CHAPTER 1899: ONE OF A KIND

The location of a breakthrough is very important.

It is fine if it is a barren world with no life.

But if he breakthrough in a world filled with living beings, the damage he could wrought to these living beings are huge which only would stain his being with more cause and effect.

Right now, he is not really trying to breakthrough. He is just meditating and the energy of the world gathers around him like he is some kind of attracting magnet

This is a change that happens after he gathers and unite his two Essence Avatar.

His ability to gather energy has been increased maybe twenty-fold or more.

It is hard to make a direct accurate increase with numbers. All he knew that even if he lost a bit of his energy performing some magic, that bit of energy is quickly replenished by the energy of the world he is in.

Azief think that it is fine if he is in a world like Interium where they have their own energies regulators.

But in a world where the energy of that world could not be replenished, Azief could easily drain that world out of their magical energy.

It has been a week since he went into that temple.

What happened in the temple? Azief merge his two Avatars

That is what happened.

It is quite unusual. Not because of what had happened. But because of what did not happen.

Usually when one merge their Essence Avatar and unite them with their bodies, they would finally break through and reach that last step.

Even though Azief itself never intended it, he did grasp a bit of that Sovereign energy in that last moment. And he even mistakenly thought that he accidentally broke through to Sovereign realm

But when Azief did it, he did not break through that last step.

He could have but if he did it, he probably would only break through to Half Step Sovereign realm

That was his instinct. And there is nothing wrong with breaking through to Half Sovereign realm. You would already be one half step into the Sovereign realm.

And he could walk forward to reach the Sovereign realm.

But his instinct told him that is not the way to go.

And Azief had learned to trust his instinct.

And so, he did not take that step to reach the Half Step Sovereign realm even though he was really tempted to take that step

Azief clearly would not be satisfied with such half-baked realm

But, it is true that he merge his avatars.

There should have been a change in him.

And while there is a change, it is not the kind of change one would expect from a Sovereign realm.

Azief suddenly opens his eyes and then he slowly floated back down.

He release his breath and the meditation stopped.

For a few minutes he stays there on the ground, just regulating his breathing. Rightn now, just breathing he inhales the energy of the world.

It is truly amazing.

He felt like he is being replenished by the world.

How could he get tired if its like this.

He probably would never get tired if the energy of the world keep feeding him energy even when he is not doing anything

In the past, if this much energy keep pumping into him, he would feel bloated with energy and the worst-case scenario his veins would explode because of the abundance of energy

But now, it is like he is a black hole of energy.

No matter how many energy you poured into him, he could use it for his own use.

If this time, he goes to the black hole again on the edge of the Milky Way galaxy and absorbs its energy, he would not have such worries like before.

He chuckles a bit

"What an absurd idea" he mutters to himself.

Now, that he is improved a bit, his mind begins thinking of absurd and crazy ideas.

Even he was surprised at his own crazy thoughts.

He then got up and walk toward the window. He opens the curtain and he look outside the window

He smiles looking at the scenery

"It is impressive. It is quite fast" Azief mutters to himself.

Before, the area around the palace was devastated but now all of it has been restored like all of those damage never happened.

All of these have something to do with him. He felt that he owe Wargod a lot and he did want to offer some help to restore the area but it seems he did not have to offer such help

Azief however is not thinking that much about the landscape change of the area. Instead, he is thinking about what he should do now.

"Clearly, my breakthrough to the Sovereign realm would be a bit more special" he thought to himself.

Even Wargod did not have an answer to this.

Wargod simply said that since Azief had walked a very different path than anyone had ever walked, the method to break through to the Sovereign realm might be different than the others.

Wargod hide some of his past experience . Wargod had confirmed that he knew Azief past in the other timeline.

But even then, he only knows a little because at that time he did not pay that much attention to him in that other timeline

Azief was never the kind of guy that like to overestimate himself. It is not that he doesn’t have confidence.

He had shed that timid young man he was in the past.

After all, on Earth, he has basically been at the very top of power for almost a decade and a half.

He has been sitting on that throne without anyone showing any signs of surpassing him. When he was in Disk Formation, there was still many contender for that throne.

But when he breaks through to Divine Comprehension and then break through to Essence Creation, he basically has no rival on Earth

So, he has that confidence and aura of a confident person.

But the enemy that he is about to face are not mortals.

Some of them are gods in lore’s and stories.

Some are ancient beings that has existed since the beginning of time. Even if he added all of his experience and life and even in those days inside some time dilation universe, at most he is just a few hundred years old.

The beings that he would have to face are all beings that have lived for trillions and eons. Even just trying to count their lifespan would exhaust his entire lifespan.

Facing these kind of enemies and beings, Azief knows that he is not that special. It is hard to have confidence when you are faced with those kind of enemies.

All of those beings that reached that realm, a realm where they could live for eons and slumber for eons, all of them must have something special and their own kind of adventure and good luck and fortune to reach where they are now today.

Sometimes, Azief sighed when he thinks of his current situation.

Even he felt his life is too fantastical.

He never expected to live a normal life in a world where normal is the hardest thing to achieve. Normacy itself changed the moment the All Source fell on Earth

However, he did not expect that his life would have intersection with an ancient beings that have been roaming the Omniverse since even Earth was conceived.

When one understand the scale of these beings, even someone who have great confidence in himself felt a little bit timid and a bit more cautious when facing the future that he is trying to change.

But when he told this thought to Wargod, Wargod said that he is wrong. He said, that other people are special but he is one of a kind in the entire Omniverse

That is a lot to put on someone. Not on Earth. Not on his galaxy. Not on his Universe. But all Universes, encompassing all of the Multiverse, he is the one and only.

One of a kind that would have no predecessor.

Wargod did not say why....but Azief could guess.

He stitched up some pretty great deduction after seeing the future and after speaking with Wargod.

He could guess somehow why he became what he became in that future.

Wargod did not say to him directly.

And he did not need to say it directly.

There is a lot that he could deduce from what Wargod told him

Wargod explained to him, that his Sovereign realm breakthrough might need something else.

Probably because this time, he was entangled with so many cause and effect and the cause and effect that he is entangled with are not a cause and effect that many beings could unravel.

When Azief think about it, he must admit he is entangled with many powerful existence.

But Wargod also warns him.

His breakthrough would probably be unlike any other.

The stronger the realm that he is about to reach, the more that the world would try to oppress.
