With the prospect of becoming a King Buddha assured, other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas naturally find ways to build good relations!

If they don’t do so now, it might be too late later!

On this day, yet another Buddha arrives at the Great Wisdom Buddha’s Taoist arena! He is led inside!

“Amitabha, so it’s Venerable Master Mingxin, forgive me for not welcoming you from afar, please pardon me!”

After this Buddha sits down, a moment later, the Great Wisdom Buddha walks out from the temple and speaks.

“Greetings to the Great Wisdom King Buddha!” Venerable Master Mingxin rises to pay his respects!

“Venerable Master Mingxin, what are you saying? I’m not a King Buddha yet!” Immediately extending his hand to support the other, the Great Wisdom Buddha says.

“It’s just a matter of sooner or later!” Hearing the Great Wisdom King Buddha’s words, Venerable Master Mingxin says with a smile.

“Hehehe…” With these words spoken, the Great Wisdom King Buddha does not intend to say more, just smiles!

Soon after, he invites Venerable Master Mingxin to sit down once more, and calls for his Novice Monk to quickly bring out the finest tea to entertain Venerable Master Mingxin.

“Venerable Master Mingxin, you are renowned in our Buddhist Sect for empathizing with the suffering of all beings! Such great compassion! Today I am curious to know the reason for your visit?”

Personally preparing tea for his guest, the Great Wisdom Buddha then asks.

“Today, I am here for two matters!” Lowering his head slightly, he accepts the tea handed by the Great Wisdom Buddha with both hands!

“Firstly, your successful creation of the calamity while ensuring your own safety is truly admirable!”

“Moreover, the position of King Buddha is already within your grasp, so though I may be slightly late, I have come to congratulate the Great Wisdom Buddha!”

“Venerable Master Mingxin is too kind! Whether earlier or later, your congratulations are never late!” Hearing Venerable Master Mingxin’s words, the Great Wisdom Buddha responds sincerely.

“As for the second matter, it is actually to seek your assistance!” Continuing, Venerable Master Mingxin says.

“Oh? Please speak openly! If it’s within my capacity to help, I will not shirk from it!” Hearing this, the Great Wisdom Buddha is almost about to pound his chest in assurance!

“In that case, I will speak frankly! Actually, before this, Tathagata hinted to me to undergo a calamity as well!”

“Recently, I’ve been wrestling with this, but your actions, Great Wisdom Buddha, have provided me with a guiding light! I hope you will generously share your guidance!”

Venerable Master Mingxin, lowering his stance and speaking earnestly, says.

“Venerable Master, you are too modest! The matter of the Journey to the West for Scriptures concerns the rise and fall of our entire Buddhist Sect. Helping you is akin to helping myself, for which I have an obligation!” The Great Wisdom Buddha, in earnestness, states solemnly.

Thereupon, the Great Wisdom Buddha begins to explain in detail all he has done and thought to Venerable Master Mingxin.

“Why use the Great Sage Overturning the Seas Flood Dragon Demon King as a pawn? Because of his association with Sun Wukong, Xuanzang would never kill him!”

“Furthermore, when Xuanzang sought my help to employ the Divine Skill of the Kalou Realm, I falsely claimed that it required the Reversing Whirlwind of the Reincarnation Passage to perform, aiming to increase the difficulty for Xuanzang!”

“For the sake of this calamity encounter, I sacrificed an Ancient Dragon Pearl, an invaluable treasure, yet if it could save my life, it would be utterly worthwhile!”

“Moreover, the Buddha has promised me the position of a King Buddha!”

Saying this, a smile appears on the Great Wisdom Buddha’s face!

“Amitabha, the wisdom of the Great Wisdom Buddha is indeed unparalleled, inspiring utmost admiration!”

After bidding a good farewell to the Great Wisdom Buddha, Venerable Master Mingxin turns and leaves the Great Wisdom Buddha’s Taoist arena!

The Great Wisdom Buddha, showing great enthusiasm towards Venerable Master Mingxin, escorts him to the temple gate, watching him depart, and only after a long time does he turn back!

“Master Ancestor, since when did you and Venerable Master Mingxin become so close?”

As the Great Wisdom Buddha returns, suddenly, a Novice Monk nearby, evidently quite familiar with the Great Wisdom Buddha, asks.

“How do you say?” Hearing this, the Great Wisdom Buddha turned his head and glanced at him, asking.

“I remember there isn’t any deep friendship between Master Ancestor and Venerable Master Mingxin, right? But this time, Master Ancestor, you were almost desperate to make them stay overnight, talking by candlelight!” The Novice Monk’s face showed a queer expression as he spoke again.

“Oh? I’m doomed, I’ve been tricked!”

Upon hearing the words of the Novice Monk beside him, the Great Wisdom King Buddha suddenly had a look of realization, and his face changed as he spoke!

“Tricked? Master Ancestor, what’s going on? How were you tricked?” Upon hearing this, the Novice Monk next to him showed a look of astonishment and asked the Great Wisdom Buddha.

However, the Great Wisdom Buddha did not answer, instead he immediately sat down and assumed a posture with five hearts facing the sky, using Divine Sense to sort out himself!

After a long time, his state of mind became clear and serene, and an angry expression appeared in his eyes: “Good old Venerable Master Mingxin, you actually schemed against me!”

“Master Ancestor, what on earth has happened? When were you schemed against?” As the Great Wisdom Buddha shouted angrily, the Novice Monk beside him pursued with another question!

“You may not know this, disciple, but this Venerable Master Mingxin is the most dangerous person within our Buddhist Sect!”

“His true form is transformed from the desires within billions of people’s hearts! Cultivated for thousands of years to attain the Tao, and was sealed by our Buddha as Venerable Master Mingxin!”

“His most adept method is sensing the desires within others’ hearts! His speech, mannerisms, and body language in every aspect can unconsciously draw people close to him! Even to feel like old friends at first meeting!”

“Although I had heard of him long ago, I never thought that he would use this trick against me! Never anticipated that I would fall into his trap!”

“Master Ancestor, Venerable Master Mingxin actually dared to scheme against you! We can’t let him get away with it! Let’s go find him!”

Upon learning that the Great Wisdom Buddha had been schemed against, the Novice Monk was filled with righteous indignation, and addressed the Great Wisdom Buddha!

“Forget it! It’s all due to his overly strong ability, I already have a weakness in his hands!” Although feeling deeply angry, when thinking about seeking revenge against Venerable Master Mingxin, the Great Wisdom Buddha helplessly shook his head and said.

“Weakness? Master Ancestor, what weakness do you have in his hands?” Hearing this, the Novice Monk asked!

“I have already said and exposed all my actions and thoughts, isn’t that a weakness?”

“Think about it, Venerable Master Mingxin schemed against me, certainly making me angry, but can I use this to kill him?”

“That is certainly impossible!” Hearing this, the Novice Monk shook his head immediately.

Indeed, the anger is real, the desire to vent it is real too, but to directly kill someone? That’s definitely too much!

After all, both currently hold the same Buddha status!

Since the Great Wisdom Buddha could think of using the Flood Dragon Demon King as a chess piece, then, could he also take a trip to the Moon Palace?

The relationship between Fairy Chang’e and Zhu Bajie, let’s not discuss for now!

The relationship between Fairy Zixia and Sun Wukong is even closer!

If taking one of them as a chess piece, couldn’t he also successfully create a calamity?

After considering, Venerable Master Mingxin felt this was quite feasible!

Of course, how exactly should this be executed? Venerable Master Mingxin felt he should go visit, see what differences exist between Fairy Chang’e and Fairy Zixia before deciding!
