CHAPTER 103: CHAPTER 104: LITTLE SCHEMES

The car was stopped as soon as it reached the gate.

"Hello, please show your pass."

A tall man in a dark blue security uniform stepped forward.

Su Liguo lowered the car window, "Where’s your captain?"

"Oh, it’s President Su, please wait a moment, I’ll open the gate right away. The captain is patrolling inside the estate, he should be back soon."

After speaking, the tall security guard went to open the gate, using a walkie-talkie to contact their captain, "Captain, President Su is here."

After about ten minutes, they finally reached their destination, a three-story white villa with a small courtyard.

"Wow... this is so big, it even has a pool!" exclaimed Wang Xiaoyuan, her voice raised in amazement at what she saw.

It was indeed quite unexpected. They thought the giveaway might at most be a two-story small villa, and they hadn’t dared to hope for a yard or anything else.

Since it was free, they thought they’d just take what they got! No one expected such a "big surprise."

That strange feeling crept up on Ruan Xingwen again. If winning the villa was influenced by Little Qilin, then the attitude of Zerui Real Estate and Su Liguo towards him was somewhat peculiar.

Regarding the outdoor pool, Ruan Xingwen indeed found it not very useful. He wasn’t fond of swimming, and was slightly afraid of water. So that part wasn’t exaggerated; for him, the pool was just for decoration.

But on the last point Andy mentioned, Ruan Xingwen had to disagree. He quite liked the style, favoring minimalism.

If the decor were too complex, living there would make him feel tired.

A home should just be simple, shouldn’t it?

But everything Andy said was on purpose, intended to make Su Liguo nervous about Ruan Xingwen not living there.

They succeeded, as Su Liguo started to get anxious.

"Mr. Ruan, is there something you’re not satisfied with?"

He unconsciously tightened his grip on the car key, fearing Ruan Xingwen might really express dissatisfaction.
