cakes rested on a tray of polished pewter, their golden crusts slightly crisp, their centers soft and sweet with just a touch of spice.
To guide everything down was red wine, Seraphina beside him smiled, "They really outdid themselves with this one..."
"Indeed, this looks amazing," Xavier said, his voice filled with genuine appreciation. "I can’t wait to try it."
Seraphina beamed at him. "I knew you would like it."
Xavier grinned, his eyes glinting with appreciation as he took in the spread. "Phina, they must’ve known we’d need a feast after all that... exertion. This looks like a meal fit for a king and his queen."
He winked at her, his voice low and teasing, as he reached for the wine, pouring them both a glass with a smooth, practiced motion.
They settled into the meal, their conversation drifting to lighter, more whimsical topics. Xavier leaned forward, his golden eyes catching the flicker of the sconces.
"You know, Phina, if I could live anywhere in this world, I think I’d pick a little cabin by a lake, surrounded by nothing but trees and the sound of water. Somewhere quiet, where we could just... be."
Seraphina tilted her head, her lips curving into a gentle smile. "That sounds lovely. I’d want a garden there, full of roses and lavender. I’d spend my mornings tending to them, and maybe you’d catch fish from that lake for dinner." She giggled, her fingers brushing against his hand as she reached for a berry. "Do you even know how to fish, Xavier?"
He chuckled, the sound warm and rich. "I’d learn, just for you. Though I’d probably end up falling in the water more than catching anything."
Their laughter mingled, a soft melody that filled the room, making the moment feel intimate and unguarded.
He smiled, offering Seraphina a bite.
"Here, try this," he said, holding out a piece of the lamb steak, its surface glistening with mint and garlic butter.
Seraphina complied, leaning forward to take the offered bite. She closed her eyes as she relished the taste, a delighted smile spreading across her face. The flavors danced on her tongue, rich and complex, with a perfect balance of spices and sweetness, the tender meat melting in her mouth.
"This is incredible, Xavier," she said, her eyes still closed as she savored the taste.
Suddenly she blushed really hard, her cheeks glowing a soft pink as if she was about to confess something deeply personal.
After a moment of hesitation, she finally spoke, her voice barely above a whisper, "It tastes even better because it’s you feeding it to me, Xavier. It’s like every bite carries a piece of your heart."
"Like... like I can taste your care in it."
Seeing her enjoyment, Xavier felt a warm satisfaction bloom in his chest. Her blush and shy confession were so endearing, it made his heart skip. He found her vulnerability utterly captivating, a side of her that felt like a gift meant only for him.
He leaned back in his chair, still watching her with a smile. "I’m glad you like it. I have to admit, I’ve never tasted anything quite like this before."
Saying that, he proceeded to hand her a cup of red wine to wash down the steak. As Seraphina drank, the rich, velvety liquid warmed her throat, and her heart swelled with joy. No man had ever treated her with such care, such tenderness.
It made her fall for him even harder, even though her affection for him was already at its peak. Her eyes fluttered closed as she savored the lingering flavor of the steak, the wine amplifying the moment’s warmth.
Slowly, she opened her eyes, a mischievous glint sparkling in them. She picked up a piece of the steak and offered it to Xavier. "Your turn."
Xavier raised an eyebrow, a playful smirk tugging at his lips. "Phina, I’m a grown man. I can feed myself."
"And?" she pouted, her bottom lip pushing out just enough to make him pause. "Xavier, I’ve always dreamt of feeding my man like this. It’s romantic, don’t you think? Please, just for me?"
