"Calm down. Your fragment of soul is still getting used to the body. Give it a little time, and you’ll gain better control over it,"

He surrounded her with his spiritual Qi, lifting her off the ground before stabilizing her.

Although her body was alive, the soul inside had not yet fully taken control of it, and as a result, some functions were still unstable or not yet active.

It wouldn’t take long before Lin Xian would get used to this body, but for now, he would assist her.

His Qi helped stabilize her body, and now she could move better without risking losing balance or body control.

She looked at herself and realized she was naked.

She tried to manipulate the surrounding Qi to materialize clothes, but unfortunately, she failed.

Zhu Rong shook his head. Even though this was only a fragment of her original soul, her behavior hadn’t changed.

He had extracted the soul fragment from her to protect it and help form her physical body in this plane of existence.

Without his help, she could not have existed outside Ye Ning’s Sea of Consciousness; she would have dispersed and inevitably returned to her original self.

That’s why he placed her in his own sea of consciousness before bringing her out once the process of forming a new body had begun.

And so, here she was, in flesh and bone, walking once again in this plane of existence, something she normally would not have been able to achieve, on her own.

If Ye Ning had been here, she would have been surprised to see her master outside her Sea of Consciousness, perhaps even very excited, but unfortunately, that moment would have to wait, as she was still in Qiyan City at the time.

Zhu Rong told her he would bring her to cultivate here later and, before that, she needed to take care of her affairs outside.

After all, if both of them disappeared, who would oversee the Business?

She already had trusted people, and after Zhu Rong’s intervention, the number of faithful followers wasn’t lacking. With the most difficult part already handled by him, she only had to organize a few things before being able to leave the business to run on its own.

And so, she was out while Zhu Rong returned to prepare everything needed for the creation of Lin Xian’s body.

Finally feeling a bit more comfortable, she looked around before saying,

"This place has gotten bigger since the last time I was here," she said, as her senses, now more accessible, allowed her to probe the secret realm.

Thanks to the fragment of the divine weapon, she had been able to directly return to a body at the early stages of the Spirit Realm.

The fragment alone was close to this level, but it could not have created a body of this level on its own. Zhu Rong had used several other materials to make this possible, materials necessary not only for forming the body but also to ensure it reached a certain level of power.

"I made a few tweaks so it’ll be more useful for what we need," he said, though he noticed her gaze had already shifted elsewhere, specifically toward the other person present.

"little girl, it’s been a long time since we last met," she said, focusing on the figure of Yuan Lan, who stood a little away from their position.watching her calmly, or at least she had seemed calm until she heard her words.

"Little girl? If I were you, I’d take a look at yourself before calling anyone else a little girl," she shot back, glancing over Lin Xian’s flat plain and highlighting her twin peaks.

Hearing her words and actions, a vein appeared on Lin Xian’s forehead.

"Hmp, if my original self were here, she’d beat you in every single aspect,"

Zhu Rong stood aside, watching these two, and could only shake his head.

It wasn’t the first time the two had met, and although Yuan Lan had arrived long after he met Lin Xian, the very nature of Yuan Lan’s origin made it difficult for the two to get along.

That said, he knew that if he left them alone, the simple friendly discussion would escalate quickly if he didn’t intervene. So he stepped in to calm the two women.

Inside the residence atop the mountain in the secret realm, Liang Yuexin was in a meditative position, cultivating.

She had already visited her family, and although she couldn’t say everything had gone perfectly, especially the encounter with her father, she had managed to reassure her nig brother and even converse with her grandfather, the family patriarch.

Someone she hadn’t had much interaction with after her early childhood, as she had focused more on her cultivation and education.

Her relationship with her grandfather wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t particularly close either.
