As he waled up the road, his home was still a fair distance away. While walking in silence, the loud sound of a roaring engine echoed from behind him.

He turned to look and saw a black sedan approaching. Just from the way it was built, it looked strong and powerful, clearly not an ordinary car.

"Another luxury car", Alexander thought to himself.

As the car passed by him, Alexander continued his leisurely walk without paying much attention. Inside the vehicle, however, there were three people.

One sat in the driver's seat, and although he appeared ordinary at first glance, a closer look revealed that he was anything but normal.

There was a sharpness in his posture, the kind only trained people carried.

Seated behind him in the passenger seat was a blonde woman dressed in a neatly tailored blazer suit.

It was none other than Jessica Rivera, the same woman who had assisted Alexander when he first arrived in this place.

She was the very same woman who had assisted Alexander when he first arrived in this place.

Seated beside her was another woman, this one with striking blue hair.

It flowed like water, each silky strand cascading down her back in waves that shimmered with every movement, as if reflecting the light like rippling currents.

Her sharp eyes held an alluring intensity, matched by the confident way she carried herself.

She wore a sleek white turtleneck that clung to her curves, highlighting her figure, especially her prominent bust, which could easily be estimated around an F cup.

Paired with it were form-fitting high-waisted jeans that emphasized her hourglass silhouette. On her feet were black heels, and she sat gracefully with her legs crossed, exuding both elegance and nobility.

"We are almost there, young lady," Jessica said with a gentle smile.

The slender woman beside her returned the gesture with a calm, elegant smile of her own. Jessica could not help but be mesmerized.

The beauty of the woman before her was simply breathtaking, far beyond what she had expected.

Although she had once been hesitant to acknowledge it, even Jessica had come to accept the title given to this woman.

She was known throughout the country as its most 'beautiful woman', and that title alone was more than enough to reflect her worth.

Jessica Rivera could not help but wonder why her day was becoming more and more interesting.

First, there was the young man with an unknown background.

And now, she was sitting beside a woman known throughout the entire Philippines as the most beautiful woman.

"Young lady, would you like me to hire some bodyguards?" Jessica asked, turning to her with a hint of concern in her voice.

For someone of her status, it was surprising that she had no bodyguards accompanying her.

As an influential figure, her presence alone was enough to stir attention, and any harm that might come her way would not only affect her but also implicate the higher-ups connected to her.

Her hometown was located in the central region, a place known for powerful families and political ties.

Even so, the woman simply shook her head, "No need. Uncle Ron can take care of my safety," she said calmly.

"I'm only here to enjoy my vacation, and no one else knows I've come, not even my friends, and only my family. So please, don't tell anyone I'm here. Understood?"

Her voice carried a sense of nobility it's just flowed so naturally, "Of course, young lady. Even if you had not said anything, I would never spread this," Jessica replied with a respectful tone.

"That is good," the woman said with a small nod.

"Oh yes, I heard that the other Evercrest Manor, the one considered not for sale, was recently bought. Can you tell me who purchased it?"

Her voice held some curiosity. Since the person who could buy that kind of property had to be someone with great influence and a strong background, possibly someone as prominent as she was.

The other Evercrest Manor had actually been bought by her father a long time ago, but it had remained unused and unattended for years.

Now that she had wrapped up some personal and business matters, she decided it would be the perfect time to take a quiet vacation here.

"Oh, you mean Alexander," Jessica Rivera said casually.

Since it was not a secret. Everyone in the area already knew who had purchased the manor and who was currently living there.

Even if she does not tell it, with just a short investigation she will still know.

"So Alexander is his name," she said, confirming it to herself.

"Yes, young lady," Jessica replied, adjusting her words with a small smile.

"To be honest, we still do not know who he really is. Even the higher-ups have no information about him. But because he offered a large sum, they approved the sale and gave him the ownership of the villa. Beyond that, his background remains unknown."

"Oh, so he is mysterious," Catherine said with a soft laugh.

"And please, stop calling me young lady. You make me sound too noble. Just call me Catherine."

Catherine was only twenty-three years old, yet her enchanting figure and stunning looks gave her a presence that felt far more commanding.

It was no wonder Jessica had instinctively addressed her so formally without even realizing it.

"Sure... Miss... Catherine..." Jessica stammered, trying to adjust her tone.

"But did you not conduct a thorough investigation about him?" Catherine asked, her brows furrowing slightly in curiosity.

"Ah, we did," Jessica replied.

"But all we found were basic details like his name, birthplace, and hometown. Aside from that, even the names of his family remain a mystery."

She paused for a moment before continuing with a reassuring smile.

"But do not worry. I have met him once, and he was not bad at all in terms of personality. He also has no criminal record, so you can feel at ease if the two of you happen to meet."

Hearing this, Catherine fell into deep thought. Her eyes reflected a growing curiosity as the car continued along the road.

However, instead of taking the path that led toward Alexander's place, they turned in the opposite direction.

Meanwhile, at the top of the hill, Alexander finally arrived outside his home. Standing by the gate were two guards, Andre Bon and Lewis, who looked at him with confused expressions.

The two guards opened the gate, and as they did, Alexander stepped inside. Still curious, Lewis spoke up.

"Young master, why did you walk? Where is your car?"

Alexander glanced at him casually and replied, "I gave it to someone to borrow for a while."

The two guards looked at each other, eyes wide with surprise and amazement.

That car looked like a high-end luxury vehicle, yet their young master had lent it out so easily. To them, it was a clear sign of his generosity.

Their admiration for him only grew stronger. Alexander said nothing more and continued inside the house.

It was already seven in the morning. As he walked into the living room, he noticed Anya sitting on the couch, watching television.

The moment she saw him, the little girl's eyes lit up. She ran toward him and wrapped her arms around his waist, only able to reach that high because of his tall frame.

"Big brother Alex, good morning," Anya said with a bright, innocent smile.

"Good morning as well. Why are you watching television so early?" Alexander asked, lowering himself to her level and gently pinching her soft cheeks.

"That's because big sister told me to wait here after she finished making breakfast," Anya replied, her voice cheerful as ever.

"I see. Then go ahead and watch for a while. I'll go try and help her," he said before leaving the living room.

The little girl nodded and returned to the couch, eyes glued to the show playing on the screen.

As Alexander entered the kitchen, a refreshing and delicious aroma filled the air. At the stove stood a familiar figure, her back facing him as she carefully tended to the food.

"How was your sleep?" Alexander asked, his voice calm and gentle.

She turned around at the sound of his voice, but the moment she did, Alexander's eyes narrowed slightly.

Her face looked pale, and her expression carried the weight of exhaustion. Something was clearly off.

Not only that there were beads of sweat on her face, and the sight made Alexander's chest tighten with worry.

Without thinking, he quickly stepped forward and reached out, gently holding her by the shoulders.

"Hey, are you okay? You look completely worn out," he asked, his voice filled with concern.

Her breathing was faint, her face pale, and the weariness in her eyes was impossible to ignore. Just standing there, she looked like she could collapse at any moment.

Alexander's eyes instinctively followed the motion. As he glanced down, he froze.

A faint trail of blood had slid down her inner thigh, staining her leg before dripping quietly onto the floor.

"Don't tell me it's today?" Alexander asked, his voice low and filled with sudden realization.
