"what are you doing in this place? Go away and do not come near Emma. You have another girl already," Grandma Lin is telling Vito to go away.

    "I am not with anyone. I am going to take care of my wife," Vito is telling his grandmother about his determination to take care of Emma.

    "She did not need you. If you care a little bit about her then she will not end up in this place from the first place. What is her fault to get pregnant? That is a natural thing to happen when both of you get married," Grandma Lin is holding her chest and crying in front of Vito to vent her disappointment.

    "I was not in the right mind. I will make up for her and our children. I will not mistreat her again," Vito is making a promise in front of his wife grandmother.

    "Please leave us alone. I have sent you a divorce paper to dissolve this marriage. Let her be alone with her children. It is enough for you to break her heart," Grandma Lin decide to sit down on the bench in front of the corridor.

    "I have cancelled those divorce papers. I have no intention to divorce or separate from my wife and children. I am still her medical proxy and I am the person who will make medical decisions on her," Vito is clearly telling everyone his intention to have his wife back.

    "Brother, she is signing the Do not resuscitate order and tell us to save the children no matter the condition on her," Wen Liang is informing her cousin about the whole situation.

    "I am her medical proxy. You have to save her no matter the condition or I will hunt you down and send you all with her to the afterlife," The voice of Vito make everyone get chilled and No one dares to refute his word.

    "Let him be. This is the younger problem. We are the older generation need to sit back and support them," Grandfather Sun is informing his wife to sit back and let the flow come to their fate. It seems his grandson already realise his mistake and condone all the consequences.

    Vito is overlooking her room where she is sleeping with all the tubes on her body. His heart is wretched to see her sleeping with all the cables hooked to the monitor.

    "Can I read her patient chart?" Vito is asking her record to see the problem. He will be able to study and find the cure for his wife.

    "Do you familiar with the disease broken heart syndrome?" Professor Liu is asking Vito regarding Emma disease.

    "not really but I heard it is a mental disease which leads to physical diseases. Is that her disease?" Vito is asking her regarding his wife condition after checking the patient record.

    "Kind of like that is my conclusion for her condition. She was holding her heart and there is an abnormal rhythm in her heart. The EKG on her heart is proof of the abnormal condition of her heart," Professor Liu is presenting the case in front of the inter-department professor.

    "Do we need to consult a psychiatrist?" Vito is naively asked about the whole ordeal for her treatment.

    "How the psychiatrist performs her duty while I have to make your wife sleep to calm her heart down? Are you really the best neurosurgeon in the world?" Professor Liu is started to question his knowledge.

    "I am sorry. It''s just I get worried about her condition, and I can''t think straight. Can I come inside and hold her hand?" Vito is asking his wife attending doctor.

    "You can but just a small question from me. Why did you leave when you find out about your wife pregnancy?" Professor Liu is asking him about his reaction earlier.

    "I just get shocked, and I really did not expect the baby to come this sooner. I need time to digest everything, and one thing happen to another which resulted in her condition. I want to make amend with my negative reaction toward the triplet presence…" There is a long pause in his word about his reaction to his wife pregnancy.

    "Just a piece of advice from a woman. We look differently about pregnancy with men. Even when we are not ready with our pregnancy, but we are willing to sacrifice ourselves for our children well being while Men like you will have different reactions based on their brains. This is a normal reaction but try to keep it simple and not hurt her heart," Professor Liu is giving him the advice.

    "I know. I regretted everything and I would like to make up for her. I will devote myself to taking care of her and our triplet," Vito is washing his hand in the nearby washing area and go to use the clothes cover before enter to his wife side.

    He can see her pale face which is sleeping so peacefully. He is getting a chair and holding his wife''s hand.

    Her hand feels so cold compared to the normal condition. He is holding it tightly and blowing the air to warm her hand.

    The nurse is coming to check into her vital and write them down on the board. Vito is turning his body and signing his cousin to come inside the room.

    Wen Liang is rushing to her room as instructed by his cousin. He is going inside the treatment room and listen to his cousin instruction.

    "yes, cuz," Wen Liang is asking him from another side of his bed.

    "How is the chance to transport her to the Man hospital?" Vito is looking at him sharply.

    "it is impossible with her condition right now. We need to make sure her heart condition will not have another abnormal rhythm before we can transport her safely," Wen Liang is reporting to his cousin regarding his wife condition.

    "Did we consult a cardiologist for her abnormal heart condition? Who is the best cardiologist in this capital?" Vito is asking questions to his cousin.

    "We can call Professor Duo to be the consultant for her condition. Let me make a phone call to ask her to come here," Wen Liang is informing his cousin.

    "Make sure the professor is a woman and not a male professor. Ah, one more thing, why do you let the nurse maintain the record for your cousin-in-law? I specifically request you to do the whole checking into her condition," Vito is reminding his cousin of his responsibility.

    "Cuz, do you know that I am a professor in general surgery and hospital CEO? Do I have to do the nurse job also?" Wen Liang is looking at his cousin.

    "Who is she? What is your position in my operation room?" Vito is reminding his cousin. His job in his cousin team as the assistant doctor for his cousin, which is normally that position done by attending resident which makes Wen Liang overqualified as a professor in general surgery.

    "Fine, I will do it. Let me ask Professor Duo to come and consult with Professor Luo. She is a woman cardiologist in our hospital," Wen Lian is taking out his phone and walking outside to check into her cousin patient cart to check into her condition and medication treatment from Professor Luo who is sitting leisurely at the nurse counter.

    "Look at your face, Liang. Did the big boss tell you something again? You are our hospital CEO and yet, you are not happy to treat the big boss''s wife," Professor Luo is teasing her work colleague.

    "By this rate, the big boss will build you the newest OB/GYN floor ward and the latest equipment operation theatre to deliver his triplet. He is calling in Professor Duo to check on his wife and I do the menial nurse job to assist both of you," Wen Liang is making a comment about his position in the team.

    "He is really good to make our hospital CEO to become the nurse to assist me. I even do not have to run around my shift in the hospital and get paid only to sit around in this place. I am more than willing to work for your cousin with this rate," Professor Luo is telling Wen Liang about his misfortune.

    "Please leave me alone. Do you need any more sedatives for my cousin-in-law?" Wen Liang is asking her about Emma''s next medication to apply.

    "No. I am in the process to wean her off, so she can wake up tomorrow morning and have strict bed rest for the next three weeks. Do I will have only her as my patient and get paid the same or I will need to go around the hospital?" Professor Liu is asking his boss regarding her shift for the next three weeks.

    "You have to ask the big boss yourself. It is not my decision when he is the one going to pay for your wages. Congratulation on becoming the private OB/GYN of my cousin-in-law," Wen Liang is getting the text back from Professor Duo who is agreeing to travel to the women hospital to take the case.
