“Who are you?” Xu Zimo asked.

“Listen well!” the tiger said arrogantly. “This king is the master of Void Tiger Mountain, one of the three thousand immortal mountains of Dragon Sea. Do you not know where you stand? Have you never heard of ‘oblivion’?”

Hearing this, Xu Zimo responded calmly, “We’re looking for the Leviathan Race.”

“The Leviathan Race is not someone you can simply request an audience with,” the tiger said with a slight frown. “They are the rulers of Dragon Sea. They do not meet with outsiders.”

“We’re not here to pay them a visit,” Xu Zimo said lightly. “We’re here to kill them.”

The tiger’s expression changed dramatically. It stared hard at Xu Zimo and San Dao. Using the divine ability of the Void Tiger Race, it examined their bodies, only to find Primal Dao surging around them, edicts thundering in their cores.

It immediately let out a cry. “My goodness, sorry to disturb you guys!”

As soon as it spoke, the void around its enormous body rippled with spatial force as it attempted to flee. But Xu Zimo waved his hand, suppressing the entire Void Tiger Mountain it stood on. The surrounding void froze, preventing the tiger from slipping away.

“The two great masters, this little one was blind! Please spare me!” the tiger cried, dropping to its knees and shamelessly begging. “Since I took over Void Tiger Mountain, I’ve never hurt a soul. I’m a vegetarian! And in my Void Tiger Race, I have an elderly mother above me and cubs to raise below. Please give me a chance to live!”

“Enough. Shut your mouth for a second. We won’t kill you, just guide us to the Leviathan Race’s territory,” Xu Zimo said irritably, cutting it off.

“Ah, the Leviathan Race…” The tiger trembled. “It’s not that I’m unwilling. I truly don’t dare! If the Leviathan Race finds out, they’ll definitely retaliate!”

“There’s no need to fear,” San Dao said coldly. “After today, there will be no Leviathan Race left in Dragon Sea. If you refuse, I’ll wipe out your Void Tiger Race right now.”

Hearing this, the tiger understood that it had no real choice. Whether willing or not, it had to lead the way. Helplessly, it nodded and began walking ahead.

“Don’t be fooled by the ‘three thousand immortal mountains’ of Dragon Sea,” the tiger muttered as it led them. “Most of our mountains are tiny. But the Leviathan Race, their Leviathan Immortal Isle covers nearly eighty percent of Dragon Sea.”

The tiger seemed to be a chatterbox and continued rambling.

“If you really destroy them, you’ll be doing the rest of us a favor.”

“Shut up!” Xu Zimo barked.

The tiger shuddered and immediately quieted.

Before long, it stopped before a strange-looking mountain peak. The sides of the mountain bulged outward, while the middle dipped inward. Most of the mountain lay submerged underwater, with only a hundred-meter stretch rising above the sea.

The vast remainder sank deep below the surface, and it was there, beneath Dragon Sea, that the Leviathan Race lived.

“This is the place,” the Void Tiger said. “Everything north of here belongs to the Leviathan Race. I’ll escort the two of you no further.”

San Dao waved him off and paid him no more mind. His powerful aura erupted outward, edicts suppressing the surroundings.

He shouted, “Leviathan Race, must I overturn Dragon Sea myself to make you come out?”

His words had barely faded when a faint laugh echoed.

“Lord San Dao, what could anger you so?”

A rumbling boom shook the entire Dragon Sea. The Leviathan Race clearly realized they could no longer hide and appeared openly.

The sea rippled violently. The surface split apart, forming a road that seemed to reach the heavens. A group of figures emerged along this heavenly path.

Each one was a Leviathan in human form. They looked nearly identical to ordinary humans, save for long, slender whiskers at the corners of their mouths, smooth skin that resembled flowing water, and a pair of great roc wings folded behind them.

All of them were Saint Sovereigns, at least a dozen.

Standing at the front was an elder.

High Leviathan, the first-generation patriarch of the Leviathan Race.

Seeing them appear, San Dao said coldly, “Dragon Sea has been peaceful for far too long.”

“Lord San Dao,” High Leviathan asked calmly, “what do you mean by this? I do not recall our Leviathan Race offending you.”

“The Luo God-Clan incident,” Xu Zimo said. “Are you claiming the Leviathan Race knows nothing of it?”

“What happened to the Luo God-Clan?” High Leviathan asked in confusion.

“Let me ask instead,” Xu Zimo said. “Where is the Leviathan Prince of your clan?”

“The prince?” High Leviathan turned to those behind him. “Where is he?”

After a moment of silence, one answered, “He went to Alchemy God City.”

“You fools!” High Leviathan roared. “Our Leviathan Race has lived in seclusion for generations. How could he meddle in the affairs of the outside world?”

He sighed, then turned to San Dao with a righteous expression. “Lord San Dao, whatever the prince has done, your True Martial Sacred Ground may deal with him as you see fit. Kill him or punish him, we have no objections.”

“He’s already dead,” Xu Zimo said flatly.

High Leviathan froze for a moment, then continued, “I understand. The prince was still one of our own. If he committed such crimes, we cannot escape responsibility. Whatever True Martial Sacred Ground requires, we will fully cooperate.”

“Old man, if you had spoken like this earlier, I might have let the matter rest,” San Dao said, cutting him off. “But I have recently obtained new information. Would you like to hear it?”

“I’m listening,” High Leviathan said quickly.

“In our recent battle against the Ten God-Clans, an organization called the Heavensward Tower was manipulating events from behind the scenes.”

“The Heavensward Tower is said to maintain the balance of the Absolute God Heaven. They never appear, unless something monumental happens.”

San Dao said slowly, “During the recent battle in the Great Beyond, the Heavensward Tower intervened again. We killed their ancestors and the Supreme Ascendant. But we never found their true headquarters. But recently, I obtained a very interesting piece of information. It turns out the Heavensward Tower was founded by your Leviathan Race. Outwardly, you pretend to live in seclusion in Dragon Sea. In reality, you monitor the entire Absolute God Heaven.”

“What do you think about that… High Leviathan?”

At these words, the expressions of the Leviathan Race’s Saint Sovereigns changed drastically. High Leviathan alone remained calm.

He said coolly, “Nonsense. Who is slandering us? Let him come forward and confront me.”

“No need for confrontation,” San Dao replied lightly. “We only need to visit your Leviathan Race’s territory to confirm everything.”
