Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming!
Chapter 68: His Eight Years of Deep Remembrance
CHAPTER 68: CHAPTER 68: HIS EIGHT YEARS OF DEEP REMEMBRANCE
The sales assistant glanced at the man before her, tall and elegant, with perfectly defined features and mesmerizing eyes that drew people in. Not only was he handsome, but also considerate, a perfect score for charm! Truly the best boyfriend any woman could dream of!
As expected, good boyfriends are always someone else’s, sigh. The sales assistant sighed inwardly and led Arlo Seys to the household products section.
"Sir, are you buying for your girlfriend? Which brand does she usually use?"
Arlo Seys furrowed his brow slightly, "I don’t know what she usually uses."
The sales assistant smiled and pointed to a shelf filled with various brands of sanitary pads. "Sir, if you don’t know which brand your girlfriend uses, you might want to choose from these."
Arlo looked at the wide array of sanitary pads, a bit overwhelmed. He had no knowledge of these things, so he simply asked, "Which one is the best?"
The sales assistant immediately smiled and recommended a few of the most expensive sanitary pads in the store to him.
"Sir, on your shirt..."
The sales assistant’s gaze suddenly paused on the sleeve of Arlo’s shirt, slightly surprised.
Arlo lowered his eyes to look at his shirt, his expression turning awkward. The sleeve of his pure white shirt had a bloodstain on it, from Ariel Morris’s period, which had transferred onto him when he held her.
The gaze of the sales assistant turned somewhat ambiguous. A man with blood on his shirt, buying sanitary pads for his girlfriend late at night, clearly the period had arrived unexpectedly while they were being intimate, causing the man to get stained!
Arlo’s eyes shifted a bit unnaturally; he turned his head slightly and pointed to the most expensive sanitary pads recommended by the sales assistant, buying a large pack. He swiped his card to pay, filled out his specific room number, and requested the store to deliver it immediately.
He left the store almost in a hurry, rolled up his sleeve to cover the bloodstain, and drove to the largest shopping mall in the city.

When Arlo Seys returned to Royal View City and opened the door, he immediately smelled the aroma of food drifting from the living room. He walked in and saw Ariel Morris setting the table.
Seeing him come in, Ariel’s clear eyes sparkled, and she smiled sweetly, "Arlo, dinner’s ready!"
Arlo stood at the entrance, looking at her wearing his white shirt, feeling as if he were dreaming.
He had never expected that after eight years, he would indeed meet her again, find her in his house cooking meals and warmly inviting him to dine. This feeling was indescribable.
Someone he once loved most had vanished without a trace for eight years, and suddenly, one day, returned to his side. She still laughed with the purity and beauty of their youthful days, causing the dust-covered corners of his heart to gradually brighten.
Arlo placed the items he bought on the sofa and then walked over to eat.
They sat facing each other.
Arlo glanced at the dishes on the table, all simple home-cooked fare. A plate of tomato scrambled eggs, fish-flavored eggplant, and stir-fried pork with green peppers. The first dish he picked up was the tomato scrambled eggs, not for any particular reason, just because this was the first dish she ever made for him, one he hadn’t tasted in eight years.
As the dish entered his mouth, it tasted exactly the same as it did eight years ago, the flavor he remembered. People say to forget someone, you have to quit everything about them, so in these eight years, he never allowed tomato scrambled eggs on the Seys Family dining table.
But now, as he tasted it, he realized that the profound memory of eight years was something he could never forget in this lifetime.
