Alex began to reflect on the skills he had gained when he obtained his class, adding the active and passive ones he had a total of 13 skills, 7 passive and 6 active.

In active skills, he could use the following: gravitational manipulation lv2, lightning step lv2, swordsman lv2, king’s command lv1 and now he could also use the active skill called the round table lv1, plus the skill called Avalon lv1 was sealed.

When it came to passive skills, the ones I could use passively were: Gravitational Defense Lv2, Aura of Royalty Lv1, and Fate in Breakable Lv1, the rest like: Bearer of the True Crown Lv1, Protection of the Mystic Sheath Lv1, Connection with Merlin Lv1, and Royal Harem Lv0, were somehow sealed.

Alex decided to make a mental note, when he finished clearing this dungeon and rescued his kidnapped sister, he would study his skills to maximize their power and make the most of them.

He looked at the knight who ran beside him without any expression on her face, her long white hair fluttering in the wind, strangely, in the system panel there was a new section where he could see his knight’s attributes.

With this information, Alex could theoretically estimate his knight’s strength, in short, based on their attributes being exactly the same, she was as strong as him without using Excalibur.

This was true if Alex’s skills weren’t included in the equation, because his knight only had 4 skills, two active and two passive, there were some strange elements in her window.

The word mirrored in her attributes meant that the knight mirrored her master’s base attributes, that is, the more Alex’s attributes grow, the knight will grow accordingly.

The word parasitism on her HP and MP means that the knight used her master’s HP and MP, this point left Alex depressed, this is because her MP and HP were too low even for him, and now he would have to share it.

Something pulled Alex from his thoughts, the ground beneath his feet shook and between the trees a swarm of spiders came out from below.

He stopped and ordered his knight to charge and he would provide assistance if needed.

The armored knight advanced towards the spiders, her purple skin crackling with bolts of electricity of the same color, in her hands two short swords took form.

She leaped over the swarm without any expression on her faces, even as the spiders surrounded her, webs were thrown from several directions at once, she swayed as if she was dancing.

The knights’ movements were smooth, making the most of the dexterity points she had mirrored from Alex, and with an agility of 60 points, she advanced in a graceful attack.

Two spiders were split in half when she swung both swords, she hit the other spider with a kick concentrating all the strength attribute she possessed crushing the spider in the process.

Balls of purple lightning formed on their swords and shot towards the spiders, and just like the tree back there, the spiders that were hit were charred in an instant.

Seeing his knight fight for him, Alex smiled, now he was not so envious of the sword saint’s skill, now he had a skill that could far match the sword saint’s final judgment.

Time was short and every second was counting for his sister, with a thought Excalibur appeared in Alex’s hands, purple rays snaked over his body.

Lightning Step was used and Alex’s figure turned into a blur, he advanced in the middle of the mutant spiders, using gravitational control , his speed doubled making his body lighter.

The King and his knight fought fiercely against an endless swarm of mutant spiders, the spiders were brutal and quite numerous.

No matter how much Alex fought with all his strength and had his knight fighting by his side, the swarm didn’t seem to be diminishing even after fighting for an entire hour.

As time passed Alex began to get tired and the number of spiders only increased and this time he was not leveling up, no matter how many spiders he or his knight killed.

Unlike his knight who had a regeneration ability, the wounds on Alex’s body were piling up with fatigue, if it weren’t for the association’s combat attire underneath his suit, he would be much worse off.

It was then that Alex discovered a flaw in his own ability, the system beeped and bad news was displayed in a window he couldn’t afford to read at the moment.

Alex cursed silently as he saw his knight turn into a purple light before disappearing.

He looked away from the battle to see his MP and HP were down, his only alternative was to level up to restore his window, but he couldn’t gamble on that, could he?

Just by looking away, a spider violently hit his left shoulder, causing a dislocation in his bone. If it weren’t for the suit, he would now be without a crib.

In another minute his MP would be so low that he wouldn’t be able to use Excalibur and when that happens, Alex would be dead, and the king would never expect that.

Now it looked like a sea of spiders that Alex didn’t know where they came from, when a door was, 10 of them appeared to replace the previous one, Alex wished the sword saint was here.

There’s no way, Alex thought, I’ll have to retreat for now, there’s no way I can deal with so many of these spiders alone, he believed that even a group of 100 low-level hunters would be enough to deal with so many.

To escape this situation, Alex used his luck attribute amplified by Excalibur to the max, along with its two abilities.

Aura of Royalty lv1 , created an aura of respect and admiration around his body, to complete the main course, he used his triumph, King’s Command lv1, and shouted using all the air in his lungs.

"Standing still"

All his majesty and command merged into just one word and the result was astonishing, hundreds of mutant spiders froze in place, none of them dared to move for a few seconds.

When the flame regained control a few seconds later, Alex had disappeared, they looked in various directions with their various eyes, but unfortunately for them, Alex had already fled, or rather, he had made a strategic retreat, because a king does not flee.

In a cave Alex shook his suit which despite the battle was still fine, the materials of the suit and the suit were the same hence his resistance, He breathed deeply trying to recover.

A huge battle seems to have been fought in this place, was the conclusion Alex came to when he took a look at the cave, he wondered if it was the blue spirit guild that had battled in this place.

Alex was forced to rest in that cave, he spent the night there and the next day, he woke up hungry, there was no food with him, he practically ended up there by accident.

And now that he remembered he hadn’t had breakfast when he left home, and because he was worried about his sister, he didn’t eat anything at the hunters’ association either.

He had to find the blue spirit guild soon, if he didn’t, he would be killed by the spiders or by the hunger he felt at the moment.

To his comfort his knight had rolled up, as he was very hungry, he simply could not fight, he could only count on his knight, he even tried but almost fainted without energy.

Alex had sent his knight to bring something to eat or find other hunters, the other two times she returned she only brought tree bark, but Alex refused to eat it.

When hunger got so bad he couldn’t take it anymore, Alex reluctantly nibbled on the tree bark, they weren’t poisonous at all, while eating he lost 1 HP point which he recovered over time.

In this way, Alex and his knight fought for 4 days against the mutant spiders and every time he had to flee, or rather, he had to retreat strategically, otherwise he would already be dead.

"Have you encountered any other hunters?"

The knight didn’t speak, she just pointed in a direction and started running in that direction, Alex was forced to follow her.

Alex couldn’t believe the sight in his eyes, He had finally found other hunters, but if he didn’t help they would be killed without a doubt, there were thousands of spiders surrounding just three hunters.

Looking closer using his perception to the fullest Alex saw the hunters protecting an injured girl with purple hair, Alex would recognize that girl even if she was sleeping.

They had dated for two years.

There was only one question to ask, what should Alex do now?
