The man named Young Master Pei waved his hand, and a few subordinates in the private room approached with sinister smiles. The woman on the ground retreated toward the door in fear; she didn’t want to accompany others, she was only forced to work here.

The woman watched helplessly as several subordinates walked toward her. In fear, she scooted backward and suddenly felt as though she had bumped into someone. Surprised, she looked up to see a seductive and sexy woman standing before her. The approaching subordinates halted, their eyes flashing with astonishment.

Meiji pushed the tear-streaked woman aside, who gratefully smiled at her and ran outside.

After the woman left, Young Master Pei pushed his subordinates aside and looked toward Meiji. Though initially angry that the woman he fancied was chased away, upon seeing Meiji’s appearance, he revealed an amazed and lascivious smile.

"Yes, yes, you are the true beauty; that woman was plain. If you accompany me, I’ll let her go."

Young Master Pei stepped forward, scrutinizing Meiji from head to toe. Meiji wore a black, sexy little dress, her curvaceous figure igniting a fiery look in his eyes. Meiji wasn’t breathtakingly beautiful, but the sensuous allure she exuded was unmatched by other women.

He reached out to take Meiji’s hand, pulling her forcefully toward himself.

"Young Master Pei, don’t be hasty, I’m afraid."

Meiji leaned against Young Master Pei, feigning fear as she glanced at the bodyguards behind him.

Young Master Pei laughed heartily, yelling at the still-dazed bodyguards behind him, "Didn’t you hear my beauty speak? Get out quickly."

Several bodyguards walked outside, closing the door to the private room.

Once his subordinates had left, Young Master Pei eagerly pulled Meiji toward the sofa. "Beautiful lady, you are too lovely."

Meiji giggled enchantingly, her smile bewitching as she grabbed Young Master Pei’s hand. "No rush."

"No rush, how could I not be in a rush!"

A beauty offering herself willingly—only a fool wouldn’t be in a rush.

Meiji pushed Young Master Pei onto the sofa, laughing beautifully.

Young Master Pei laughed heartily, lying contentedly on the sofa.

Meiji’s lips curled seductively as she leaned in to plant a kiss on Young Master Pei. She had promised Tianshang not to harm others, but those who were a scourge on this world deserved to die. If she killed them, Tianshang surely wouldn’t be angry with her.

Just as Meiji lowered her head, about to touch Young Master Pei’s lips, the door to the private room flung open. Someone swiftly grabbed Meiji’s hand, pulling her up and mercilessly throwing her against the wall, holding her throat and lifting her.

Young Master Pei stood up from the sofa, glaring angrily at the intruder. "How did you get in? Let her go!"

He had finally come close to being with the beauty, only for this man to suddenly appear—and where were his bodyguards?

Qi Tianshang turned his cold, bloodthirsty gaze toward Young Master Pei. Frightened, Young Master Pei took a step back, but seeing the beauty still captured by the man, he puffed out his chest and yelled at Qi Tianshang, "Let her go, or don’t blame me for being rude."

"How dare you be rude?"

Meiji’s icy, eerie gaze fixed on Young Master Pei. Tianshang had come for her, and this man dared to interfere; she was furious.

Intimidated by Meiji’s gaze, Young Master Pei was left wondering why the alluring beauty had suddenly turned like this. Could he have been mistaken?

Qi Tianshang turned his head, his gaze cold and bloodthirsty, his right hand lifting Meiji, gripping her throat.

"Tianshang, the ones I killed deserved it, please don’t be angry."

Meiji believed Qi Tianshang was angry because she killed people. She reached out to touch him, but Qi Tianshang tightened his grip, making her furrow her brows in discomfort.

Meiji looked at Qi Tianshang and noticed the intensity of his anger; she realized it couldn’t be because she killed people.

"Did you go to see her? How dare you go see her?"

Qi Tianshang exerted force, and Meiji, in discomfort, fixed her gaze on him, then laughed. "So it is her, you do have someone in your heart, and it’s a married woman? Do you think it’s worth it? Who is that woman, is it the one you once loved?"

She only went to test things; yet Qi Tianshang found out and came to kill her. Was that woman really so important to him? So important that he found out and came to think of killing her?

"What killing? Who are you?"
