"Who—who is it?"

Lilith was the first one to react.

Lucien didn’t care about Lilith’s words. He brushed her aside lightly and walked up to Liora.

"What are you doing here?"

Lucien suddenly sighed, stepped a little closer to Liora, surprising her and causing her to instinctively back away. Then, he continued with a faint smile,

"A mere kiss is... really nothing, don’t you think?"

He asked with a teasing look,

"After all, we’re already of age, and this much is truly nothing. Not to mention a kiss, even if I grabbed Lilith and did her right here, Mother wouldn’t say anything. She might even be happy, thinking I’m finally getting her a grandson."

Lucien joked, leaving not only Liora but even Lilith speechless.

This time, though, she couldn’t as she felt a strong arm wrap around her waist, pulling her gently against his body.

This sudden change completely flustered Liora instantly, and she began struggling in panic.

However, Lucien didn’t let her go so easily. Instead, he suddenly grabbed her chin and lightly tilted her face upward, making her look straight into his eyes.
