Fiona looked him up and down.

In her search for information about Clark, this person had appeared frequently, displaying strength no less than that of a regular Kryptonian warrior.

But among the known powerful races in the universe, there was no group that matched this person's characteristics.

"And if I am?" David said.

"You are not among the people summoned by General Zod."

Fiona said coldly.

"Summoned?" David sneered.

"You come to Earth in a spaceship without invitation and then talk about being summoned? This is Earth, and you need to make it clear who you are!"

A mere native of a backward civilization dared to be so rude to a Kryptonian officer. Fiona, clad in black armor, sneered and was about to say something when suddenly Zod's voice came through the transparent force field helmet.

"I understand."

She nodded through the communication channel, then looked at David with a warning gaze.

"General Zod is very curious about you. You are allowed to board the ship with Kal-El."

"I hope you don't make any foolish moves."

David acted as if he hadn't heard her.

Zod had dozens of subordinates, most of whom were high-ranking members of the rebel forces. Ordinary soldiers were not qualified to be imprisoned in the Phantom Zone with him. With so many Kryptonians together, even he had to take it seriously.

"Space combat is more advantageous." David said as he and Clark boarded the warship, looking out through the porthole at the starlight shining in space. @@novelbin@@

And if they were to wage war on Earth, the destructive power of dozens of Kryptonians would be too great, and who knows how many people would be killed or injured.

"I'll remind you. Our atmosphere is toxic to species that are not strong enough."
