Lei Er returned with the water and placed the two large buckets where Ji Nuan had indicated earlier. He squatted down to observe the peculiar object that had a fire seed.

Ji Nuan came back with the clean beast skin and saw the large golden-haired orc looking very concentrated at her little cook-stove.

When Lei Er heard Ji Nuan’s footsteps, he turned back in surprise. He pointed at the stone pot and coal stove: "What is this thing?"

Ji Nuan laughed: "This is used to boil water, and also to cook food. This way, we won’t have to worry about the fire seed burning other things."

Lei Er’s eyes lit up after hearing this. This little she-brat was really clever: "I’ll make one back home too. That way, I can have roasted meat every day."

"I should go now."

Watching the energetic Lei Er, Ji Nuan shook her head in amusement.
