CHAPTER 600: CHAPTER 600 - WHERE HAVE THE DAYS GONE?

The almost two months of vacation leave that I asked permission for from the academe was used up before I knew it. After the birth of my three sets of twin babies, cramming my schedule with husbands and in-law visits, relocating Kayden and Dimitri to Eieneos, managing affairs at the Eieneos palace and the world tree realm communities as well as checking on the dragons through the eyes of their seer, I couldn’t help but feel that the days were just wasn’t enough with everything that I wanted to do.

It was a good thing that my stay in the academe is about to end. I am now towards the end of my seconds term of my seconds year. I am practically done with all the classroom classes and are only taking supplementary and non-required short courses but I still need to fulfill the 2-year stay in the Academe of Gnosis to graduate. The only thing left is my third and last immersion task which I plan to take on my last term before graduating.

When the time to leave Tadhana arrived, I was feeling very reluctant after having the chill atmosphere for several weeks. There was no doubt that the husbands were reluctant too as their faces show sadness and some even started to tear up.

I know it is kind of a twisted feeling that I am happy or giddy seeing them crying but it is not because I wanted to make them feel bad or torture them. The happy feeling comes to the fact that I felt like I was doing something right for them. They would surely not feel sad or even cry if I was treating them bad or they disliked my presence.

Don’t get me wrong. I will miss all of them too especially my cute babies and the freedom of spending time with my husbands as much as I wanted. Well, sacrifices have to be made and everyone have their responsibilities to fulfill no matter what age, gender or role one is in. As of now, I have to be student before I can be a wife and a mother again when I come back here.

It is not like I will be leaving them for too long. I would take a few short courses for a few weeks and then the in-between term breaks will be here again. I might also leave anytime within the month I have returned to the academe since two more births are bound to happen with Kayden and Dimitri already towards their sixth month of pregnancy.

Though I am excited to leave and be with them again, it does not change the fact that I still have to appear at the academe to make good with my promise of reporting back after my long academic leave. I am also planning to take in more tasks from the adventurers’ guild, the magic tower and also fill up the alchemy shop of Uncle Daejung who has now tripled in size.

I gave Uncle Daejung a bigger shop in Moonlight Inn which included the pharmacy, an alchemy laboratory for processing herbs and makine basic concoctions, a small study where he can research and create new formulas, and a clinic.

As to why I suddenly increased the space, it was because I will start selling elven concocted medicine soon but I will package it as a premium product. The horrific experiences of humans under elves before won’t be easily forgotten and packaging products as made by elves won’t be generally accepted well.

As for the alchemy products, they will be produced by Therlis (botanist/healer from Freyheimr) and his two apprentices together with Fyndriel (scribe/nerdy researcher) who enjoyed recording things. Yoffir volunteered to provide some alchemy formulas as well so I think this suddenly formed pharmacy team is going to have a lot of fun.

Leaving the realm securely took four separate teleportations to hide my whereabouts. One was to get out of Tadhana towards the central part of the World Tree Realm. I then teleported to Laerad’s personal realm then one more time to the plaza in Eieneos. My last teleportation was then from Eieneos palace to the living room of my villa inside the academe.

The process was tedious but necessary. I don’t want anyone trespassing my personal spaces by figuring out the path I take to go in and out of the realms.

Once I am back inside my villa, I went inside my room and took a long shower to calm me down and maybe wash a bit of my sadness from leaving my husbands and my children behind. After washing up, I looked outside the window and noticed that it was still in the middle of the afternoon so I still have time to report to the headmaster and the student affairs office.

I dressed up more presentably and made my way out of my villa. Once I reached the main building, I immediately felt several presences lurking around and observing me. It seems that those people I left behind without any heads up are waiting around patiently for my return, not like they have a choice but to wait. I am sure they tried to find my whereabouts but came up empty in their search.

I ignored their presences and then continued walking towards the headmaster’s office. Once inside the room, I reported my return and at the same time told him that I may have to leave a few times during the remaining weeks of the term since two more husbands is about to give birth again.

The headmaster gave me a judging look but opted not to comment about it. I knew what his look meant, like how perverted I could be to have 5 men pregnant with only a few weeks in between. I couldn’t help but chuckle at his most likely thoughts.

Well, my two deified husbands have a 6-month waiting time before the children are born. The three mystique husbands waited for a whole year so I do not think that construes to me getting them pregnant one after the other really.
