Yusuf Zuck originally didn’t want to go to the Great Black Heavenly Daoist Temple, but to obtain the Life Spirit Stone, confirm his suspicions, and allow Pier to seek revenge, he decided to proceed.

"Not returned?" Yusuf Zuck raised an eyebrow, fearing that Great Black Heaven had predicted his visit to settle scores, and thus hid elsewhere after being injured, not returning to his temple at all!

"Who’s in the temple?" Yusuf Zuck asked.

"All seventy-two Demon Gods are there; they’re having a meeting and about to have an internal conflict!" Broderick sneered. "Without Great Black Heaven, no one can suppress them, so they’re fighting among themselves!"

"Alright, let’s go see the excitement!" Yusuf Zuck laughed heartily and stepped into the mountains!

"Clap, clap, clap!" As he stepped into the mountains, countless restrictions in the mountains attacked him. Holding the Giant Axe, he swung it down, splitting the entire mountain in half, and strode towards the temple’s center!

The seventy-two Demon Gods, hearing the commotion, flew out, roaring incessantly, rolling up their sleeves, ready to fight.

These Demon Gods were warriors, fearless of heaven and earth. Although they were not Dao Ancestors, they were all akin to the top-tier Heavenly Emperors.

However, the shouting Demon Gods quickly fell silent when they saw Yusuf Zuck, Broderick Hopkins, Big Dog, and Pier!

Facing the demons, Yusuf Zuck glanced at them before tilting his neck towards Pier and said, "Hurry up and act; I have other matters to attend to!"

"Ga-ga!" Pier spread his arms, let out a strange cry, transformed into a Blood Bat, and rushed into the crowd with lightning speed.

His speed was too fast. The Blood Race was known for its speed, and now being a Dao Ancestor, he grabbed the black-robed person while the other Demon Gods hadn’t yet reacted!

"Dear Pier, do you really want to kill me? We are husband and wife, one night of marriage, a hundred days of favor. We are of the same Clan, in All Heavens and Myriad Realms, only I can have a child with you. Why do you still want to kill me? Is it because of my rat-like appearance?" The black-robed person was none other than the old witch Heart Ancestor. Though now at the half-step Dao Ancestor level, she hadn’t yet shed her rodent form to become human—a big rat she remained.

"You should know that if you kill me, you may never have offspring again!" Heart Ancestor seemed resigned to her fate, yet she knew best how to strike others’ weak spots.

Amused, Yusuf Zuck watched the scene unfold, curious to see whether Pier would kill or spare.

"How dare you forget the trauma you caused me when you made me do that? So I will tear you apart!" said Pier, poised to strike!

However, Heart Ancestor’s next words shocked everyone: "Would you kill your unborn child and its mother with your own hands? If you wish, then do it!"

The entire scene fell silent!

Yusuf Zuck immediately used his mind to probe Heart Ancestor, but her black robe was made of unknown material that blocked even telepathic detection.

The others were similarly stumped, unable to see through the black robe, including Broderick Hopkins.

Heart Ancestor knew her beauty (or lack thereof) was quite questionable, which is why she used the robe to conceal everything.

"What the hell are you saying?" After a long pause, Pier’s lips trembled as he addressed Heart Ancestor!

"Go ahead, kill me; living like this is worse than death!" Heart Ancestor taunted!

"What are you saying, damn it? Tell me! Tell me! What are you saying?" Pier had lived for countless centuries. In the Mortal World, he had many women, but none bore him children.

He had long since resigned himself to being without heirs, accepting his fate as barren!

But now, was the old witch saying she was pregnant?

"Pier, this Heart Ancestor isn’t simple. Don’t be fooled by her. How long has it been since you last saw her? Years? If she were pregnant, wouldn’t the child have been born already?" Yusuf Zuck suddenly reminded him.

"Right, you’re lying! Pregnancy lasts ten months. We haven’t seen each other in years. Any child you have is some bastard’s, not mine. I almost fell for it; I’ll tear you apart!"

With that, Pier was about to kill, yet Heart Ancestor seemed resigned, heartbreakingly not responding or resisting!

But just as Pier increased his grip, the Saint Master suddenly emerged, roaring, "Pier, you ungrateful wolf! Don’t you know a Heart Ancestor’s gestation lasts eighteen years? It’s only been a few years. Besides, who else could father her child but you? If you don’t believe me, lift her robe and feel for yourself—if it’s yours, you will sense it!"

Yusuf Zuck kept silent, pondering the eighteen-year gestation—like some little Ao Bing! He continued to watch how Pier would react!

Amidst Pier’s tearful confusion, Yusuf Zuck suddenly ordered harshly, "Stand up and act like a man! Are you certain that what’s in her belly is related to you?"

"Boss, master, yes, yes, it’s linked with my pulse... but it... I..." Pier feared he’d fathered a giant rat, unsure how to resolve this!
