Chapter 1713: Chapter 1732: Jacky Zuck?

At night at Gould’s Residence, Aubree Gould was cuddling a blanket like she was lovesick. She couldn’t stop giggling, laughing incessantly like she had a bout of hysterics; her whole being seemed unhinged.

This night was the most exhilarating, most thrilling night she had experienced in her entire life. That unprecedented surge of emotions was like floating as a celestial being, totally mesmerizing.

She suddenly realized how wonderful the world could be.

Meanwhile, Yusuf Zuck was much calmer. This guy had been involved with leopards and flown several times, so kissing a woman was nothing special anymore.

Of course, he was actually very excited inwardly, because damn, it was over nine thousand Faith Divine Stones, nearly ten thousand! With so many Faith Divine Stones, he wouldn’t need to dig around to find them anymore. These ten thousand were enough to activate all the Blood Beads!

He just awaited the return of the Purple Blood Beads, and when the time came, he’d open all the Blood Beads, crushing everything in his way.

As dawn approached, Yusuf returned to Gould’s Residence, only to find that both Aubree and her father were in the courtyard. Her father was talking to Aubree, who was actually holding a broom, sweeping the yard!

“Why is the sun rising from the west today? What are you sweeping the yard for?” her father asked.

“I’m just bored. This is what living is about!” Aubree replied, like a joyful little swallow, feeling charged with energy and overflowing with spirit.

Her father was speechless for a moment, mumbling that Aubree hadn’t swept the yard in her life, just like the sun really rose from the west.

“Yusuf, you’re back just in time. There will be another class this morning,” her father instructed Yusuf Zuck.

“Sure, I’ll arrange it in a bit. But Your Ladyship, you should rest. Let me handle this ‘rough’ work!” Yusuf pronounced ‘rough’ particularly coarsely, deliberately for Aubree to hear.

Aubree giggled, “What rough? I don’t feel it’s rough at all!”

Yusuf almost spat blood. This lady really dared to speak her mind, but she was truly happy, Yusuf could tell.

“I mean it’s tiring. Your Ladyship, you have a noble physique. Let me do this kind of work!” Yusuf tried to grab the broom and also seized the chance to grab Aubree’s hand!

“What noble physique, my noble physique is not truly a Golden Body!” Aubree was particularly bold, flirting with Yusuf in front of her father, though her father didn’t catch on!

Yusuf chuckled awkwardly and didn’t dare to continue the conversation because he feared that she’d get too off-track, so it was better to remain silent!

“By the way, Yusuf, I’ll teach in the afternoon instead, changing the course to explain the third section of the yin-yang nine-segment today!” Aubree changed the plan, ceasing the use of Faith Divine Stones for teaching, preventing troubles, because she knew if she continued causing mischief, Yusuf would actually get anxious with her.

“Yes.” Yusuf nodded in agreement.

While they were talking, suddenly, the academy rang out with sounds. Two sounds, two muffled, followed by two clear sounds!

Yusuf curiously looked towards the academy square. He knew there was a big bell on the square, but it rarely rang because no one dared to strike it; striking it meant something major!

Aubree and her father also furrowed their brows, and her father asked, “Aubree, two sounds, two muffled, two clear, what does it mean?”

“An accusation, injustice, when someone at the academy has a grievance and no one takes care of it, they’ll strike this bell. But even if you have a grievance, once the bell is struck, you’ll face severe punishment!” Aubree, being an instructor, was quite familiar with how the academy worked.

“So, knowing they’ll be heavily punished, someone still struck this bell?” her father stopped and took a deep breath, “Let’s go take a look!” He then strode towards the square!

Aubree gave Yusuf a look, and the two followed, while a servant was preparing dishes in the kitchen.

Many people in the academy, including senior-year students, junior-year students, some instructors and teachers, were all running towards the square. Yusuf even saw many from the General Affairs Department heading towards the square, including Lord Shaun, the head of the department, who was also hastening there.

Moments later, Yusuf reached the outskirts of the square, which was now packed tightly. Yusuf quickly estimated there were over twenty thousand people!

On the platform where the bell was, a blood-covered young man was standing with a longsword, looking intensely angry, defiant.

From a distance, people flew in; experts from the inner courtyard arrived, and at this moment, Aubree whispered, “These are people from the Criminal Court, specialized in dealing with such matters. They are all bloodthirsty and ruthless. No matter the reason, that person has to be punished!”

“Which class are you in, what’s your name, why did you strike the alarm bell!” a man in his forties with triangle eyes ascended to the platform. This man had an innately sinister look, especially with those triangular eyes, like someone who was up to no good!

“That’s one of the vice-deans of the Criminal Court, named Eddie Reeves. Some people call him Eddie ‘Ergou’. He’s been at the academy for a long time and is known for being ruthless and vicious. There’s no less than a thousand trainees who died at his hands!” Aubree continued.

“In response to the Lord, I am Mick Harmon from Talisman Way class of the Outer Academy Advanced Group. I want to accuse an inward academy student; he killed my whole family, two hundred eighty-three people, and six of our Talisman Way classmates!”

“What?” Hearing this trainee’s words, the entire square erupted. He killed his whole family and then killed six senior-year students from the academy?

This inner academy student was too audacious, too bloodthirsty!

Even Eddie Reeves couldn’t help but be moved. This was utterly lawless!

“Is what you say true?” Eddie Reeves snapped, “What’s the name of that inner academy student?”

“Jacky Zuck, from the first-year of the inner academy!”

“Jacky Zuck?” Yusuf froze upon hearing the name, instinctively thinking of Tyler Nash!

“Where is he now?” Eddie Reeves asked again.

“I don’t know, I escaped; if I didn’t escape, I’d be dead now. He killed my entire family of two hundred eighty-three people—he even strangled the youngest infant. Please, let the academy deliver justice for me!” Mick Harmon was crying profusely as blood spilled from the corners of his mouth!

“Someone, contact that Jacky Zuck for me, find him immediately, summons him back for a confrontation. If he does not return, issue a wanted order!” Eddie Reeves, speaking, took a deep breath, “Do you have any evidence? You must know, unfounded claims are inadmissible!”

“Of course, I have evidence! This Crystal Ball recorded his crimes!” Mick Harmon, pulling out a Crystal Ball as he spoke.

“Replay it for me!” Eddie Reeves commanded coldly.

“Fine, I’ll let you all see Jacky Zuck’s evil deeds before everyone’s eyes!” Mick Harmon cried out, activating the Crystal Ball in an instant.

As the image in the Crystal Ball flickered, a large mansion came into view filled with corpses, gruesome scenes everywhere. A person’s hand appeared, seemingly clutching someone’s throat; with a slight squeeze, the head fell off.

The Crystal Ball’s recording continued to roll upward, soon revealing the culprit’s face!

However, just as it showed the person’s neck and was about to reveal the face, the Crystal Ball suddenly exploded with a ‘bang’!

Indeed, the Crystal Ball exploded, and the fragments pierced Mick Harmon’s face, even injuring Eddie Reeves.

“What? What’s going on?” Everyone exchanged glances, bewildered. How could it explode at such a critical moment?

Other than that, an eerie, ominous voice rang out from outside the square: “I heard someone’s making accusations against others?” The voice was shrill and jarring!
