Lord Of Leveling Up: Transmigrated Into A Game
Chapter 29: Suicide Squad X Raging Fire Bull (2)
CHAPTER 29: SUICIDE SQUAD X RAGING FIRE BULL (2)
A large number of the Gillette Household junior members had died from the Raining Fire Attack. They had all turned to dust while their blood showered onto the ground. This place was now like the bloody depths of hell that seeped into one’s mind.
Raining Fire Attack was the Raging Fire Bull’s ultimate secret technique with great power. Only spawned beasts that had cultivated a beast core were able to release such power. Thus, there’s no doubt there’s a beast core within the Raging Fire Bull.
Maxwell was sitting on the back of the bull with a smirk. His eyes were filled with a playful look as he stared at Gregory unblinkingly.
Gregory had gone bonkers from fear. Dozens of the Gillette Household junior members had been instantly killed.
Someone at the Gold or even the Diamond level couldn’t be able to do something like this, which shows what a terrifying existence the Raging Fire Bull was.
The scariest thing of all was that this Raging Fire Bull was under the complete control of Maxwell.
Looking at Maxwell’s playful stare made the fear in his heart rise to unimaginable levels. Eventually, the fear overtook his state of mind, causing him to unconsciously start trembling.
He was scared. He was extremely scared. His face paled, and his body shook uncontrollably.
Not just him. Even Bawa and Adel were extremely scared. They had never seen such a scene in their entire lives. This was just too terrifying.
They all came to the same conclusion in their minds – Maxwell cannot be left alive!
His ability to control an Above Silver Rank Spawned Beast was too terrifying. Once he brings this Above Silver Rank Spawned Beast back to Eden City, who in the other four ruling Households can deal with him?
The Gillette Household will immediately rise to the top with this strength, and ruling the entire Eden City would be easy as pie.
He cannot live. If he lives, then he’ll become the Castros’ Household nightmare! Adel’s thoughts were playing through his mind before his eyes landed on Maxwell, and killing intent exuded from his body.
It was the same for Bawa as killing intent rose from him as well. Maxwell cannot continue living! If he were to live, Sebastian would have no hope, and there would be no one capable of fighting with Maxwell for the Lord’s position. Maxwell had to die, now!
Those two were like this while Malachi was smiling to the point that he couldn’t close his mouth. His mind was so shocked that he was in a complete mess. "Strong, too strong. It looks like Austin didn’t make a mistake; this kid is truly not simple."
"Sir Maxwell is too powerful; hahaha..." Constantine was still on the ground while he looked towards Maxwell and started laughing out loud.
A flash appeared in Gwendolyn’s eyes as she was beyond excited.
"Gregory! Scram out of here!" Maxwell roared out with a frown.
Around the same time, the Raging Fire Bull heavily stomped down a few times. "Thud!"
The skies shook and the earth quaked. Trees were twisting back and forth while leaves showered onto the ground. The entire scene was just too good to behold.
Gregory swallowed a few times and unconsciously retreated backward. He didn’t dare to look Maxwell in the eye and clenched his teeth, "Maxwell, what do you want?"
Maxwell smiled with a look of interest, "I wouldn’t be needing much, just your waste of a life!"
Gregory’s mind trembled. He looked up at Maxwell sitting on the Raging Fire Bull and suddenly felt like he was a really small figure in this world. He was also filled with regret, regretting why he didn’t kill Maxwell when he had so many chances back then!
Hatred! So much hatred! It was at this time that Bawa took a step forward. He then coldly glanced at Adel and said, "Duke Adel, you and I have the same goal, so why not work together?"
Adel smiled and also stepped forward. "Your idea was exactly my intention. The villainous Maxwell ignored the Household rules and killed his fellow junior members, and deserves to be punished. Even an outsider like me cannot bear to continue watching this, so how can we allow him to stay arrogant like this?"
Only over half of the Gillette’s Household junior members had died, so Adel’s mission wasn’t good enough yet. Once Maxwell dies, then everything would be perfect!
Bawa and Adel are going to join forces? Seniors at level 7 silver rank joining hands – one could hinder the Raging Fire Bull while the other instantly kills Maxwell.
Gregory started laughing out loud, and his face was restored to his arrogant and cold look. "Hahaha... you trash, you want my life? Quit dreaming!"
With two seniors at the Silver Rank teaming up, what was there for him to be afraid of?
Looking down at Gwendolyn, Gregory smiled and said, "You thought Maxwell could turn things around? Stop dreaming, trash will always be trash! Fighting against me, Gregory will only result in death, hahaha..."
In an instant, Bawa and Adel both stepped out and instantly reached the front of Maxwell.
"Bawa, you’ll block the Raging Fire Bull while I go kill this villain Maxwell. This will be considered a present that I’m gifting the Gillette Household." Adel said with a sneer.
Bawa lightly replied: "Fine!"
"So lively! If I, Malachi, didn’t participate in such a lively atmosphere, I would definitely regret this for the rest of my life." His body blurred and appeared right next to the Raging Fire Bull. He had a smile on his face before he looked at Maxwell and gave him a thumbs-up. "Kiddo, you’re very decisive and too awesome. I like it!"
With the appearance of Malachi, Bawa, and Adel’s faces had a slight change. The two glanced at each other before Adel took several steps forward with a smile, "Duke Malachi, this is the Gillette Household’s internal issue, so an outsider like you interfering isn’t quite appropriate, right?"
Malachi raised his guards but still smiled, "It looks like Duke Adel is also an outsider, right?"
"Uh..." Adel was speechless for a second but then replied with a smile: "It was Bawa who wanted my assistance, so I can only generously help him."
"Generously help? I’m afraid you only wish to cut off the roots of the Gillette Household. Wasn’t this Raging Fire Bull lured by you to the Gillette Household entrance competition area?" Malachi said in contempt.
Adel’s eyes tightened before yelling, "Malachi, those words of yours require evidence! The Castro Household and the Gillette Household have always had a good relationship, so why would I do something to harm them?"
While they were speaking, Bawa was only several meters away from the Raging Fire Bull. Adel frowned and suddenly roared out: "Bawa, attack now!"
A trace of light flashed in Bawa’s eyes as his killing intent erupted. With a flash of light, his sword was already drawn as he roared: "Shadow Frost Sword Technique!"
As the sword struck out, a chill spread through the surrounding area, causing the temperature to rapidly decline.
"Watch out!" Yelled Malachi in shock.
Maxwell’s lips curved into a smile, "With that type of acting skill, you want to sneak attack on me?" He had already seen through his actions. The moment Bawa made his move, Maxwell also made his move.
But Bawa’s figure suddenly turned, and his sword suddenly struck towards Malachi.
Malachi was secretly shocked, but still heavily lowered his fists. His thick mana then exploded forth, creating a cover around him.
Adel began to laugh. The moment Bawa made his move, he also struck out as his goal was Maxwell!
The coordination was too perfect, causing others to be unable to defend against it.
But this type of trick for someone like Maxwell, who had transmigrated, was too childish. "Raging Fire Bull!" Maxwell roared out.
The Raging Fire Bull angrily roared out as smoke sprayed from his nostrils. It then suddenly leaned its huge body back and stood up on its hind legs.
The visual impact of such a move was too powerful, causing Adel to temporarily lose sight of Maxwell. He couldn’t help but frown and panic a bit from the aggressive move by the Raging Fire Bull.
It was nonetheless an above silver rank spawned beast, and he wasn’t its opponent at all.
He turned around to jump away, but Maxwell suddenly stood up on the back of the bull and madly dashed to the top of its head. Just when Adel had turned around to jump away in panic, Maxwell grinned and activated. "Overdrive!"
A loud noise came from inside his body, and the familiar burst of power exploded forth.
He had the advantage of height; his pair of fists was similar to a war hammer as it came crushing down towards the back of Adel’s head.
Adel never thought Maxwell would have the guts to rush towards him. Why would a mere bronze rank dare to leave the side of the Raging Fire Bull and come for his own death?
Unless that guy was crazy, Maxwell was exactly that crazy guy who didn’t seem to care about his life. There’s no way he was Adel’s opponent if they clashed head-on. Even with the assistance of the Raging Fire Bull, the odds of him winning weren’t too high since the speed of the bull was simply too slow.
If he wanted to kill Adel, the only way was a sneak attack!
His mana was surging while his fists were like hammers. It was heavily crushed down, causing fierce winds to billow out. Adel had a shocked expression as he twisted around in midair but still called out in anger: "A mere bronze rank dares to..."
Before he could finish, Maxwell’s fists came crashing down.
"Bam!"
The strike landed on his chest and almost cracked his bones apart. He was shocked yet still yelled out: "You trash..."
Before he could finish again, Maxwell’s other fist landed on Adel’s cheek.
"Bam!"
Two teeth flew out. Adel erupted with rage and once again cursed out: "Bastard, you must be tired of..."
Before he could finish, another punch landed.
Landing on top of Adel, Maxwell’s fists were punching out like a machine gun.
"Bam! Bam! Bam!"
Each punch was heavier than the next as they all landed on Adel’s face. In just a few seconds, Adel’s face was swollen like a pig’s. His eyes were dim as all he could see were stars in the sky. He didn’t have an ounce of strength left to retaliate.
Once Adel gets the opportunity to recover, the person to die will be himself. That’s why his fists weren’t stopping until Adel’s skull cracked.
"Crackle!"
"Congratulations to Player Maxwell Gillette for killing Adel."
"Reward: 1000XP, 100 mana."
"Additional Loot: Special Improvement elements, Bronze Heavenly Sword. Badge: 1"
It isn’t strange for this mini loot explosion because Adel was considered an elite.
This was supposed to be a moment of happiness for Maxwell, but he didn’t have time to pay attention to what items burst out of Adel. He glanced over at Malachi, and it was fortunate that he was still alive and well. Maxwell then used his mind to control the Raging Fire Bull..."
The Raging Fire Bull suddenly attacked and slammed into Bawa.
Bawa’s body flew off into the air as Maxwell laughed while standing at a predetermined spot. He once again activated Overdrive and rained in punches that heavily landed on Bawa, flying towards him. He continued punching until he heard the "Crackle!" sound from the System before stopping.
Blood was dripping from Maxwell’s knuckles as he stepped on Bawa’s head. He fixed his hair before yelling, "Who’s next?"
The expression of his eyes and the aura he gave off were a complete mess of domineering arrogance.
Gwendolyn was intoxicated with that look.
Suddenly, Maxwell’s eyes changed as he glanced at Gregory, who had pissed himself from fear. He slapped his thigh and said, "Baby Greg, I almost forgot about you!"
