I Can Program My Body?
Chapter 196: Start Body Training
CHAPTER 196: START BODY TRAINING
As the ship landed on the planet, Nash immediately felt the pressure.
It wasn’t just the weight but also the suppression of void energy.
Though not overwhelming, it was enough to prevent him from subconsciously releasing void energy to support his body.
"Let’s go down."
"Hmm."
Stepping out of the docking station, Nash understood why Auralis II was also called the Bastion Pit.
The planet was covered with inverted, terraced pits, giant steps marking each gravitational level.
Most steps ranged from 100 to 10,000 times gravity, each level standing 10 meters tall.
At the center was an abyss-like hole, which, as Camilla had said, reached a million times gravity.
As they prepared to choose a spot, a familiar figure suddenly approached them.
"Boss! You’re finally here!" William greeted excitedly.
"I arrived the day before yesterday."
"You should’ve told me when you got here, boss."
"I forgot."
"Alright, forget it. Since you’re here, you must be training your body. Want to join us?" Knowing Nash’s nature, William dropped the matter and invited them to train.
"Alright."
Not minding the extra company, Nash and Camilla followed William and his group.
"You seem to know this place well."
Noticing William’s familiarity as he quickly chose an empty bastion pit, Nash guessed he had been here quite often.
"Haha, my body’s a bit lacking, so I’ve been staying here lately."
Training the body to a hundred times its limit was no easy task.
While void energy helped, a 1000% void saturation could only push the body’s limit tenfold.
Beyond that, it required relentless grinding, forging the body through fire and water.
Heading to the empty pit, they began descending, feeling the gravity intensify.
From 10 times, to 30, 50, and 100 times, Nash started to feel a heaviness in his body.
With a physique just over ten times normal, enduring 100 times gravity already placed a significant burden on him.
However, seeing that they were still descending, Nash followed, gritting his teeth.
At 150 times, 200 times, 250 times gravity, most of William’s teammates stopped, unable to continue.
Feeling the pressure in his body, Nash frowned in discomfort.
Yet, seeing William and Camilla press on, he followed.
Diving deeper to 300 times, 350 times, 400 times, and finally 500 times gravity, Nash could no longer walk.
It wasn’t that he gave up, his body simply couldn’t move.
"Are you alright? Should we stop here?" Camilla murmured in concern.
Having arrived at the Nova Capital months earlier, Camilla had already tempered her physique to 40 times the limit.
Though she felt the pressure, she could still go on.
On the other hand, William, having taken the genetic potion since starting void training, already had a physique 70 times the limit.
With a bit more polishing, he could reach his 100 times the limit.
"No need to worry about me. Keep going."
Activating the [Overlimit Module System] to three times amplification and the [Recovery Module System] to offset the damage to his body, Nash pressed on.
Seeing Nash was fine, the three continued to descend further.
From 500 times to 700 times gravity, Camilla finally stopped.
"I can’t go any further. I’m fine here," she said with slight difficulty.
Though she could push on, doing so would put too much pressure on her body that she couldn’t effectively train.
After all, training required movement, not just enduring the weight.
"I’ll stop here too. Go on, William. We’ll be fine," Nash decided.
Though he could push further by increasing the [Overlimit Module System]’s amplification and using a healing potion, it wasn’t necessary.
He wanted to train with Camilla, not this muscular man.
"Alright, boss. Call me if you need anything!" Nodding, William continued downward.
With William gone, Nash sat as Camilla pulled out various training equipment.
"Do you need me to teach you how to use these physical tempering machines?" Camilla asked, noticing Nash’s gaze.
"No need."
Why bother with tedious body tempering machines when he had the module system?
The [Training Module System] already had physical exercise programs built in.
Without needing machines, Nash only required his body to move for training.
Activating the [Training Module System], his body began performing precise movements to counteract gravity, putting pressure on every inch of his body.
Seeing his unusual motions, Camilla couldn’t help but chuckle.
"Are you doing some martial arts? That’s outdated. Use these machines, and you’ll get two to three times the efficiency."
While human movement was convenient, it lacked the intensity to deeply stimulate blood and cells to the core.
Even with gravity’s aid, it was less effective than specialized training equipment built with advanced technology.
They weren’t in the Dark Plane, where limitations forced reliance on basic methods.
With technology to make things easier and more efficient, why not use it?
"No need. I have my own way," Nash replied.
Although he knew Camilla’s equipment was more efficient, he didn’t have the mind to use it.
Since he could train autonomously, why exert extra effort?
Training his body was merely a way to optimize his time, not his main goal.
Unlike others who relied on 1000% void saturation feedback to strengthen their bodies, Nash could use 10,000% void saturation.
Once he developed the advanced soul and void manual, his physique would naturally improve.
Seeing she couldn’t persuade Nash, Camilla rolled her eyes.
"What a blockhead~"
Ignoring her, Nash activated the [Parallel Module System], sending one stream of his consciousness to the real world.
Connected to the Nova identification seal on his ear, his second parallel consciousness easily linked to the virtual world and accessed the Nova library to read.
"This identification seal is really high-tech."
Though it couldn’t pull him into the Dark Plane while he was moving, it was still convenient for logging into the virtual world.
Unlike the Dark Plane, which required a soul connection, the virtual world only needed a consciousness.
With his body training autonomously, his second parallel consciousness reading and uploading books to the [Memory Module System], and his third parallel consciousness diligently recording the changes and movement of the runic command in the runic space, Nash freed his hands.
Focusing on the soul training manuals he already comprehended, Nash began his work.
With less than a month before the official training for seeded talents, he aimed to create a 10,000% soul training manual before then.
With everything in motion, time began to pass swiftly.
