Chapter 29: The Terrifying Might of a Single Kick

“That’s my brother!” Suddenly, Jirō shouted again, pointing to a scene not far off. At that moment, his elder brother, Sakata Ken, was being dragged by two men in black and forced into a car—they were about to drive off.

Mu Yang’s expression changed drastically. With a quick step forward, he kicked the front of the vehicle directly. The hood exploded on the spot.

“This guy?” Jirō was once again dumbfounded, swallowing hard. Is this even human?

He had actually kicked a car into ruin with one blow.

Not only Jirō, but even the men in black were equally stunned—what was going on? How could a mere Earthling have such monstrous strength?

But before they could react, Mu Yang had already moved. He punched the black-clad man who was holding Sakata Ken squarely on the head, and the man instantly fainted. His original form was revealed—an alien that looked remarkably like a white ape.

An assassin from the planet Nackle!

Sakata Ken was also startled. Meanwhile, the two aliens in the driver’s and passenger’s seats came to their senses and quickly jumped out to attack Mu Yang. But how could they possibly be a match for him?

By now, Mu Yang had already increased the “Light of Creation” template to 30%, thanks in large part to his broadcast exercises spreading across the Land of Light. This had earned him considerable fame and a massive amount of shock points. Without that, he had no idea how long it would have taken to accumulate hundreds of millions of points.

Mu Yang even felt that perhaps he ought to cause a few more big scenes in the Land of Light.

As things stood, he already possessed strength and energy comparable to a typical Ultra Brother—no small feat. Never underestimate the Ultra Brothers; their power ranked among the top-tier combat forces in the universe. Very few could reach their level.

One could say that aliens who dared to stir up trouble on Earth were usually quite strong. Earth’s own monsters were also fearsome.

Not every Nackle alien was as powerful as the mastermind behind this scheme.

Just like with Ultramen—some strong, some weak—Mu Yang defeated the two Nackles in the blink of an eye.

“Mu Yang-gege, you’re amazing! You actually defeated aliens!” Stars twinkled in Jirō’s eyes. These were real aliens—even if they looked like white apes—they were extraterrestrials, and Mu Yang had bested them!

“Thanks a lot this time, Mu Yang!” Sakata Ken expressed heartfelt gratitude.

“No need to be so polite. We’re all on the same side!” Mu Yang waved it off. “But you don’t seem surprised that the Nackles attacked you?”

Sakata Ken fell silent, and with a somewhat strained voice, replied, “Is it because of Go and Jack Ultraman?”

Mu Yang went quiet. It seemed the Sakata siblings had long known the true identity of Hideki Gō. Perhaps many had been fooled, but not those who lived closely with him.

“As expected, you’re not an ordinary person either.” Sakata gave a helpless smile, then fell silent again.

“Do you hate him?” Mu Yang asked, helping Sakata Ken to his feet.

That “him” naturally referred to Hideki Gō. Without his connection, the Sakata siblings would not have been drawn into all of this.

Sakata Ken was stunned for a moment, then shook his head. “How could I? Without them, we would’ve died long ago in some monster attack. Besides, everything they did was to protect Earth and humanity. Even if Akiko knew everything, she would have no regrets… it’s just…”

But there was something he didn’t say. Akiko… was innocent.

“I think I might be able to save her. Let’s head to the hospital now!” Mu Yang said after thinking for a moment.

“You have a way?” Sakata Ken quickly grabbed Mu Yang’s hand and asked eagerly.

“I’m not sure—but it’s worth a try.” Back in the Land of Light, Mu Yang had studied some basic skills from Mother of Ultra. His light wasn’t destructive, but it had healing potential. That said, he had only learned some basic medical techniques…

“Alright, let’s go to the hospital now!” Sakata Ken grasped Mu Yang’s hand and hurriedly led him off.

Jirō was left standing there dumbfounded, scratching his head. He felt like he had overheard something extremely important.

Were those bad guys after Brother Gō?

Damn aliens.

Sitting in Sakata’s car, Mu Yang looked rather helpless. His healing skills were basic at best. It seemed he needed to try drawing some rewards—maybe he’d get something useful.

He looked at the system panel.

Host: Mu Yang

Main Template: Light of Creation God 30% (+)

Skills: Cosmic Fist (Purple LV3), Ultra Fist (Blue LV2)…

Weapons: Shining Glory King Sword (Red)

Shock Points: 495 million (exact number undisclosed; powers of 2 grow rapidly)

Almost 500 million shock points? Mu Yang pouted. In truth, he had been drawing rewards daily for a while now, but his luck seemed to have run out back in the Land of Light. It had been ages since he’d pulled anything good—just miscellaneous junk, mostly.

Might as well keep drawing!

“Ding! Congratulations, host, you’ve drawn 999 shock points!”

“Ding! Congratulations, host, you’ve drawn 1,000 mobile credit vouchers for MouLu!”
